I am a regular commuter from HALIYAL TO YELLAPUR for duty and totally depend on BELGAUM-SIRSI bus which leaves Haliyal at 0815hrs in morning and there is no other bus before 1000hrs.
But due to frequent irregular running of this bus I am frequently taking risk of travelling to Yellapur which is 50km away on scooty.
I request you please solve this so that I attend my duty on time without delay.

I was waiting for the first bus to davangere from channagiri at Channagiri Maruthi circle. The bus is scheduled to depart from channagiri at 5:40. It started late and did not stop for me at maruthi circle pick point (bus stop) even after waving hand.
If this is how the service how can we depend in case o[censored]rgency..?
Kindly take action.

I have done an online payment of Rs 3836 towards KSRTC but the status is being shown as failed. I do not know what to do pls resolve at the earliest. My OB number is OB43859503 and date of transaction is 23/12/2020....

I had called on 23 Dec 2020 around 10.30 am for equiry related details but the person on the other side of the end is not speaking properly and in a very rude manner. I had just enquired him about the bus details he is saying that enquiry is some other no. But is not providing the details even about the no. So I am registering this complaint to take strictly action and teach them some manners how to speak properly with the customer and not...

Ksrtc city bus no 47 is not coming regularly...

Travel from Gadag to Hubli by bus no. KA42 F1531 on[protected] at 6 PM. For senior Citizen Concession the conductor refused to accept my original driving licence as age proof and insisted that only Adhaar card and voter id are acceptable. With great difficulty I could get the concession.
I request you to please educate the conductors suitability with regard to concessions.
Additionally they also need to understand the digilocker...

At belgaum, Ramdev bus stand floor has unevenness and people are falling, injuring themselves. Please make the floor flat....

We have put curtains in our mini bus 20 seat so they took fine of 500 RS...

Due to some internal strike it bus was delayed ...but atleast you can inform the passanger regarding delay ..when I enquired regarding it to manglore depot person in-charge is saying...

Booked ticket from banglore santhi nagar to palghat bustand, on 10dec the bus starts on 9.32 pm, given ticket to palghat bus stand but they dropped me at chandra nagar palghat
.ihave to take auto for 100 fare to reach busstand ...it is ok if bus won't come inside you must mention it on.or destination must be changed.its a big problem .think it...

THE named as Hussain didnt stopped at regular bus stops and they are forcibly saying to customers to get down at bus stand .rayadurg has spread with three kilometers and they are going out of rayadurgam to park the by out three kilometers. At udeglam panchayat on the same route they are refusing stops to customers.actullay MR Hussain driver...

As every time I go to get monthly pass at KSRTC Bus Stand, Channapatna, the person who is working there to issue monthly pass is behaving impatiently and shouts at me in front of other passengers. It's already i got this experience for fourth time. It hurts me very much and affect me for the whole day. Please change that person for the sake of passengers mental health. I think that he may be in the need of counseling....

Sir/ Madam, It is Very sad to inform... But from bus stand, bidar-kalburgi nonstop buses runs lately.. Without any prior timing..
Unless the full bus accumulate with passangers.. They are not going to depart from bus stand.. Weather it takes 15min, 30min, or 45min.. There is no time limit for departure.. Although there are number of buses plying.. These route.. Including express buses.....

Dear sir, iam regular passenger from kalburgi to sindagi, on this route buses are moving slowly, drivers and conductors are in competition to catch passenger, they are running buses only the bus is full. Sometimes conductors argue with passenger, they are stopping buses everywhere . The speed is also very slow. Bus stop at Jewargi and sindagi are not clean, pigs are roaming inside bus station. Kindly make bus services passenger friendly....

The driver was rashly driving his bus which caused the death of my father who was riding a bike
My query I need the insurance copy of ksrtc bus number KA 25 AF 2988
And also there is court proceedings going on from many years which has not yet been sorted out and we have till date not received any compensation...

Respected sir. I travelled by KSRTC BUS bearing registration number. KA-40 F 1460 on[protected]. From DAVANAGERE - CHITRADURGA Conductor collected Rs. 75 as ticket fare.

From last 3 to 4 year construction of new bus stand in Belagavi city is going on but still there is no progress in the work. People of Belagavi are facing many problems due to this like 1) heavy traffic jam outside bus stand 2) no proper platform for bus stand 3) no cleanliness at temporary bus stand etc...

Im really disappointed today because of driver is not opend door saying seats are not there, even seat is there, today 11-15am in town hall circles.
Matter is I'm waiting the bus near calltex tumkur, bus came I given signel he seens me but ignored again I thought he is seened so I take a auto to catch bus near town hall tumkur I reached but driver is not ready to take me in saying seats is not there but seats...
