Hi Ksrtc, i am travelling through bus number ka 24 f 1419 the bus belongs to ballari depot the drivers are making too much delay to reach the destination and the bus travells through ballari to pune route but they are not reaching on time this puts bad impression on the company please look into this

    Through this note i would like to raise a complain that, I am the daily traveller from HUMNABAD to BIDAR and many more travells for there School, college and office and every one wants to go there destination early and every one using the road transport for there journey, in this regards morning time frequency of buses are rare from 8:15 to 9:00am which is a office hours and from the buses coming kalaburgi itself are full which leads to rush in the bus and unable to stand in the bus, due to work progress of road from Humnabad to Bidar takes 1 hour 45 mins to reach which making the students, others late to there school, college and offices and also buses are going fully occupied with standing on foot board which leads to endanger the life of school, college students and many accidental incidents are taken place in the last couple of months

    In this regards i would like to request to you and your office to take necessary steps towards solving the issue or finding any alternative routes to reach bidar daily with a happy journey necessary images have been uploaded kindly do the needful

      I am at Kolhapur bus station. KSRTC bus just passed by which was from Nashik to Hanagal. I asked the conductor if bus goes to Sankeshwar, he nodded his head saying NO. Sankeshwar is on the route of the bus but despite that conductor did not allow me to board the bus. This happened on 7th March at 3:45 AM. I don’t know the just number

        Yesterday [3/5/2022] I traveled from Bangalore to Chitradurga on your bus number: 1952. According to your official site - the bus was supposed to reach Chitradurga at 9 am. But by 9:30, the bus had reached its destination.

        There were no such traffic blocks on the road. The bus staff stopped the bus for 20 minutes for breakfast, which delayed the bus. I'm not against stopping the bus for food, but you agreed on site to get me to my destination at 9am.

        If KSRTC does not keep your word - I will lose faith and start using other private operators. So I request you to update the website in a timely manner or take corrective action against the bus staff.

          Though we had a valid ticket and showed birth certificate copy of the sahaana Shree and
          Gomathi Aadhar .. the driver didn't listen harrased us asking more money and we paid to him 200 rupees extra

          I'm from Arakalagudu taluka Hassan District public,
          It's regarding No busses available timingly between 8am to 9.30am from Arakalagudu taluka to Hassan, during this period most of the passengers are College & School students, Hence effecting standing with rushly till foot steps.
          I tried to raise complaints to Depo Manger (TC), they're all are useless and not responding and handling diplomatically.

          We all requesting kindly help us, since I'm hoping you'll be helpful.

          Atleast every 10 or 15 minutes if busses available till 9.30am will be helpful in reaching intimate to students as well as to non students passengers.

            Dear sir/madam

            I have booked 2 tickets from hosapete to mangalore.. which is about to depart 9pm and arrival at 6.45am.. the bus is almost 3 hours late in arrival and 2 at departure.. due to this I am not able to attend my work in time.. this may be happened to all the passengers who were traveled in this bus (1701RCHMNG bus no :f 3535) we have observed arrogant attitude of driver when I asked about much delay... plz take some necessary action on this...

                    Address: Ksrtc controlling office Davanagere.

                    This is to mention about discrimination in services providing by Ksrtc on Davanagere to Bangalore route bus services. Every time the conductors deny of giving transportation service to near places like Bharamasagara which was included in route map given under Ksrtc. The bus no-KA17 F-1649 denied service to Baramasagara on 2nd march 2022 at 4:20pm which I was going on emergency medical duty. Please do solve this as soon as possible as of now local village peoples are dependent on private vehicles as government buses denying services.
                    Kindly request take quick measures on this issue.

                      I took Airavata Club class so that I can have a good journey . Really a bad experience from the person who drunk and smelled like hell. It was a worst journey . Really bad conductor didn't do anything about it.

                          I travelled ksrtc bus on 28.02.2022 from bangalore to hosadurga in rajahamsa ..usually they ll leave on mejestic on 5.30 and drop to hosdurga at 9.30 as mentioned in booking website on ksrtc. But they picked on 7 o clock on jalahalli and they dropped hosadurga on 11.45 pm drivers and conductors so lazy and inexperienced and they ll take 40 minutes on dinner in nittur..and they went wrong route 10 to 15 km.. again they taken reverse and cm to the hsd route..please raise complaint on this conductor and drivers . Please avoid this kind issues happend in next time..

[protected]) u2, uto cabs[protected] and demand our transport ministry ksrtc to look into the matter on utmost priority and bann and blacklist these highly unprofessional illiterate, bunch of hooligans criminls, thugs running a fraudalent cab service, in the name o[censored]TO CABS or u2 cabs definitely not for family oriented, older or senior citizens and specially not for ladies as in order to extract more money they can demand whatever amount they want, sand in order to make the travellers feel afraid and unsafe, during the midway, the driver use to stop the cab, a.c., open doors midway, could abuse you, show hooliganism, ill manners, misbehave
                            despite of confirming everything in advance for a prepaid booking, by the time you will reach the destination you will end up paying double of what you have decided and confirmed, we end up paying double ie 15k for 9k predefined booking, felt like badly cheated / looted this uto cabs is highly insecure and fraudulent cab service that u could try at your own risk but should be avoided in every circumstances to avoid such dreadful and scary unsafe experiences that we faced recently
                            so we need to make common masses and travellers aware about such fraudalent hooligans and criminals that are making the rides highly risky and unsafe for families so I demand KSRTC, TRANSPORT MINISTRY to look into the matter asap and take some strict and immediate actions, full refund should be imposed for all the inconvenience caused by such scamsters UTO cab services with owner.                                 I love to travel in KSRTC, love shown by conductor and driver but my job is report something went wrong in KSTRC
                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I had experienced unethical behaviour by the conductor bus number KA42-F1255 Magadi depot on 27/02/2022 Morning 9:30 i would request to take action against conductor

                                1--Taken ticket from Sumanahalli to kowdle paid 100 conductor written change of money 7 but I asked for change after reaching destination
                                2--Bus fare from Sumanahalli to kowdle is 73 and my native is Kudugabalu next stop of Kowdle no entry for the village name and always same fare in KSTRC is 73 always but conductor insist me take ticket from next stage after reaching destinations kowdle but I paid for three stop also.
                                3-- he has been harrased in front of public thinking he owns bus he told me get down in middle of the road I took ticket but again he started shouting at me it made embarassing and i got down immediately I went by walk i have some dignity

                                  Hi sir...I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had to go from HEBBAL to PERESANDRA CROSS...it is 9.40pm (on 26 February 2022), a very hard time to get buses...A bus came scheduled to travel from BANGALORE to MANTRALAYA..(KA 40 F 1370)..The conductor didn't allow me to get into the bus, telling that there is no stop at PERESANDRA ...After lot of argument I got in..but gave ticket only to CHIKKABALLAPUR...This is routine everyday..because we r regular travelers, it has become order of the day...He didn't even go to yelahanka stop ...passed over the bridge...nearly 25 passengers in yelahanka couldn't catch this bus...
                                  He also seized 5 seats in the front...
                                  He is such a merciless person, didn't even gave seat to small kids who were sleeping the place between seats...
                                  KSRTC is an esteemed organization, having lot of awards, shouldn't entertain such cases, ...kindly look into this matter seriously and kindly provide solutions to several problems raised in this complaint...Kindly direct your staff to give stop at all designated places particularly at night time...
