Conductor is not issuing free ticket inspite of showing e aadhar...

This incident happened on 24.8.23 at 9am on my way to my office. while I was travelling from MG road from sangtrashwadi to Adarsh nagar where a KSRTC bus driver had stopped bus midway at Atal Bihari vajpayee chowk for 5 minutes on the mid road without any issues with the vehicle. there was huge traffic jam as it was peak hours for schools and offices. He was reluctant to take the bus on side. After 5 minutes he moved towards Barey Hill circle to stop again in the middle of the road to collect a parcel which his collegue in uniform had brought and kept casually chatting with him for 5 mins by making the traffic stop, . when the people confronted him, the driver of the bus the Ka 32F 2060 was not only arrogant but casually told the people that u can take photo and complaint wherever u want. No one can do anything to me..

I have travelled form Hyderabad to Bangalore dt.21.08.23 and PNR no: J[protected] Bus no: KA 57 F 3953)boarding point is at Jedcherla and scheduled time was 10.45 pm.

I have received a call form bus staff at 10.36 pm saying bus shall reach to pick point only at 11.20 pm and the reason is dinner time.
Secondly asking to reach diffent location to board the bus instead
of pick up location i.e. jedcherla bus stand.
I refused due to luggage and security issues.
Finally bus reached at 11.56 pm and the staff behaved very rudly saying that you should have come to suggested different location .

It is really something cant be digested by the customer .
kindly revert with appropriate actions taken.

My name is menaga, I live in nagasandra. Today evening by 7.15 pm I was driving my car with my kids. Was taking my kids to classes. Ksrtc bus no KA06F1174 hit my car by taking a unnecessary diversion. This was between nagasandra metro station and 8th mile signal. I got down and asked the driver to see how badly he had hit my car, and he told that he will park the bus aside and come. But he drove the bus without stopping. My car was hit on the right side near the door when I am with kids. He stopped only as I honked so high. I wanted to take proper action on the driver and he has to pay for the damage happened by his carelessness

Was travelling from tiruvannamalai to Bangalore. I entered a ksrtc bus as I was travelling alone at 10.00 pm and had to reach majestic and catch bus to hubballi. I asked for a seat next to a lady passenger. Though there were ladies seats vacant, they were all given to gents, each of them sitting occupying the whole of three seats. I would not dare sit next to them as i felt uncomfortble and had faced misbehaviour by male passengers.
Though i asked for a seat next to a lady, the conductor did not dare empty the ladies seat occupied by male passengers. I was finally offered the seat of the conductor.
It.pains me that ladies are not receiving the minimum safety that surely has led to male predominance.
Females are more sensitive and cannot move along like men atleast in such circumstances.
Will this mge be given importance and safegaurd women ? This is a question tp all males.. will you allow your wife or daughter sit next to a stranger male under such circumstances????

I was travelling from tiruvannamalai to Bangalore. I entered a ksrtc bus as I was travelling alone at 10.00 pm and had to reach majestic and catch bus to hubballi. I asked for a seat next to a lady passenger. Though there were ladies seats vacant, they were all given to gents, each of them sitting occupying the whole of three seats. I would not dare sit next to them as i felt uncomfortble and had faced misbehaviour by male passengers.

Hello, I'm a regular traveller from Puttur to Mangalore and I have to travel to Mangalore after office hours. But there are no busses to Mangalore between 18:20 and 19:00. Can imagine the rushing crowd when the bus arrives at 19:00? Its a tragic situation that between these 2 popular places there are no busses during that time and for regular office workers to wait for 40 minutes after their hectic work, can you imagine the patience it requires?
So I hope the department looks into this issue and handles it with the solution it requires.

Today I booked bus ticket for my mother and by mistake I had given my mobile number for OTP. I booked ticket in the name of my mother and I sent booking confirmation message to her mobile. She has aadhar card for for her identification. When bus came to our stop for pickup, conductor denied her to claim bus and used very bad words in local language even for me and thrown my mother's bags. I have mentioned below journey details here for your reference. Kindly take action on him and I need to know the status of this issue.
He need to apologise with my mother and me.

I am travelling from Ernakulam to Bangalore. I booked ladies seat no.11 on 5 Aug, 2023. The passenger who sat behind me was completely drunken and not in consciousness. It was difficult to sit infront of him the drinks smell and sometimes he put hand on my seat. I informed conductor. He even didn't change his seat. And he asked me to sit for sometime and once other passenger leaves he will provide that seat. Please don't allow drunkens behind the ladies seat. It's very difficult to travel. A kind of harrasment against women I felt.

Ksrtc siddapur (uttara kannada). The person in toilet asking 2rs/5rs for using men's urinals. I denied to give amount so he is talking rudely to me and asking to clean the urinals for not paying 2rs. I have already made complaint to bus stand controller(ksrtc). In front of them also ge is talking rudely and asking for money from passengers. Is this is the way of maintenance??

I had been Majestic Bus Stop, where I wanted buy a Water Bottle. Where the shopkeeper charged me Rs. 25/- for 1ltr Bottle. Which is actually Rs. 20/- as prescribed on the Bottle. SHOP NO: 2A3 BESIDE Kadamba Veg Hotel. WHICH IS not fair, Moreover the cost of the other things are also high.

The bus never came and there was no information about cancelation or allotment of new seats or so...it was booked for 2 ladies till 12 mid night they had to wait in road for bus...pathetic management by KSRTC

2 hours delay and made 2 ladies to wait on road by KSRTC that tooo on Mid night at 12 o clock

Need clarification or need strict action toward whoever responsible for this

Need Refund of ticket amount

When I was traveling from Mysore to chamarajanagar at 1 pm I gave rs.100/- for the ticket but he refused to give the ticket and forcing to pay exact ticket amount of 70/- but he is having a so much of change in his hand(10/- &20) but he was not ready to give the change so requesting to take necessary action regarding this and help the passenger from this type of harassment.

Today 17/72023 we were waiting for bus.bus arrived and stop on bus stop people were vacant the bus last few were coming down along with others my mother also went in bus and suddenly driver who was inside the bus started to push my mother from bus holding her stand taking her down he started argue with us mannerless way

I had booked a ticket from Manvi to Manipal on 15/7/23 . As bus arrived i found my seat completly wet and unhygienic, conductor was new he told theirwas power cut bla bla, he adjusted a seat for me in the last seat which was even filled with passengers . I LITERALLY HAD TO TRAVEL 13 HOURS IN THAT WAY EVEN AFTER PAYING SO MUCH . WORST EXPERIENCE

KA42-F1939 on[protected] I am traveling from davanagere university to avargere at the time of 2:30 pm because of lunch hours the conductors and drivers are taking lunch we waited nearly 20 minutes I am to tired so unknowingly I am taking nap of just 2 minutes that she called and I didn't recognise it so she abused me badly all around my friends and passenger it hurted me alot ..this is not first many such cases happened with her she always use to quarrel with many of the students she even did not now how behave as a human being she did not how to speak with peoples .

As given my self lakshminarayana a v and i am a student of manasagangothri. So i have to travel from our village which is almost 20kms distance from the city through bus numbered 178A and 315B . But from last one month there is no proper timing maintenance from the drivers. And even tc also not responsing properly. So i am requesting you to teach them a lesson.

Bus is being impatient and not polite with girl passengers and he’s touching our bags and stuff without permission and shouting for no reasons he is also being very rude with people who ask for change and shouts at the passengers unnecessarily. Yesterday Night[protected], Myself and my companion were travelling through Bellary to Tornagallu Transport Bus No ( KA -34 F 1388) its condition were Poor, [ LIGHTS WERE OFF DURING NIGHT ANY TIME THEFT COULD HAPPEN, BUS WAS FULL OF RUSH TILL THE DOOR AND PEOPLE WERE HANGING THERE ON STEPS AND MAINLY CONDUCTOR BEHAVIOUR WAS WORST NO DETAILS OF HIM BUT PICS OF HIM HAVE BEEN SHARED. USING BAD LANGUAGE SCOLDING LADIES PASSENGERS IF INTERFERED WAS READY TO PICK A FIGHT SUCH ACTIONS SHOULD SERIOUSLY TAKEN ] As we are from another state were good culture is spread wide!!
KINDLY take strict action on him and the department.
