Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — transaction failed,money got deducted | |
Dear sir, I have booked 4 tickets through ksrtc online booking, but the transaction got failed and my money got deducted from phonepe rs.2372. I am a guest user. Online transaction reference no. On 13.10.2019 morning 6.50am from Sira to Bangalore KA32F 2415 conductor and driver not allowed sit on front six seats misbehaving with me, quarrel with me rude, behavior, uncultured, uncivilized manner

I have booked total 8 Tickets from Panaji, Goa to Hubballi, The bus time was 7 PM.
At 7 PM I called to KSRTC customer care they told me to wait for 10 mins, I called them again at 7.10 and they said bus is coming..
meanwhile, with the information from Other drivers from KSRTC, I got to know " the bus never come to the station and but it will be available in KSRTC portal. I was shocked because customer care was simply telling without even knowing the status of the bus.
We found the Station supervisor number and called him, He told, he cannot do anything and the bus is cancelled.
This was happened yesterday (01/12/2019) But till now I never got any bus cancellation information from them, but instead of the got wrong information from KSRTC helpline.
Helpline should be available to assist passengers with valid info not just to pass the time. we had a train at hubbali at 12 and we missed that, because we were 8 people we did not find the bus to travel.
If KSRTC could have given the proper response on time, we could have planned accordingly.
