I am writing to inform you about an issue I faced while traveling on a KSRTC bus from Mysore to Bangalore.
On the said date, I made a payment of ₹210 at 8:10 PM for my ticket. However, due to a server issue, the ticket was not generated even though the amount was debited from my account. As I had to continue my journey, I was asked to make the payment again, and I paid another ₹210 at 8:25 PM, after which the ticket was successfully issued.
The bus driver informed me that the earlier amount would be refunded automatically. However, the refund has not yet been credited to my account.
I have already sent mail multiple times regarding this issue.I have not yet got the refund or a satisfactory response on whom to contact for this matter.Almost one week has passed and till now the issue is not resolved.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and arrange for the refund of the extra amount (₹210) at the earliest without any further delay.
