The bus number plying between mysuru ND kumbakonam of Karnataka road transport corporation with registration number - 5432 having complaint of charging point. People travel such a long distance as it is an overnight journey from mysuru to kumbakonam and back . Passengers like me insisted many tym as I'm one of the frequent Traveller but the issue was not yet resolved. Request the DME or DC of concerned dippo to look in to this issue and solve this complaint. Thank u

    Rash driving by KA 09 F 4017 driver.

    Irwin road stop at 7:40 PM on 13/3/22.
    Driver takes off from the stop enters the right lane nearly killing a 2 wheel rider.

      Rash driving by ksrtc bus no KA 07 F0078, on bengaluru tumkur highway on 13/3/22 at 12:20 pm, cutting on road, without indication, fast speed, creating fear in car drivers by deliberately trying to dash them
      Respected sir/medam.
      Private bus operators collecting more charges from public .
      Chitradurga to pavagada bus charge 80/-in ksrtc but in private buses 100/-.
      And pavagada to chitradurga eswar travels collecting 120/-this is last bus to chitradurga.they are arguing and rude behaviour with public to 80 or 100.plese solve this problem

        Dear sir/ Madam
        With reference to the above subject my mother and my aunt had travelled to udupi from Bangalore on 9.03.2022 by Ambari Dream class (AC sleeper) vide PNR No. KSRTC Bus PNR: J86530597, DOJ: 09-Mar-2022 21:20, 2100BNGCDP, Bus No : F 3953, Crew Mobile No:[protected], apparently the bus driver during the transit did not stop for urinals when requested and when my aunt complained of pain the driver relentlessly stopped on the highway in a deserted place despite there were toilet booths near the toll. Due to the said incident and callous attitude of the staff we are now contemplating on not availing your service in the future, we are absolutely disappointed by the unapologetic behaviour and also by the service. Hence i request for the refund of the bus fare of Rs.1662/- forthwith failing which i am going to initiate action against the company and staff.

          Bus no. KA-40-F-1241
          Srinivaspura to Bangalore
          Timings arround 11:06AM I picked up bus at this time and given 100 rs to Bayyappanahalli metro station it charges rs 30 but conductor didn't give change of rs 70 even though if he had change he didn't give . And once after I took ticket to Majestic he gave change. Conductor should not behave like this. Please take necessary action against him. I don't know any information about that person but you can trace it by timings and attached photo. Please take action otherwise public will suffer because of him.

            Please take serious action to these complient that bus number F 378, they are delaying the bus almost 1hour 30min every day they will.mention one time and they will come to stop other time no one taking action on these the head dept of shimoga ksrtc bus stand and also not Taki action on it, every week I will book the bus from shimoga to chickmanglur they will provide me timings that 11.59 it willl departure from shimoga but bus will reach shimoga bus stand to 1.00 clk almost 1.30 hrs min delay please take serious action on it ...other wise really ksrtc gonna miss lot of booking from these careless people .

              The driver spat mouth full of water on me and my friend when we were riding on a bike in a busy electronic city toll road. Due to this we almost fell off the bike and had to go back to get our slipper. I request you to take severe action against the driver for this disgusting act. This must have led to a severe ACCIDENT. Also with COVID 19 cases and the severity this act must be punishable under public nuisance. Dated: 11/03/2022 time: 09:45 - 09:55.

                  On 9th March 2022 the conductor of bus KA-57 F-3432 misbehaved with me. He disrespectfully spoke to me. Afterall im a woman, a student. If he have done this to me, he would do this to other women as well. I request the head to please take a strict action on this conductor.

                    I have travelled in Volvo buses many a times and every time i find that the bus is suffocating and dirty foul smell appears as you get into the bus.
                    The same experience I had in the flybus from KIA to Mysore. You also have put a board stating the bus is sanitized. I did'nt see any sign of sanitation.
                    Overall the smell is so suffocating that it is very difficult to breath.
                    looks like the air ducts of the AC are not cleaned as per the maintenance schedule
                    Hope this will be taken up seriously in public interest

                      Hi Ksrtc, i am travelling through bus number ka 24 f 1419 the bus belongs to ballari depot the drivers are making too much delay to reach the destination and the bus travells through ballari to pune route but they are not reaching on time this puts bad impression on the company please look into this

                        Through this note i would like to raise a complain that, I am the daily traveller from HUMNABAD to BIDAR and many more travells for there School, college and office and every one wants to go there destination early and every one using the road transport for there journey, in this regards morning time frequency of buses are rare from 8:15 to 9:00am which is a office hours and from the buses coming kalaburgi itself are full which leads to rush in the bus and unable to stand in the bus, due to work progress of road from Humnabad to Bidar takes 1 hour 45 mins to reach which making the students, others late to there school, college and offices and also buses are going fully occupied with standing on foot board which leads to endanger the life of school, college students and many accidental incidents are taken place in the last couple of months

                        In this regards i would like to request to you and your office to take necessary steps towards solving the issue or finding any alternative routes to reach bidar daily with a happy journey necessary images have been uploaded kindly do the needful

                          I am at Kolhapur bus station. KSRTC bus just passed by which was from Nashik to Hanagal. I asked the conductor if bus goes to Sankeshwar, he nodded his head saying NO. Sankeshwar is on the route of the bus but despite that conductor did not allow me to board the bus. This happened on 7th March at 3:45 AM. I don’t know the just number

                            Yesterday [3/5/2022] I traveled from Bangalore to Chitradurga on your bus number: 1952. According to your official site - the bus was supposed to reach Chitradurga at 9 am. But by 9:30, the bus had reached its destination.

                            There were no such traffic blocks on the road. The bus staff stopped the bus for 20 minutes for breakfast, which delayed the bus. I'm not against stopping the bus for food, but you agreed on site to get me to my destination at 9am.

                            If KSRTC does not keep your word - I will lose faith and start using other private operators. So I request you to update the website in a timely manner or take corrective action against the bus staff.

                              Though we had a valid ticket and showed birth certificate copy of the sahaana Shree and
                              Gomathi Aadhar .. the driver didn't listen harrased us asking more money and we paid to him 200 rupees extra

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I'm from Arakalagudu taluka Hassan District public,
                              It's regarding No busses available timingly between 8am to 9.30am from Arakalagudu taluka to Hassan, during this period most of the passengers are College & School students, Hence effecting standing with rushly till foot steps.
                              I tried to raise complaints to Depo Manger (TC), they're all are useless and not responding and handling diplomatically.

                              We all requesting kindly help us, since I'm hoping you'll be helpful.

                              Atleast every 10 or 15 minutes if busses available till 9.30am will be helpful in reaching intimate to students as well as to non students passengers.

                                I have booked 2 tickets from hosapete to mangalore.. which is about to depart 9pm and arrival at 6.45am.. the bus is almost 3 hours late in arrival and 2 at departure.. due to this I am not able to attend my work in time.. this may be happened to all the passengers who were traveled in this bus (1701RCHMNG bus no :f 3535) we have observed arrogant attitude of driver when I asked about much delay... plz take some necessary action on this...
