Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — UPI-Amount deducted, but ticket not received

Hi,
I had travelled from Bangalore to Davangere on 14/07/2025 and took 3 tickets( 2 with Aadhaar card and one with UPI transaction) but unfortunately UPI amount deducted but didn't received ticket so conductor asked me to get ticket by paying cash...currently conductor has raised this issue with Chitradurga depo but still amount not yet been credited to my account.Please refer the attachment for more details and do the needful.
