Reference to the above subject i request you to arrange a special bus non ac sleeper/ac sleeper on festival occasion at around 9.00 pm from majestic.

Because all the other normal routine buses will be booked 1 month prior for which later we will be not be having the seats to book.

So please look in to this matter and try to arrange some luxury buses with reasonable fare.

    I booked two tickets from kunnamangalam to mysore for 15 august 2019. The booking was made on 14august2019. the provided OB reference no. is OB4646864 and the tickects were amounting to Rs.537. The tickets were not confirmed as the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my account at the time of booking. I request you to check the same and refund the amount deducted during the transaction as soon as possible as the tickets
    were not booked but the amount was deducted. Hope this gets resolved soon and i can get my money back within the shortest possible time.

      I have booked a ksrtc bus ticket from bangalore to davangere for[protected] at 11:47 pm. When i tried booking, first time money got deducted but no ticket was allocated for transaction reference number ob38552726. Again i booked and ticket was allocated for transaction reference number ob38552912. But the money deducted for ob38552726 is not deducted yet. Please provide a refund for this at the earliest.

        As bus number ka25f2956 giving service from dharwad to savadatti due to heavy floods the road has been changed and renewed stages are already updated in their ticket issuing system the conductor and driver not stopped bus to any of the bus stops. And the bus was running almost empty. When a raised a question to conductor he was mix behaving. This is why ksrtc in loss.
        Need immediate action on this.

          When was stop reaching before traffic signal was there
          Conductor said to get down us, before getting proper stop
          So much traffic and no road safety for us
          The conductor behavior was rude, and irresponsible for passengers safety

            I was trying to book bus tickets from bangalore to mangalore on ksrtc web application through upi and the amount was debited but the tickets were not confirmed. I tried reaching ksrtc customer care but there is no response in any of the customer care numbers. It has been 4 days and not one of the numbers mentioned is reachable. Please resolve the issue and refund the full amount.

              This is to register my complaint against the crew of ka of...745 from bellary to bangalore.
              The bus started from bellary at 3.30 pm on friday 9th august. It halted at hiriyur at 6.30 pm for tea. The driver started the bus without checking the passengers. I had gone to the urinal at the bus stand and i had to run and board the bus. I would have missed the bus and my costly luggage if i had come out from the urinal after a minute. It was the responsibility of the driver and conductor to ensure that passengers have boarded the bus before starting again.

                Dear sir,
                I'm travelling in the below mentioned bus : journey date :11-aug-2019 14:00, trip code :1400chnbng, bus number :ka57f2504, depot :mangaluru 2, crew mobile no:[protected]. Happy journey.

                The ac in the bus was not working even when the bus started from cmbt bus terminus.

                The conductor did not listen to passenger complaints and was rude in responding to the passenger requests.

                His words were "you complain to gm md or minister, i don't care"

                When all passengers insisted, they stopped the bus and called to someone for alternative.

                After waiting a while, they said no other buses are available.

                Elderly, infants and other passengers who paid for a comfortable journey are now inside a sealed bus with no ac.

                I severely condemn the way passengers of ksrtc are treated.

                I wish to see the responsible technicians and operators disciplined for their lack of sensitivity to such perils.

                I'm also posting this incident to national consumer redressal forum for their intervention is avoiding such issues in the future.

                    We were standing ma bus stop near gorguntepalaya as we had senior citizen member we asked bus conductor for gubbi stop as the bus was going from bangalore to shimoga vehicle number - ka40f1371 as bus was little empty also... But he didn't allow us to get inside kindly give me reason for this... And my grand parents waited for the bus more then 1 hr kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible

                      Kaiga to karwar bus on 7th august 2019.
                      Please find the ticket attachment.
                      A wheel bag provided by npcil, and has a npcil logo on it. Need it immediately as i have important documents in it please help tried contacting ksrtc alot no go. As there was a flood in kaiga karwar ksrtc buses were operating to drop us to karwar. Please get this sorted soon. There is food in it and my certificates.

                      I booked 2tickets for 8th Aug 2019. But did not get any confirmation mail or msg. my PNR no is J78167005 OB reference no is OB38385739. As ticket is confirmed when I checked in website, but for safer side we want that msg to show to the bus conductor.

                        Booked 3 tickets in ksrtc online from hassan to bangalore. Pnr number: j78240155. We had a train to catch at 4.15pm in bangalore railway station. But bus didn’t come till 12.05pm and enquired the enquiry team, called the driver. His answer was irresponsible and not responded properly. Tried to initiate a refund but the ksrtc system didn’t allow.
                        I demand for a refund for bus fare.

                          I travelled from mysore to bangalore on 25.07.2019 by multi axl a c bus no.
                          Ka57-f1823 ticket no. 023548 dated 25.07.2019 at 18.57 pm serial no. A10670 a[protected]

                          I paid rs.510/- to conductor and asked the refund of rs.200/-. He asked that he has no change and will refund during the stop for tea break where bus stop.

                          I asked during tea break but he said he will return afterword. When bus reached to bangalore about 10.30 pm. He was disappeared when i went for complaint in bus depot, they refused to lodge the complaint.

                          I am lodging when i reached to my destination. Please look the case strongly and confirm the action taken and refund the money to me
                          I travelled in KSRTC bus number KA17-F1722 on 03/08/2019 from arsiker to Bangalore. The bus conductor said he would give me change of rupees 85 for the ticket. While alighting he refused to give and started arguing to me. Please take necessary action

                            I had booked tickets to pune to and fro of dt 9/8/19 due to closed of nh4 i had postponed journey to 23/8/19 but they have charged postponed. Charges plus no to discount for to and fro booked tickets this looting from public instead helping in this flood critical situation they should bear charges or according to passengers convenient without charges issue tickets because it is a public service

                              I am a daily commuter in ksrtc.
                              I would like to bring to your kind notice how much our journey to & fro from kollam to paripally has become due to the acute shortage of buses especially in the morning. We had 4-5 buses to tvm from 7.30- 8. O clock in the morning. We are being harassed for somebody's tukluq idea of cut shorting. Passengers are not cattle to be squished. We all hope that there will be a judicious action taking into consideration our plight. Expecting a positive action.

                                    Dear sir ksrtc tirupati route buses like karnataka sarige and other services stop for food breaks at hotel sri vishnu priya and balaji bhavan etc for lunch, dinner etc these hotels are charging more than mrp, even for water bottle 1ltr is 20, but thy are chargng 25, similarly all food items and no proper hygenic so please look into the matter and do the needful..

                                      Sir i had travelled from karwar to hubli through karwar richur @ 9.30 am the conductor is very rude and he is not bothered for anything as per wish is behaving dropped me old bus stand hubli and telling you go as per wish to new bus stand hubli al i had to go to belgaum buses are from hublil new bus stand otherwise you wait one hourr till he finishes lunch just 5 minutes way from bus stand to busstand in heavy rain lady with luggage he was harassing pls look into matter when i reported to hubli controller he has adjusted richie conductor is warning me you report where ever you report whatever you want to do since it is public service he has to drop prize stand and then go for lunch not anywhere according to his wish

                                      conductor is telling where ever you want to complaint you complaint they know nothing will happen complaint s are eye of wash of passengers of organizations are as formality they have kept site nothing they are doing giving answers resolved from top level is organizations is like this what will happen

                                      karwar to raichur ka 31 f 1256 of 3rd August 2019 conductor is given such problems in front of all passengers what action is taken without taking any action just reading a complaint problems are resolving is not the way to solve then why you kept the site for customer care
