I have purchased a flat in 2013 in Shahpur Karrm Residency. The quality of construction is poor top of that the customer service is worst. I have not got the physical possession of the flat.

As promised by Karrm that the interest on home loan till I don’t get the physical possession of the flat but since last 10 months I have not received a even a rupees the cheque that was given to me as a part payment towards interest paid by me was as well not honoured.

Worst customer service. Poor quality of construction. The cheque issued by them has returned. They do not reply to complaint & say it’s against our policy to give in writing.

I asked one of employee Tejas Telang of Karram Infrastructure private limited to give me writing why the cheque that they had issues to me was not honoured by their bank, I was told by the employees “do what ever you want to do but we will not give you in writing”.

Hi all, we have booked 1BHK flat in Karrm Residency in 2013, yet the physical possession still pending and the materia uses inside the flat is of very bad quality. When we visited to have a look as they said Ur flat is ready come and see, we saw the plywood of both the doors (main and bedroom) are broken, Taps yet not fitted not in kitchen nor in bathroom n toilet. Bedroom slide windows yet not fixed . They said it will take 1 week for them to complete, it's been almost 2 months since then but not even starts the work. As per promise while booking, interest amount yet not given to us.

Booked flat in Ambernath project in Gulmohar building in 2014, still not got possession nor i am getting loan amount reimbursement which was committed at the time of booking that builder will pay till possession. but after 2 years builder has told he cant pay as his other projects going on, you can pay after that we will reimburse your amount, now its 4 years i am paying the loan amount with interest but still on one is interested to resolve my complaint and in builder office no one is taking up my case and complaint.

I have been waiting for my flat to be handed over to me from past 5years. You have not delivered your promise hence you will be compelling me to take this case further. My father has been emailing you repeatedly without fail however no one has time to reply back to our emails or concerns.

You have not confirmed with us any date of possession of the flat after our visit. Ms.Shubhangi informed my father that the flat will be handed over to us before November 2017 however no delay mail or post has been sent to us. Your customer care is pathetic in a way that I would want to withdraw my conjunction with you.

I will be hereby taking the case to the honerable courts to decide and get us the suitable compensation of our investment.

Instead of assisting us with our needs, you have provided me with a lot of mental agony and I had to delay my stay abroad due to the delayed possession of the flat. I have spent a lot of money to stay back in Abroad and also the investment that I bought the flat for, is delayed. I will be expecting a compensation for the loss as well.

I am coming to India soon and if my flat is not been handed over to me by then, You will have to face the legal consequences.

I have paid them advance and also got a loan on the property which i have been paying emi's for. been more then 8 months since the possession date that was promised to us and we still have not received the possession.

We have been to their site office as well as the corporate office but there was no heed given. They have been just stalling us without and concrete ans.

Please do not fall in their trap of cost efficient and the site quality is also very very bad.
