I took a ticket in hand from calicut ksrtc sstand from Calicut - Banglore and I was told that the conductor would pay me the balance of 200 RS begore the end of the journey.After the break stop which was in Gundlupet he asked me for the ticket and that he will return the 200 which he owed me.I came to notice that the small ticket slip went missing and i told him the same.He was not at all ready to hear the matter and he went harsh and made the bus stop all of a sudden in middle of the road and asked me to get out unless i get a new ticket.I was humiliated in front of dozens of fellow passengers and was forced to take another ticket from Gundlupet - Banglore.
I humbly ask the concerned authorities to look into the matter and hope such incidents wont be faced by anyone in the future.I shall attach the photo of my 2nd ticket with the mail.

    One of the bus driver did not stopped at designated stop of my village as the next bus was after 2 and half hours later...I decided to drop them(my relative who actually was gng to his native) to next stop while overtaking the bus we requested the bus driver to stop bus at next stop but he did not stopped there also and I decided at any cost I have to talk with these kind of irresponsible drivers and as I took my bike and followed him he was not ready to give side to me and overspeeding the bus finally I managed to overtake and I reached next stop as there was many people's waiting to board the bus the driver left with only option to stop the bus there I gone to him and talked he told it's my choice whether to stop or not u dnt come to tell me... Is in karnataka the buses are owned by them?? So that it's their decision to stop or not??... Is this kind of services peopes expect from one of the best public transport system in India??... I request at least a strict guidelines to the drivers should be given so that they perform their duty correctly... In my view it's not a complaint but a request to warn the driver to perform his duty as our constitution provided us a writ of mandamus.. The writ of mandamus says the govt or courts have the power to direct a govt servant to perform his duty... So i kindly on behalf of people's of my taluka request u to take a firm action against such drivers

      PNR: J93137170
      I realised after reaching home that i had lost my wallet which contained pan card, aadhar card and 2debit cards along with few business cards. It would have slipped off my pant pocket in the bus or in the auto rickshaw while going home after reaching Hyderabad. Request your good office to kindly help in this by letting me know in case you team has found and reported the list wallet and Id cards and return the same. It would be of great help to me.

        I booked my bus from ooty to bangalore and the boarding point was VJ Joseph and sons.

        I got the below message

        KSRTC Bus PNR: J93210539, DOJ: 24-Apr-2023 23:20, 2223OTYBNG, Bus No : f 0721, Crew Mobile No: [protected]. Happy Journey. From MKSRTC.

        But the bus did not arrive

        For me it was very urgent to reach my office in Bangalore.

        Since the bus did not arrived, I kindly request you to refund my amount. I am a regular coustomer and used travel up and down every week.

          I am a regular traveller with my family from bangalore to virajpet. The new electric bus is absolutely rubbish and a bad selection
          The seats are not comfortable for 2. Leg space is zero. Passenger movement space is crazy. No moving space. And high price, with all these defective design.they are charging high rate. Withdraw these buses immediately. Otherwise we will launch an online campaign against it.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of one of your KSRTC bus drivers. Today, on my journey from Hassan city to MCE Bus stop, the driver refused to make a scheduled stop at the designated rest area and instead continued driving without any explanation.

            When I asked the driver about the reason for not stopping, he responded with rude and offensive language. I found this behavior to be completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

            As a passenger, I expect to receive courteous and respectful treatment from your staff. However, the actions of this driver have left a negative impression on my overall experience with KSRTC.

            I would like to request that you take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that your drivers are trained to provide excellent customer service. Additionally, I would appreciate an apology for the behavior of your driver during my recent trip.

            I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to avoid such incidents in the future.

              On 23.04.2023 evening at around 6pm ihad travelled from hassan to banglore in KSRTC Bus ( KA 19 F 3505) Rajahamsa bus, with my family ( 2 adults + 1 child) - 2.5 tickets charged by driver cum conductor is 870/- rupees amount taken but given ticket upto chennarayapatna for 200/- rupees and he says by mistake I have printed, I will manage ticket checking. Which he knows clearly that no checking will be done.

              After chennarayapatna I am asking to provide ticket but he refused to provide and He has taken the ticket too. He says sir please sit in seats I am driving I will provide you at kunigal and he is not provided the ticket at all and taken the full amount of 870/- ruppes.

              At every stage corruption and manuplation is working.

              Take necessary action on driver cum conductor on bus no. KA 19 F 3505 on 23.04.2023.

                    I had booked tickets under PNR number T93189581 from Hubli new Bus stand to Mangalore bus trip code 1430YLPMNG exp to arrive At 1615 he's in Hubli.i gone to Hubli at 1609 hrs on 21 st yesterday and waited for bus .but it not came .I asked Yellapur inspector who informed bus breakdown and at 1900 hrs I taken ticket to Mangalore in Belgaum Mangalore bus no KA19F3499 and started journey.when I was near sirsi I received call from Yellapur Mangalore bus and explained to him everything.and continued my journey in Belgaum Mangalore bus and reached morning 4 am to Mangalore.Now I hereby claim refund for tickets for Yellapur Mangalore bus under above mentioned PNR number.kindly arrange for the same.regards vijaykumar Kulkarni

                      Harihar to Ranebennur 23km bus fare 48rs which is very expensive to afford to the common passenger. Kindly take this complaint as a serious matter. Where as
                      Ranebennur to Haveri 35km rajhamsa bus fare 40rs. Please compare the bus fare & facilitate the justice to the public.

                        Wiper not available, horn not available. Brake not working smoothly and no timings maintained (11:10am started from banglore - and 7:00pm still at tarikerr bhadravati road.

                          I am traveling from Madekeri to Udupi in KSRTC bus no KA09F5425 on 20th April, 2023. I boarded the bus at 9.15am. the bus is filled with so many cockroaches that it is difficult to sit. I request the officials to make sure the busses are clean and fit to travel.

                            I am traveling from Madekeri to Udupi in KSRTC bus no KA09F5425. The bus is infested with cockroaches and it is difficult to sit. The bus requires cleaning. Please please do look into it.

                                Greetings for the day.!!

                                I stay in Kolar Gold Fields and i actually work at night shifts, my day was as usual since I had some work in my sister house which is at Krishnaraja puram Bangalore and had to travel from my office which is in Mahadevpura and while I was returning to my home town which is at Kolar Gold Fields at 01:33 pm IST due to lunch timing the facility of bus was usually less comparatively, since I was very tired and was exhausted due to work and sun I made a decision to travel to Kolar and catch another feeder bus from Kolar to KGF, hence I got the bus KA 07 F 1531, I got in to the bus and i noticed only 3 passenger were there, after some time there was another bus behind and I was sure that was not my home town bus but still to check the same I stood and walked towards conductor who was sitting at back seat to check the same, I have no intention to deboard the current bus and also the bus which was behind us goes to some other place, and while I went I have not disturbed anyone nor I was a disturbance to anyone since only 3 people were there and none was boarding the bus but unfortunately, Conductor started shouting at me rudely telling me to walk out of the Bus KA 07 F 1531 and was using inaccurate words/abusive words in Kannada and started yelling at me, I was shocked bybthis behaviour and I encountered saying that I was not a disturbance to anyone not none was being boarded at this point to tell these words to me, and as a passenger I have my whole rights to walk in and walk out in my stops, all tha I need to carry a valid ticket and I have it, what was my mistake since Conductor showed his entire anger and frustration to me ??? Is this the way KSRTC staffs treat the passengers?? I have traveled lot in my career in KSRTC bus but never encountered such sinario here or anywhere, this situation made me stressed and put me to shame in public for no reason for the Conductor bossism or rude behaviour, I request people to please look in to this and take the necessary action hence that would be useful for my other passenger for the smoother travel.

                                    KSRTC Buses from Dharmasthala to kukke subrahmanya and Kukke subrahmanya to Dharmasthala ( via ichilampady - mardhala - bilinele - kaikamba) road were buses are always filled by the tourists. The ladies reservation seats are always filled by gents and they won't leave the seat even though ladies are standing. It is very difficult for daily passengers( especially ladies) to stand every both in the morning and evening. When it is questioned by us to the conductor, the are giving answers like "the reservation is not applicable for this bus ". We ladies are asking our rights. So higher authorities have to take strict action against this.

                                      ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಬೇಲೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಬಸ್ ಸ್ಟಾಂಡ್-573115 (ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ) ನಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ:[protected] ರಂದು ಮಾಸಿಕ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಲು ಸಂಜೆ 6.30 ಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಚಾರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದಾಗ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವ ಸಮಯ ಬೆಳ್ಳಗ್ಗೆ 9-00 ರಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆ 5-00 ವರೆಗೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಮಾಸಿಕ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತೀರುವ ನಾನು ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ 7.30 ಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟು ಸಂಜೆ ಸುಮಾರು 06.30 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ನನಗೆ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಸಿಕ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಡಿಪೋ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ (ಮೊ.ನಂ.[protected])ರನ್ನು ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿದಾಗ ಉಡಫೆಯಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ರಜೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಮಾಸಿಕ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಇದರಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬ ಅನಾನುಕೂಲವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ನನಗೆ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಹೊರತು ಪಡಿಸಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ದಿನ ರಜೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮಾಸಿಕ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ನ್ನು ಬೆಳ್ಳಗ್ಗೆ 9-00 ರಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆ 5-00 ಘಂಟೆ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಬೇರೆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ..???. ಇದರಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಮಾಸಿಕ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾನು ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ತೆರಳುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಮಾಸಿಕ ಬಸ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.

                                        A ksrtc bus running every day from tumkur bus stand to HAGALAVADI Village at 9.15am.But today 18/04/2023 Tuesday that bus not running.
                                        The passengers of that route are almost government employees, all are waiting for the same bus.
                                        Except that there are no buses are there at that timing.So, the passengers are suffered today by missing the bus.
                                        Kindly requesting to you for giving the strict warning to the concerned to run the bus every day without missing.
