Sir I'm travelling in KA21F0102 Puttur to mangalore bus. But some are not wearing mask and the conductor not bother about the situation. Why like that sir. Kindly go through the present situation. Even one dept person also travelling in bus.

    Castel rocks to Ramnagar road closure, No one of police informed road closure, your police is doing timepass, they have to tell the road closed. We have returned 30 - 35 Km back, very bad Roads, . And another road is also damaged, none o[censored]r road is Good, Karnataka belgaum road is useless. Your checkpost police also useless. This road is constructing from 2 years but not done till now. Chorla ghat road is also damaged, which way we have to go. Shamless police

          Ka-28, f-1835 from bellary to gangavati conductor is having the change after giving the ticket, and the conductor is refused to give the change amount. Conductor inform it us your responsibility to collect change while get down,
          If i left the bus without getting the change it will loss for me once again i gave to search the details & go & collect the amount. Note the amount to do all these process i have to spend 5 times of amount to collect remaining amount.
          Series of bad experience is happen in present days in ksrtc in this route. Kindly take necessary action against respective conduct

            I, claude d souza (62) had booked a e-ticket to my son clafton siddharth (25) from mangalore ksrtc busstand to mysore for 13th september 2020 by 10.00 pm bus paying rs. 485.00. The pnr no was j82584224 bus no: f 5488, crew mobile number [protected]. As my son’s mobile went out of order at the last minute i went to the bustation along with him. It was a sunday and was raining heavily. Being sunday, a holiday, we could not take a print out of the ticket as the photo-shops were closed. So i accompanied my son to the busstand as i had the e ticket and pnr number in my mobile.

            We approached the conductor and showed the e - ticket as well as the pnr number to him from my mobile. For his identity my son also showed adhar card proof. We humbly requested him explaining that my sons mobile wasn’t working. However, instead of trying to understand our problem the conductor behaved very harshly with us. His body language was also not encouraging and he suggested that in such a condition travelling would be complicated. This conductor even had the audacity to tell me that my son should travel to mysore with my mobile till mysore. At this i asked who i should contact to solve/clarify the problem. He told me to go to the control room.in between an argument ensured and the conductor came forward physically and came physically close to my son with the intent of provoking him. When we went to the control room we could not get any help. They also suggested my son has to carry my mobile to mysore.

            A bystander came to help us and asked us to go to the ticket counter to take a copy. But he wasn’t aware how to take a printout. When we came back near the inspectors counter the driver of the bus also came charging towards my son and with not even one inch distance separating his chest from my son and began to argue asking why he was talking rude. He was deliberately trying to pick a physical fight with my son by provoking him to push him when he came close to him.in the meantime the gentleman at the counter was able to take the printout of the ticket. When we got the ticket my son apoligised to the conductor for the incident. However, the conductor started telling a different story in front of the people assembled. He began to tell “i had told you to remove your raincoat and go and sit inside”. This was aimed trying to shield his misbehaviour in front of the public and also to make my son a villain. The conductor then began to boast proudly that he has a son who is an engineer which had nothing to do with this incident. After my son got into the bus he started criticising my son doesn’t know how to behave.

            The driver of the bus had no business to interfere and brush his chest with my son to pick up a fight. If they had any problem they could have called the police.

            Imagine if the cell phone falls down at the busstand and it fails to function isnt there a solution for the problem? If even in international airports such problems are solved why not in ksrtc. It is not that we the public travel free of cost. We pay money for the services rendered.

            I therefore request you to kindly take stringent action against the hooliganist behaviour of the conductor and the driver of the said bus so that they dont repeat this kind of behaviour with the public in future.

              Karnataka sarige bus num f 3990 travelling frm tirupati to blore on 13/9/2020, conductor and driver overloading bus, not following govt orders, rude with passengers, filling each and every seats.

                  I booked 2 seats no.15 &17 for me & my mother from bangalore to davangere on dtd 05.09.2020 scheduled 5.30 am.. Our pick up at jalahalli cross.. But, when we entered into the bus no f1940.. One lady already occupied seat no16 as per conductor instruction.. But, when i asked he argued & don't know about social distance. Before further order, how can he overcross the instructions? When i booked the seats, clearly it shown the social distance on that day... This is for your notice for further action & disceplenary action against conductor. I believe ksrtc way of proceedings towards justice.

                    Bus driver doesn't know when to rake overtake of vehicles, he took overtake in curve and without concerning the opposite vehicle and he also damaged my two wheeler. After that i asked him about incident then his reply was you people are still alive then why are you making nonsense by giving complaint.

                      About the seat arrangement

                      I wanna complaint that the KSRTC bus doesn't maintain any social distancing .And it was rule that only 2members can sit on an 3three seater and only one on two seats .But the conductor and the driver doesn't maintain and they make the bus crowded now also (in the time of corona ).so pls take a strict action against it ......

                      Hi,
                      I am travelling from chikodi to bengaluru, i am booked seat no 1 which has 2 sleeper seat, but due to covid 19, government announced only one passanger should travel but bus crew is taking passangers travelling to belagavi and hukkeri without reservation, they are paying to conductor and those without reservation passangers sitting without permission, no social distance nothing on the reserved seats giving trouble to reserved passangers. That's why i am writing this complaint please

                        We are daily travellers every time when we took ksrtc bus they will charge bus ticket from where we took bus from to bus station where it ends but we are village people bus stop are there but they will charge bus ticket of the bus destination. Bus is from chickballapur to Bangalore they have bus stops but every they says like this bus is express we issue ticket from Bangalore to chickballapur, devanahalli to chickballapur like this then what about other stops people??. But what I observed In bus ticket the bus Num is different from what on there bus in my ticket KA09-F5067 and that bus KA40F1320 they said this is express we issue ticket like this if you what go and complaint in bus depo.
                        For students in chickballapur they issued free buss pass in scheme of govt and in benefit of MLA but buses not allowed students to took bus they said like when bus move then u people come we need payee passengers like this .
                        Then students at last succeeded to took bus means so many students are from villages in route chickballapur to Bangalore but intentionally bus driver and conductors not stop bus there destination far away from there villages they will stop that to in national highway NH-7 we personally experienced this situation because of this so many are took private buses in the route of chickballapur to Bangalore route it shows how KSRTC employees are responsible .it means No Trust then how can a girl assure safety like this type of people plz solve this issue it really damaging KSRTC pride

                          Ksrtc bus number KA11 F0463 conductor from mysore to bangalore has filling more seats, by violation of government regulation's. In mondya he filled three seaters n two seaters full. Please take necessary action n save public health.

                            Ka 01f 9406 is riding rash that passenger will not safe at all.
                            Deaprted from yashvanthpur @ 1740 to yalahanka old town. This stupied driver riding fast please take him from the road service and kick him out, this is not safe at all, please kindly raise the complaint on him. And so the need full. We have family too.

                              I have booked ksrtc bus to travel to tirupati. My bus stopping is at iti gate at 3.49pm. Its almost 5'o clock but the bus didnt arrived yet. Its an emergency that i need to travel to my hometown. Ksrtc has no punctuality in the arrival of the bus. This is for the second time i have seen the late arrival of the bus. If passengers do the same they shout like anything. Kindly maintain punctual time.

                                I have reserved a non ac sleeper coach bus ticket starting from hubballi heading bellary and i have been informed the departure time at hubballi bus stand is 9:30 pm where as actually the bus has not even arrived the hubballi busstand at 11:30pm. Atleast information regarding the delay in arriving at hubballi also not been informed.

                                  I got to the bus ka57-f2529 from bhadravathi where in i have not informed of available seats, but when i seated in the conductor seat he took the ticket simply without info and then he got me up saying that it is my seat and i came standing from bhadravathi till shimoga. There is no social distance they are simply making amount by standing people and not giving proper info for the passengers... Pls repeat it again...

                                      I was booking for the ticket and they amount was paid.. But the ticket status showed failed transaction.. But the amount was already deducted. I raised a query on 23 feb 2020. Where the operator said that the amount will be refunded after seven days. And till date the amount has not been refunded.
