Hi good afternoon sir /mdm,
When i m traveling in ksrtc bus no. Ka57 f 608 ticket no. 074488 dated on 30.01.2019 but in ticket bus number is ka40 f 0662.in that bus no space to stand also because of leagues as attach photos
I asked and told to conductor why you are allowed to keep inside leagues. League box is provided know. This is not goods vehicle i m going to give complaint on you. For that conductor used bad words in kannada language and he told go and give complaint i m not worrying i will pay amount for higher officers also they won't do anything. And his behavior also like rowdys he is unfit to conductor job. So please take action as per law.

    Dear sir,
    I am traveling from gadag to laxmeswar from your bus no. Ka 26f 890 at 8.15 am from gadag,. Wide ticket no. 101928. Bus was not having 2 window glasses. At seat no. 22-23 reserved for senior citizens. When i questioned conductor she told i have informed depot management to fit glass., but they did not take seriously. I even asked for blankets, she says.
    Because starting 4 rows occupied by passengers, but back side all childrens ladies and kids where struggling to travel in this chill climate.
    I hope you officers get privileged bus and seats to travel, but normal passengers give full money and pay for your mistakes, or taking it granted. Or not travel by ksrtc bus because you get cars for your family. But poor people struggle to pay even your hiking prices every now and then.
    So kindly make it right for even common passengers.
    Hope god gives you good knowledge to correct system.

      On 29.01.2019 around 10pm in mysore road driver of bus number ka09f5107 was driving on right side i was driving on left suddenly without seeing left he took left. Luckily i saw and i stopped and took extreme left. The driver's need to undergo refresher training and also defensive driving. If not corrected bcoz of ksrtc buses accident will happen.
      Need a response from your side.

        Subject : conductor cheated for balance amount

        3 people traveled and ticket is 20 each so totally 60. We gave 100 rupees. And he asked us to collect balance 40 in megestic. He mentioned 40 in back side of the ticket.in megestic we asked and he told i wroted 10 only. Only 10 balance. How 10 balace will come how can we give 70 rupees for 60 ticket there is no 70 rupees note and coin. He cheated. He didn't gave balance 40. We scold like fraud he laughed. Please take action. Not only us. He cheated many people in that 1 trip itself.

            I'm complaing for a kindle forgotten in the bus from bangalore airport to mysore. On 28 january 2019 i got the bus at 2 am from bangalore airport to mysore.             KA 40 F920 boarded in Tiruvannamalai. All buses will pass via majestic then reached Mysore satellite bus stand. We requested conductor and informed all buses will go via majestic. He refused and rudely behaved with all passengers. Kindly take necessary action against him. Our sincere request.

              I was traveling from dharmasthala to moodbidri by ksrtc bus on[protected]. I boarded the bus at dharmasthala. The bus was travelling from dharmasthala to badami. The bus registration number ka-29 f 1468 n w k r t c. The bus started at 3:20 p. M. From dharmasthala.
              I asked to the conductor “is this bus going to moodbidri?” while boarding the bus. The conductor replied “yes. This bus is going to badami via moodbidri”. I boarded the bus and seated in front row behind the driver seat. Conductor came near to me and asked my destination station to issue the ticket. I replied “issue a ticket to moodbidri”. The conductor issued ticket to murudeshwar and forced me to pay rs.222. I asked him i am going to moodbidri and the ticket cost may be around rs.60. The conductor refused to take rs.60 and demanded to pay rs.222. He argued that what he had done is right. The driver and the co-driver added their voice and supported to the conductor. The conductor acts like a rowdy man. I disappointed from his behaviour. I informed him i get down from the bus at next station and catch other private bus to moodbidri. Suddenly he behaved like a cruel. He caught the collar of my shirt and abused with the vulgar word like “soolemaga”. I told the conductor that i pay only rs.60 that is the actual charge from dharmasthala to moodbidri but i did not have the exact change of 60. I paid rs.110 to the conductor and asked change of rs.50. Conductor took my ticket back at moodbidri and refuse to give change of rs.50. He forced me to get down from the bus. I lost rs.50 and suffered with harassment by the ksrtc bus employees.

              This is the behaviour of the ksrtc bus conductor. How can a common man use ksrtc service?

                I tried to book a e-ticket on[protected] from Kayamkulam to Bangalore through KSRTC's website using SBI Internet banking facility. The travelling date is[protected].

                The amount Rs.1141.0 was deducted from the SBI account on[protected]. The transaction reference number generated is OB35324732.

                I would like to get the ticket amount to be refunded and would like to know the status of the ticket - whether it is booked or not.

                  This particular bus conductor do not provide change and tickets for short distance travelling,. As i had observed several times he do not gives ticket for less than 50rs for regular costumers.
                  Please take a strict action on this conductor

                  Bus which was travelling from chikmaglur to hornad via balehonnur at 9:30am on 23/01/2019 on friday.

                  The conductor argues that he cannot give tickets for short distance and keeps the remaining change for himself.

                  I request the authorized person to take action on such conductors

                    Its so frustrating to see a premium government like ksrtc having this kind o[censored]n-comfortness, un-cleanliness.

                    I booked a sleeper (From-bangalore; to-hyderabad), last row, lower berth. Like every customer, i thought it will be neat and i'll be having a comfortable journey. To my surprise, that seat was utter unclean, so much of dust on the seat, glass window. That whole night i had a horrible experience with dust, smoke from below berth, so hot it was. I can literally feel dust falling on my face, hot smoke coming from below the berth. Could not even sleep for an hour. I got severe body pains, no sleep at all so much of distress.
                    We are paying for a comfortable journey, this kind of experience is not acceptable at all. Very very frustrating & disappointed.

                      We were in a bus travelling from hubli to hyderabad we are frequent travellers in this route and by ksrtc buses. Every time the bus stops at some remote village dhaba for dinner. The hotel is in pathetic stage with broken roofs, rats running around the food and kitchen. Any one who is councious of his health and food would not eat at this place. When asked the driver and conductor they said it is the order from his higher-ups to stop at this hotel. I request the authorities to take action on this and stop the lobby as it would affect passengers health in a very bad manner. Surprisingly none of the passengers are at this hotel apart from driver and conductor then you can imagine the poor state of the hotel.

                            Dear sir/ma'am,
                            I am travelling from bangalore to vellore on 24/01/2019 and bus number is ka 57f 790, my depart time is 16:15, but bus reached st. Johns (My boarding place) by 15:00. And the driver was driving in very high speed, and it's very scary.

                            The way he drives, everybody in bus was not comfortable. And he was speaking in mobile throughout the journey.

                            Please take an immediate action on this, it's a kind request from a passengers.

                              We were travelling by AC bus from bengalore to puttaparty vide ticket no 47406322 Dt 22.1.18 pnr no. J74693596
                              The AC was not working properly but the passengers adjusted the situation. But after sometime the AC stopped entirely. The driver discussed the situation with his superior and under the instructions of his superior he assured us that the bus have to drive without AC and the difference amount for non AC journey in place of AC bus journey will be refunded from the ksrtc counter of puttaparty.
                              We have to go more than 100km with tremendous pain having insufficient air circulation for closed all around.
                              We have approached the kart counter at puttaparty but the person at the counter refused to refund the same as per
                              assurance.
                              So kindly take the necessary action so that I may get refund of difference amount.

                                I am travelling in hubli - hyderabad bus (Rajahamsa executive seater) on 22.01.2019. The bus started at exact 7.30pm from hubli. When the bus reached raichur, the driver has stopped the bus for 40 min unnecessarily. The actual destination (Hyderabad) reaching time is 6.30am and bus driver is delayed and is about to reach at 8.30am. Please inform the drivers to reach the destination on time.

                                  Conductor behaved very badly on me when boarded at manyatha tech park.
                                  Post boarding gave rs 100 and asked tkt till hoodie circle. Immediately said no change for ticket cost of rs 63. When i said it is rs 100, he started scrolding me rudely that he just started duty how he gets change but the way of his communication is totally disappointed me a lot. He is not stopping rude talk even requested by other passenger including driver to stop. Hence am complaining on him to take corrective action on his approach with passengers.

                                    Am traveling in a bus which is of too salem... There is no proper space to keep the luggages and the seat which i had sat was terrible... When the bus is moving am also moving forward not fixed the seats... As a passenger why i need to come in ksrtc... Instead i can travel in local buses which is far better than this bus... Bus number :- ka19f2956 seat number is also 38...
                                    I booked the ticket but it's not generated due to inefficiency of internet but I lost money hence it is not refunded

                                      Daily i am travelling from sagara to sirsi morning time students, teachers, bank employees will travel much more than other passengers, in this time we have very old bus facility it will take near about 2hrs timing for reaching 75kms comparing to other bus they will take 1.5hrs if we asked to driver / conductor they will tell from department only we got very old bus and out dated bus so we can't go so early sir, we are facing so many problem here kindly provide new bus facility and staff.

                                        ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ದೂರಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ ಏಕೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರಗೂರು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಬಸ್ ಗಳು ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ದಿನ ನಿತ್ಯ ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಪರದಾಡುತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನಾವು ವಿನಂತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೆವೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ksrtc ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ
