Government service is for citizens!
Because of citizens the KSRTC service is being given by the Government.

I am filling the complaint I faced today.

Today i.e. 10th sep, I traveled from dharwad to Dandeli by bus and further I wanted to travel to my inlaw home i.e. Ambika Nagar from Dandeli.

Sharp 8:30 A.M a scheduled bus is available which is long route bus which goes to Ambika Nagar.

But the local depot not allowing that scheduled bus to ambika nagar and they diverted that bus to another route.

But they are allowing city bus to run which is having frequency of 4 hours gap.

The ambika nagar place is isolated place from Dandeli and no private vehicles are allowed to run at this place due to security reasons and buses are only available for 3 to 5 times maximum per day as per earlier experience. How can a common man who is dependent on the government service can wait for 5 hours for a bus which is having only 15 kilometre.
Keeping the frequency of bus and the scheduled bus I have planned and all of sudden I was shocked to know that bus is not available for the route.

The enquiry team available in the Dandeli bus depot said to complaint and they are not bothered about it itseems. This is the reply I got from the depot. Is this the way treated to a tax payer ? This will trouble common people like anything.

I traveled 60 k.M from my place and now waiting for the bus for 5 hours which is having the distance of 15 K.M

Please take this very serious action on this.
The behaviour expressed by the staff in bus stand is not acceptable in any form.

I spent some quality of time to log the complaint but I don't know what actions will be taken on this.

Hope the appropriate actions are taken to avoid the pain to the citizens.

    I am come from malnad collage hassan to city bus stand ...I am giving 20 rupes he doesn't give change and he write single line in the back side of ticket ..in city bus stand I am asking for change he gave me 2 rupees i told that iam giving 20rupes he talks in bad words and push me and beats me ...but iam not done anything because he his in duty ...what action u should take please ...bus number ka. 13.         My name is Nagesh I booked Bus tickets form gagavti to bidar but the conductor didn't call call at right time
        departure time was 9:45 pm he called us on 10:35pm near some were else 10km after
        he says that take a auto rickshaw and come to me he does call us in BUS STAND we auto rickshaw to him by paying 300rs to him so I request you what I suffered should not be suffered anyone so please take a action against him my PNR STATUS IS H84649924
        And BUS CONDUCTOR NO IS [protected] date at[protected]
        At 9:45pm it's my humble request to take action against him

          Hii sir,
          We r mysorian that 6/9/21 we taken ticket in mysore to travel from belgavi to mysore, the ticket issuer has Miss guide us that my brother can travel from belgavi to mysore even in the whatsapp photo...then conductor told that he should not enter the bus without ticket in the hand then brother showed the wtsapp ticket he not allowed then he collect the money by others and he travelling now...and sir who is regarding to the amount of booking ticket...and he suffered a lot for arng a amount sir plss make stop this kind of issues and plss refund us...

              Dear patron/KSRTC
              I have booked sleeper ambari club class from Mangalore to Hyderabad on 2nd August, 2021.(Trip code:1500MNGHYD)..(seat 11, 12)
              Following issues have been found with respect to my trip/journey
              1.When I booked the bus, it has shown sleeper class and the price was charged accordingly, but when the bus [protected]@Mangalore bus station, it was a semi sleeper bus. reason said by the concerned staff is route of bus does not allow sleeper class.
              My question is why was the bus showing sleeper class in site when it was booked? Kindly look into this..don’t make mockery/cheating of people.
              2.Delay in bus [protected]@Mangalore bus station.. schedule time is 3:00 pm, bus [protected]@3:50 pm..
              3.selection of bus route where the roads were severely damaged and not suitable for the journey. I think to save fuel- your corporation chosen that route..
              4, .Bus condition- charging points not working in any seats except the first seat near driver..working condition of A.C not checked prior to the start of journey..@
              5.Video of bus not started, reason stated by your staff is not clear enough to explain why the video is not offered..
              6.Exhorbitant prices @Resturants where bus is stopped for refreshments, even for utilizing the washrooms prices are charged..This was not expected..
              7.delay in bus arrival to Hyderabad..schedule time is 8:30 am, but reached [protected]@10:30 am..

              In this regard, I would like to inform the concerned authorities that people have a appreciation for KSRTC for their Service, But I would like to notify that the trip is horrendous and I am totally dissatisfied with your service and trip.
              Kindly look into the above issues and act on this..
              Also look into the possibility of routing as the bus journey is long..

                    I was travelling from bangalore to mangalore on 30th august in KSRTC Ambaari. The conductor spoke soo arrogantly at the boarding point. We are customers and we pay fro the travel.. There should be some culture while speaking with us as we are not travelling for free. And the most important thing is the bedsheets are not being provided.. the conductor gave due to covid they are not giving bedsheets. I had travelled to pune in ksrtc and the bedsheets were provided. The conductor was actually lazy to fold the bedsheets after trip which is the reason he didnt not provide the bedsheets or the water bottles. The standards of the ksrtc are getting low because of this.

                      I have booked the ticket from Bangalore to halady. In halady we have 3 places included with kakkunje cross, bus stand, market. We can get down at any place of this halady right? Every bus will give the Stop at any where in halady. But this bus (KSRTC Bus PNR: J84581694, DOJ: 28-Aug-2021 21:31, 2131BNGUDP, Bus No : ka 57f 3787, Crew Mobile No:[protected]. Happy Journey. From MKSRTC) telling we have to do ticket again for that. I told him this is the only bus refusing. They finally stopped me at halady bus stand but I suppose to get down in kakkunje cross. Please take care of this. Make a rules that should be same for all the busses..teach drivers how to talk. In case of me it's fine I came to home by auto. If suppose old aged people comes then you guys are doing this?? Very worst experience in this KSRTC sleeper. Never expected this from loyal customer.

                          Respected sir,

                          I Mahantesh S/O Rudrappa R/O Sulepeth Tq: Chincholi Dist: Gulbarga.
                          Today(03.09.2021) I traveled from Chandapur to chincholi bus no. KA28 F1985 at 13:38:22 with Ticket No. 160248. But the conductor issued the ticket from Koncharam x to chincholi which is around 8KM behind my stop. When I asked the conductor he said we can't issue a ticket from Chandapur to chincholi. I enquired the same with the chincholi bus stand controller, he also responded the same.
                          Please clarify to me whether it's true or lie, if it's true then you need to update and correct this mistake. Lie means the need to take action on the conductor and controller.

                              The concerned conductor in the bus of KSRTC was behaving rudely when asked to return the balance amount of the bus fair. The tendency of conductor was to hookup with other passengers and round off the amount. The response was very rude by conductor. In the same line, the bus was driven from source to destination at higher speed while risking the life of passengers (arrived at destination by 1.22 am)...

                              Before the Covid-19 pandemic, we have several buses in Sirsi Bus Stand but after the lockdown few buses are giving services. But now schools and colleges have opened so few buses are not sufficient. Students want more buses but now several colleges are doing classes morning at 8 o'clock up to 5 o'clock evening. Students are suffering from buses in Bus Stand. Some KSRTC workers are saying that seats are not full. But situations have changed now. Please provide full service, please do not become a cause for students.
                              As an Abbigadde resident, I request for you to start Abbigadde bus services this bus comes under the Sirsi DEPO please inform them,
                              I hope you will do the needful and earlier

                                  I boarded Iravat bus in tirupathi suddenly there is bus problem and stopped at some place and there we waiting for long time and another iravat bus came and all people in the shifted to another bus, some people have seats but some people dont have seats and we stood in the bus.

                                    With reference to the above cited subject, when I had journeying to Koppal to Gadag in Bus number KA37 F0516 Gangavathi to Satara bus on Dtd. 02nd September 2021 I have given Rs 515/- to conductor for my single fare instead of Rs. 65/-. But conductor has written Rs.400/- even though he has sufficient cash in hand. I asked for Remaining change but he has not ready to paid to me. Then passengers also supported to me then only he provided Rs. 300/- and again written of Rs.100/- in backside of ticket. Again I asked for remaining cash he has not provided cash even though sufficient cash in hand. And he misbehaved with me when I asked for change. So kindly take neccessary action against conductor and intimate the same to me.

                                      Tumkur- Bangalore bus drivers and conductors are behaving rudily like third class rowdies and even trying to hit passengers . They are using abusive words If asked or request for stopping at dobaspate fly over. I request concern authority to take necessary action and teach some basic manners .
