I am traveling from Madekeri to Udupi in KSRTC bus no KA09F5425 on 20th April, 2023. I boarded the bus at 9.15am. the bus is filled with so many cockroaches that it is difficult to sit. I request the officials to make sure the busses are clean and fit to travel.

THIS WILL CREATE LONG WAITING TIME AT THE NIGHT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS, CHICLDERENS, LADIES DAILY. ALSO THOSE WHO COME FROM THUMUR ROUTE BUS TO MOVE TOWARDS CHICKBALLAPUR AT GOWRIBIDNUR KSRTC BUS STOP.

SO WE NEED BUSES AT 8.15PM & 9.15PM at GOWRIBIDNUR to CHICKBALLAPUR via Manchenahally-561211.

Greetings for the day.!!

I stay in Kolar Gold Fields and i actually work at night shifts, my day was as usual since I had some work in my sister house which is at Krishnaraja puram Bangalore and had to travel from my office which is in Mahadevpura and while I was returning to my home town which is at Kolar Gold Fields at 01:33 pm IST due to lunch timing the facility of bus was usually less comparatively, since I was very tired and was exhausted due to work and sun I made a decision to travel to Kolar and catch another feeder bus from Kolar to KGF, hence I got the bus KA 07 F 1531, I got in to the bus and i noticed only 3 passenger were there, after some time there was another bus behind and I was sure that was not my home town bus but still to check the same I stood and walked towards conductor who was sitting at back seat to check the same, I have no intention to deboard the current bus and also the bus which was behind us goes to some other place, and while I went I have not disturbed anyone nor I was a disturbance to anyone since only 3 people were there and none was boarding the bus but unfortunately, Conductor started shouting at me rudely telling me to walk out of the Bus KA 07 F 1531 and was using inaccurate words/abusive words in Kannada and started yelling at me, I was shocked bybthis behaviour and I encountered saying that I was not a disturbance to anyone not none was being boarded at this point to tell these words to me, and as a passenger I have my whole rights to walk in and walk out in my stops, all tha I need to carry a valid ticket and I have it, what was my mistake since Conductor showed his entire anger and frustration to me ??? Is this the way KSRTC staffs treat the passengers?? I have traveled lot in my career in KSRTC bus but never encountered such sinario here or anywhere, this situation made me stressed and put me to shame in public for no reason for the Conductor bossism or rude behaviour, I request people to please look in to this and take the necessary action hence that would be useful for my other passenger for the smoother travel.

KSRTC Buses from Dharmasthala to kukke subrahmanya and Kukke subrahmanya to Dharmasthala ( via ichilampady - mardhala - bilinele - kaikamba) road were buses are always filled by the tourists. The ladies reservation seats are always filled by gents and they won't leave the seat even though ladies are standing. It is very difficult for daily passengers( especially ladies) to stand every both in the morning and evening. When it is questioned by us to the conductor, the are giving answers like "the reservation is not applicable for this bus ". We ladies are asking our rights. So higher authorities have to take strict action against this.

A ksrtc bus running every day from tumkur bus stand to HAGALAVADI Village at 9.15am.But today 18/04/2023 Tuesday that bus not running.
The passengers of that route are almost government employees, all are waiting for the same bus.
Except that there are no buses are there at that timing.So, the passengers are suffered today by missing the bus.
Kindly requesting to you for giving the strict warning to the concerned to run the bus every day without missing.

I had booked tickets from mysore to hebbal bus stand, banglore today, 16 april 2023 (8.03-11.45pm) seats 14, 19, 20 in KSRTC airavat club class bus number- (f-3943), crew mobile number- ([protected] ).The conductor was acting weird in the beginning and then when we reached kempegowda bus station he was being rude and asking us to move to the back seats and the reason was someone else booked the same seats to hyderabad. We had half an hour more to reach. How can someone book already booked seats. The conductor was behaving badly to us
I need this issue to be considered seriously and actions to be taken against him.

In ksrtc busstand people in washroom are collecting 10rs for urinals, where it is free

It's impossible to cross road, they left us on the road, and we have to walk far away to catch metro, it's not an easy issue, we have to cross barricades of service road, and its too traffic to cross, and how can the old people can cross??? Please consider this into your account and make appropriate arrangements

When bus passed gopalgowda hospital, I said that conductor to give stop even there was another guy who wanted to step down to Nazarbad stop hence conductor whistle to give stop but when driver was about to stop the bus, that conductor (Name-Basavaraj T(Basava banduru, his phone number[protected] purposely whistle 2 times so bus driver didn't gave stop, that another guy with me step down from that running bus but I being a girl waited for next stop that is hardinge circle or Arugatu.i requested conductor to give stop since i am fasting also, he didn't listened, he started laughing and giggling hence I walk from arugatu to Nazarbad. This is the first time happened with me in 8 years of my experience traveling in this route.Bus number =KA-11, F-0530, route = malvalli - bannur - Mysuru. Time - 8:30am

I was travelling Bailappanamata on the way of Huliyar. It's almost 8.30pm. almost all the buses stops there including express buses. But this conductor didn't ready to give me stop. As a lady, during night hours, even requested also he did not even think about safety. Really poor service

Recently on 13/4/2023. @ approximately 16:00hrs. a bus (no KA-09F- 5209) travelling between Statebank (Mangalore) to puttur nearly collided with my car while trying to overtake on a turn near kankanady Mangalore near. I had to climb up the pedestrian pavement inorder to avoid being rammed on the driver side. The bus driver took of[censored]naware while the conductor and other passengers were aware of the near miss accident. While i confronted him at the kankanady bustop the driver claims he was unaware of such an accident. If it was any 2wheeler or a pedestrian he would definately have been crushed under the bus.. this kind of recklessness is totally unacceptable by some one driving a passenger carrier. And if he was unaware that he nearly collided against my car i seriously doubt the level of awareness or his competency in driving such a vehicle. I hope he is suitably reprimanded and fined ..

Iam travelling hubli to sirsi morning 8:00AM Buss no KA19 F 3179 on 13th April 2023. Buss conductor miss behaved every passenger he didn't take old currency notes asking every passenger give me new currency notes otherwise you don't come this buss....

We have 3 complaints.
First thing bus driver did given a stop in Goraguntepalya . He is not in the service road and he stoped in next signal that is near in middle of the road we get in the bus. How ladies will ran and catch the bus in the middle of signal that to in heavy traffic jone.
2) Speed limit for KSRTC is 60KM per hour but when we start at the boarding point 6.15 PM date 12-apr-2023 when we reach Gubbi bus terminal around about 81 Kilometres driver took the time is 3 hours and 30 Minutes as usually traffic is normal but driver is not ready keep up the time value.
3) Even bus condition also not good when the applying for break is very hard break to much noise and we are getting a scare to travel also am requesting the KSRTC team to look into this serious issues mainly bus drivers are not ready to stop the bus in main passengers boarding terminals. They want fallow some rules also they are breaking the rules and making us trouble in such big traffic jone how ladies and kids will ran and catch the buses basic common sense has to be there for drivers. As soon as possible please take it's as a serious issue and resolve and give a best service to passangers.
