Dear sir,
I'm travelling in the below mentioned bus : journey date :11-aug-2019 14:00, trip code :1400chnbng, bus number :ka57f2504, depot :mangaluru 2, crew mobile no:[protected]. Happy journey.
The ac in the bus was not working even when the bus started from cmbt bus terminus.
The conductor did not listen to passenger complaints and was rude in responding to the passenger requests.
His words were "you complain to gm md or minister, i don't care"
When all passengers insisted, they stopped the bus and called to someone for alternative.
After waiting a while, they said no other buses are available.
Elderly, infants and other passengers who paid for a comfortable journey are now inside a sealed bus with no ac.
I severely condemn the way passengers of ksrtc are treated.
I wish to see the responsible technicians and operators disciplined for their lack of sensitivity to such perils.
I'm also posting this incident to national consumer redressal forum for their intervention is avoiding such issues in the future.
