Dear sir
KSRTC bus number KA13 F 2270 . Today 23-1-21. At 10 am on Nelamangala high road. This bus tryed to accident and som I managed but again after 200 feet he again touched my innova car on left end corner slightly dump and paint scratches. As been done he is very rude and talks voulgar words. Kindly get my vehicle repaired and warn your staff to drive property on road . He is playing with public life. I kindly as you to take action against him and get my vehicle repaired.

Hubli to Hangal morning 8:15 bus.. driver named Swamy rude behaviour with passenger and stopping the bus away from the stop. Good service only to his known passengers

Ther is no bus transport from morning 6 o clock to 9 o clock from vijayapur to talikot and customer care isn't responding

My bus was resheduled one hour late, and i wasnt even informed prior, i received the msg at earlier departure time.My seat no 13, 14 was changed to 36, 37 without informing us prior, this shows the customer concerns, such irresponsibility is not appreciated institution like KSRTC.

Like me there are many weekend travelers from Bangalore to Kukkesubramanya and back. We are very much used and comfortable to travel with RAJAHAMSA buses. But after resumption of Covid 19, there is NO RAJAHAMSA buses during night. Request to REINSTATE these buses again.

There is reduced number of buses from kollegal to chamarajanagar during morning time.as travellers include students and teachers and office going people during morning time .it creates problem in reaching respective workplace on time.if we ask incharges at bus stops.they reply in a rude manner.this problem is continuing since many months before covid also.so kindly do needful🙏

On 20/01/2021 we where travelling from Hubli to Bangalore in Airawata club class. The Departure time was around 3.30, , , in this bus was filled with there friends & no dencency and silence was maintained. When we where asked to keep silence conducter friends ignored & started talking some triggering words.
Not even a single word conducter instructed to there friends who where 8 members from Hubli to Bangalore.

We are the regular passenger of KSRTC & we are proud of it.

But this time experienced very bad situation.
As we can take rest we choose this bus, but v v v disappointed.

Twice this has happened to me that initially while booking ladies seat, single lady option you people show yellow seat and the seat next to it will be blocked later after I get into the bus male passenger will be sitting next to me inspite the fact that I would have booked ladies seat. Kindly don't do this scam, we ladies especially during night travel prefer ladies seat... Please solve the issue. Use proper technology n technicians to handle...

Candectore do not allowed my lagged and rash behavior

Kodagu being a hilly area is always being neglected within the district. There are very few bus facilities to many villages within and ksrtc bus is very rare. This concern is regarding Manadavady bus which starts from Gonikoppa at 1:45 p.m.
1. There are no buses through this route from 1:15-2:20 p.m and also not sure about the buses. If the same bus can stop at two places is Kakoor and Poojekal it would be of great help to the people here.
2. On the way to Kutta, Srimangala- Kutta is charged rs. 28 which is not at all affordable as there are only middle class and labour class.

Therefore I request you to consider our problem at the earliest and take immediate action on the same. It would be of really a great help.

Dear sir
I would like to bring to your notice that the journey between hyderabad to Kalburgi is taking 5 hours, because Humnabad 30 minutes halt, manakheli 30 minutes halt and 40 minutes halt at parivaar dhaba for lunch this is really inconvenience for people. The road is express way and the journey shal not cost more than 3 hrs.

I request you to please study the situation and make the travel time less by arranging non stop or limited stops bus

As i am complaining from coorg, dated on 14/01/2021 around 1:30pm i was on my two wheeler vehicle on the way to kushalngar from madikeri (national highway).In between a place called 7th mail bus was completely on wrong direction it means on my side overtaking some heavy load and other two more vehicles.I was on average speed took my vehicle on full control, There was no way for me to go because he was blocked my way and also there was no indications from him.Once i took my vehicle on control unfortunately i felt down, but the bus driver didn’t stopped and he doesn’t have concern to ask what happend to me.Its their usual habits and have a mindset if girls are driving they will not come back and raise complaints. he wanted to reach on time doesn’t bother about others life so careless government bus drivers are, no humanity bus number is KA-19 F3229(kundapur dippo). even though they don’t follow the traffic rules like no habit of dim dip of lights during night time not everyone some drivers and pointing only those who are not following.If they switch on the headlight once then they will switch off once they reach to other stand.No indications nothing just for salary i work these kind of mentality government bus drivers are having.somehow nothing happend to my life.Just imagine if something would have happened to me who is responsible for my life ?? So careful drive can save thousands of family by following some rules and avoiding overtaking in curves etc.

Please provide Buses to students. We are suffering a lot of problems Because, of Buses. In Srinivasapura Bus dipo they are not providing buses to Naruvamakalapalli near Ronour, Srinivasapura. Our college ends at 4:00 but Students reaches home at 7:00 or 8:00 . They are walking from college to village. Please provide Buses to Naruvamakalapalli. Please

TICKET TIME:16:46:31, BUS NUMBER : KA13-F2123, Ticket charge : 240/-, cunductor taken 300 Rupees and not returned 60 rupees back. i have called hassan depot and they have given one mobile number ([protected]). I have called that number for more than 25 times. Some times he is not picking the call. and some times he picks the call and not responding properly. kindly look into this issue and do the needful as the earliest.

I visited from Goa to hubli then wanted to proceed to kalas gudgeri bus
.i noticed that bus is so fully packed and there's no social distancing and no ladies reserve seats are available..why.
And also I would like to bring to you a notice that why there are limited bus..from 3 to 7 had to wait for a a kalas from hubli..so much of wastage of time.

Please provide the good pulic transport

I am a regular commuter from HALIYAL TO YELLAPUR for duty and totally depend on BELGAUM-SIRSI bus which leaves Haliyal at 0815hrs in morning and there is no other bus before 1000hrs.
But due to frequent irregular running of this bus I am frequently taking risk of travelling to Yellapur which is 50km away on scooty.
I request you please solve this so that I attend my duty on time without delay.
