Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — not refunding my money

Ticket were not booked but the amount rs.900 got deducted from bank. I immediately contacted the customer care, they told me that the refund will be done in 7 working days but it's been more than 4 weeks now.
I have contacted the customer care many times, written email to onlinerefund.@ksrtc.org and [protected]@ksrtc.org but they all seem incompetent.
It's a shame that ksrtc is scamming people like this.
