Ksrtc siddapur (uttara kannada). The person in toilet asking 2rs/5rs for using men's urinals. I denied to give amount so he is talking rudely to me and asking to clean the urinals for not paying 2rs. I have already made complaint to bus stand controller(ksrtc). In front of them also ge is talking rudely and asking for money from passengers. Is this is the way of maintenance??

I had been Majestic Bus Stop, where I wanted buy a Water Bottle. Where the shopkeeper charged me Rs. 25/- for 1ltr Bottle. Which is actually Rs. 20/- as prescribed on the Bottle. SHOP NO: 2A3 BESIDE Kadamba Veg Hotel. WHICH IS not fair, Moreover the cost of the other things are also high.

The bus never came and there was no information about cancelation or allotment of new seats or so...it was booked for 2 ladies till 12 mid night they had to wait in road for bus...pathetic management by KSRTC

2 hours delay and made 2 ladies to wait on road by KSRTC that tooo on Mid night at 12 o clock

Need clarification or need strict action toward whoever responsible for this

Need Refund of ticket amount

When I was traveling from Mysore to chamarajanagar at 1 pm I gave rs.100/- for the ticket but he refused to give the ticket and forcing to pay exact ticket amount of 70/- but he is having a so much of change in his hand(10/- &20) but he was not ready to give the change so requesting to take necessary action regarding this and help the passenger from this type of harassment.

Today 17/72023 we were waiting for bus.bus arrived and stop on bus stop people were vacant the bus last few were coming down along with others my mother also went in bus and suddenly driver who was inside the bus started to push my mother from bus holding her stand taking her down he started argue with us mannerless way

I had booked a ticket from Manvi to Manipal on 15/7/23 . As bus arrived i found my seat completly wet and unhygienic, conductor was new he told theirwas power cut bla bla, he adjusted a seat for me in the last seat which was even filled with passengers . I LITERALLY HAD TO TRAVEL 13 HOURS IN THAT WAY EVEN AFTER PAYING SO MUCH . WORST EXPERIENCE

KA42-F1939 on[protected] I am traveling from davanagere university to avargere at the time of 2:30 pm because of lunch hours the conductors and drivers are taking lunch we waited nearly 20 minutes I am to tired so unknowingly I am taking nap of just 2 minutes that she called and I didn't recognise it so she abused me badly all around my friends and passenger it hurted me alot ..this is not first many such cases happened with her she always use to quarrel with many of the students she even did not now how behave as a human being she did not how to speak with peoples .

As given my self lakshminarayana a v and i am a student of manasagangothri. So i have to travel from our village which is almost 20kms distance from the city through bus numbered 178A and 315B . But from last one month there is no proper timing maintenance from the drivers. And even tc also not responsing properly. So i am requesting you to teach them a lesson.

Bus is being impatient and not polite with girl passengers and he’s touching our bags and stuff without permission and shouting for no reasons he is also being very rude with people who ask for change and shouts at the passengers unnecessarily. Yesterday Night[protected], Myself and my companion were travelling through Bellary to Tornagallu Transport Bus No ( KA -34 F 1388) its condition were Poor, [ LIGHTS WERE OFF DURING NIGHT ANY TIME THEFT COULD HAPPEN, BUS WAS FULL OF RUSH TILL THE DOOR AND PEOPLE WERE HANGING THERE ON STEPS AND MAINLY CONDUCTOR BEHAVIOUR WAS WORST NO DETAILS OF HIM BUT PICS OF HIM HAVE BEEN SHARED. USING BAD LANGUAGE SCOLDING LADIES PASSENGERS IF INTERFERED WAS READY TO PICK A FIGHT SUCH ACTIONS SHOULD SERIOUSLY TAKEN ] As we are from another state were good culture is spread wide!!
KINDLY take strict action on him and the department.

I used to travel from Bengaluru to sulya in KSRTC Airavatha. But fare of the travel is around 800-920Rs. But if i Book till madikeri from Bengaluru then price will be 500-640Rs for the same bus. They are charging around 300rs extra for 45 km. And if i book same airavatha from madikeri to sulya then price will be around 140Rs. This double charging is looks unfair.

I have travelled from Bangalore to Mangalore on 24/06/2023 in Ksrtc that time in between melkar to mangalore road I got call for emergency I have to step off in melkar, I asked to driver gave a stop but he didn't respond anything and also didn't stop also. I asked so many times to stop the bus but they didn't give stop. After that I Called ksrtc helpline also they also taken careless for that one.
If here also I didn't get the justice, I Will move further this incident in higher authorities.

Me and my friend was travelling from manglore to udupi KSRTC bus KA-31F-1566 on 18-6-23 at 2.40 pm bus .We are residing in udupi manipal since 3 years.The conductor charged us 140 rupees.When we showed adhaar card he said as that was made from kerala we are not applicable for free tickets even tough we are travelling in karnataka. As per our knowledge adhaar card is based on India not any specific state .If it's free for ladies then why did they charge us .Very disappointing behaviour from the ksrtc conductor.

The conductor of KA 57 F 2974 (500A) bus which goes to Banashankari has beaten me, assaulted me and harrassed me with bad words for asking change for my amount paid to take ticket . This happened on June 16th 2023, around 1.50 pm after I got into bus from Kalamandir. He states that you can do whatever you want i won't give change .. I took ticket till ragavendra swamy temple from Kalamandir.But still he made me get down in next stop. This has made me much mentally frustrated and request for the action on the conductor . As I was assaulted and made to get down from bus i didn't have any pics or videos for the assault happened

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding a complaint on KSRTC BUS No KA57 F 1728 (No 246555) which travels from Bangalore to Balijakandriga. I travelled from Bangalore to my native Musalaiah Gari Palle on 23rd March from Majestic (11.15 PM), after living majestic with in 15 min we reached byappanahalli Metro station, the driver was very fast, suddenly a speed breaker came near byappanahalli but he did not bother and he drove, I was sitting in back and when he drove very fast on speed breaker without any knowledge and i was throwed two feet above in the air. My back was severely injured and I shouted at the driver and the bus conductor came and said that he did not see the speed breaker and a small boy (5 years old) was crying and an old lady also felt back pain. Till 220 KM the situation was the same, really this is bad, when we book a bus safety ride this is what happened, till I reached my home I was suffering from survivor pain, the next I had bone crack in the left side and till now I have spend around 5, 000 RS/- for the treatment for which I have't made a mistake and who will bare the cost, who is responsibility for this. I am thinking of raising a complaint on KSRTCS. Please reply to me.

Draver and ticket sir is not doing perfect work pasanjers are standing but ticket man is sleeping on frent two seets he keept the extra seet between tha two sets and he took off ticket for 5years boy when I asked he seed his head is level of seet back holding pipe
