Today i travelled from bangalore (Gorguntepalya) to tumkur with a luggage - newly bought domestic stove which may weigh around 10-15kg. Conductor asked to take ticket for the luggage as well and asked for rs.110.00 but he gave ticket of rs88.00. Rs74.00 for me and rs 14.00 for luggage.
Please take necessary action.

    Destination is mentioned different and dropping point is different. From villupuram to bangalore route..
    And there is no route mentioned via vettavallam tiruvannamalai and bangalore.. Some times the conductor soon takes the bus from the canteen... It will be helpful if proper destination r mentioned and the passengers are dropped to the exact place.. But they r dropped to townhall..

      I'm Traveling in bus @ 5.15 pm on 19.11.2018. Driver was scolding me to get down in running bus.. He didn't stop the bus. I am Pregnant. How could I jumped from running bus.. Even some people had to pick up bus... at morning time also they was not stopping the bus... It was trouble to me for pick up.

        As soon as we boarded the bus driver as applied the sudden break so whatever i have in my hands has fallen down along with me in the bus in reverse driver has scolden us and conductor spoke so rude and conductor suggesting the driver to close the door and has not allowed us to go at my stop we were four girls travelling the bus in bus no ka09f4534 route nirmala cnv gokulam to hebbal hootagalli time 8:45pm. This is how they behave with the girls pitty kstrc pittu girls no security.
        I am one of the regular passenger of KSRTC from Bangalore to kolar.
        Kolar to Bangalore.
        Usually 57 rs will charge from Bangalore to kolar but this time 63 rs charged me.
        First time i am facing this kind of issues also conductor argues and they don't mind of this kind of issues.

          Hi, kindly read this mail. I forwarded this to Ksrtc but no use up to now. There is a big scam going on KSRTC public toilets. They are collecting money illegally from the people. Pls make a news on this and pls do a reality check to show the culprits in majestic ksrtc bus station.

          Respected Sir/ Madam

          People maintaining the toilets from KSRTC Bus Terminal 1 is illegally collecting money for urinals. 3rs from male and 5rs from females. Even though they mentioned urinals is free. They covered the free board with some other board. I am attaching the picture for reference. Sorry for the bad quality picture.They shouted on me while taking the picture. Lakhs of people are travels to many destinations from majestic bus stop and imagine the amount of money which this people collecting illegally. When i told them it is free and why we have to pay the money. Since to save some money many people are urinating backside of the terminal one and near by areas of terminal 1. But they didnt bothered about this. They told me that i can complaint to who ever i want. The with the help of call center i called to this number [protected]. I didnt get much help from this number. They asked to complain any one of the TC who is near by. After searching in the terminal one i fount 4 TC's who was standing and chit chatting at the entrance. They told me to write the complaint on log book which is present in help desk booth behind the terminal 1. So i went there and searched for the log book and there was no one in the booth and it was closed. I went to near by toilet which is near to kerala buses stop there also same thing happen. Even they are collecting money illegally. When i questioned him directly he threaten me by saying " Nimage ela oleya mathali helidhare kelola alava". Sir please look in to this. They are collecting the money in almost all toilets from majestic and covering the free boards. Then what is the point of doing swach bharath when people are urinating around the walls of majestic bus stand. Please stop this mafia and help to make majestic clean.
          Bus no.KA40-F0945 I boarded at 10am from majestic is stopping continuously. When I asked the conductor he is saying diesel is costly so they have to fill the bus. What nonsense!!

                Sir,

                Regret to inform you that on 09/11/18, i had traveled in your reputed transportation at 10.00 pm from bangalore satellite station to kalpetta, kerala by your bus rajahamsa ka01-f8523 with my two other colleagues by carrying some extra bags. As usual the t. C & conductor came to us and asked to take an extra ticket for the luggage and they took from me rs 450/- and gone. Once i insist for ticket they provided only for 130/- rs. And i asked for the balance, the conductor rudely told me to go and complain to t. C, who was disappeared by that time by took my money.

                Or a frequent checker has to inspect in bus striclty other than the one who standing in station. Because he is the biggest culprit.

                    I boarded a airavat volvo ac ksrtc bus from mysore bus stand today 11nth november 2018 sunday at 4.00 pm. Bus charge was 280 rs and i paid 500 since i had no change, the conductor took the amount and issued the ticket saying he will give the change while deboarding. When i got down in deepanjali nagar and requested for change he returned only 20 rs instead of 220 rs. He said that he has already paid me 200 to me and the nearby passenger but he had not, i gave him the ticket and asked for 200 rs he said he had already given the amount and started the bus without. Returning the refund and ticket

                    Conductor details: driver only was collecting the ticket, there was no conductor and he was promising with every passenger that he will issue the ticket later.

                      I have booked my bangalore to tirupathi ticket and amount got deducted from citibank but the ticket status is fail and i have not recieved my refund.

                      My amount is deducted but my status is failure but no amount is refunded, this is really pathethic, please find a way to get me my amount

                        Tripcode: 2015hydbgm bus no:f 932 belgaum depo airavata gold class bus. It's scheduled departure time from gulbarga is 11.59 night.. But it arrived to gulbarga 1.30 night. It's one and half hour late. We were waiting in bus stop only till 1.30 am. Its worst service i had ever seen in my life. I request to change bus timings in the web official web site as night 1.30am from gulbarga

                          Conductor of this bus uses abusive language if passengers are unable to deliver exact change. He keeps shouting at them till they get down from the bus. I travel frequently in this bus and have noticed this inappropriate behavior multiple times. Please take appropriate action against the conductor.
                          Identification - conductor wears thick lens spectacles.

                            Some students bought tickets to go till manipal. But the tickets were with their teacher. The conductor knew about this. But, the teacher got down in udupi. Immediately after she got down, the conductor asked them for their tickets, irrespective of knowing that it's with the teacher. He immediately stopped the bus and asked them to get down in a rude way. This was shocking and very sad. That is not how you behave with your passengers.
                            Now the students have to get their money back. He can't keep the extra money and not drop them to their destination.
                            That's completely unfair.

                              I'm student and studying at aps engg college, somanahalli, kanakapura road, bangalore... So many busses not stopped at college stop.. Every busses go rash and not stopped... We r worried for this... Because of this takes long time to reach home... And so many times we complaints but no use,, only one bus stops at 20 busses..                                 I had booked a ticket and travelled in in your fly bus number ka 57 f 2886 (Scheduled from manipal to bangalore international airport) from suratkal to kempegowda bus station, bangalore on november 8, 2018 vide pnr:j73273655 with trip code 1900cdpbial. As per the message received, the mobile number of the crew is [protected]. The scheduled departure from suratkal was 20.45.
                                I am senior citizen of 62 years of age travelled along with wife. I am a regular traveler in your bus since 40 years and have a high regard with the organization particularly with regard to punctuality and contingency plan. However, i had to share my displeasure meted out by your crew and also pecuniary loss suffered because of irresponsible and ill-informed crew members of that particular vehicle.
                                1. Though the scheduled departure of the bus was 20.45, the bus reached the stop late by well over 25 minutes. Addition to that the crew members stopped in a different place away from the regular bus stop causing inconvenience.
                                2. Finally, as bolt form the blue, to my dismay your crew members refused entry to me to the bus as i was carrying a small can of coconut oil. I used to carry the oil in my earlier trips also and nobody had refused so far. When i told him that this being edible oil and not in the banned list as per the ksrtc web site, the arrogant crew members blatantly said that you have to disembark or keep the oil out and get in to the bus. As i had to reach bangalore, i had no alternative solution and therefore i left the can in the road side and travelled in the bus. When i told him that i will make a complaint he replied that i can complaint with anybody, and i have the instructions for not to allow but do not have the documentary evidence. Because i left my can of coconut oil on the road side, i suffered a loss of rs. 2000/- being the cost of oil.
                                3. Therefore, i request you to give clear written instructions to your crew members and compensate me for the pecuniary loss suffered by me.

                                  The bus which starts at 8.30 from bangalore to calicut shows reaching time as 1.30 at sulthan bathery. But the fact is that it holds two times as one hour in mysore and 20 minutes in gundlepet. What is the sense behind stopping frequently at two places for? It takes more time and never reach the destination on mentioned time. Which makes at most difficulty to the pasenger. Neither i nor i will suggest a person to travel in thus bus

                                    Hi, i have send an email to '[protected]@ksrtc.org' regarding my refund amount for failed transaction but no response. I called the account team but no one picking up the call. I called call center multiple times but couldn’t able to talk to any one as it always says all the customer care representatives are busy attending others.

                                    I have booked the ticket online as a guest user.
                                    Transaction got failed but amount got deducted from bank account.
                                    Here are the details. Online transaction reference no: ob33821351

                                    Even after 7 working days this amount is not refunded to my account. Please do the needful to revert the money,

                                        I booked a seat in the Karnataka ksrtc bus from Kottayam to Bengaluru. When I booked the ticket, there were only 2 window seats. I booked seat no. 44 on the left which was just in front of the back row . When I boarded the bus I see that seat 44 is the seat in the back row next to window seat. The bus conductor has no information. What happened? Don't you think passengers should be kept informed about such changes?
