Please stop late night construction work on site of krystal one, Moshi, Pune
We are living in aishwaaryam Hamara building.We are totally frustated.Construction work is going on whole day and night .How to sleep if construction work going on in late night.Please take action against rama group.

My brother has booked a flat in selinite constructing by the fraud masters kristal group located in sarjapura in 2013 offering the completion by end of 2015. Until now the structure works has not completed for the above said project and when we are trying to contact them their office itself has been closed in belandur. We are filing a case againist the fraud masters and we will take it up the case up to max level we can. The fraud master kristal having no money for completing their projects. They have tranfered all the money collected from the peoples to another location.

Booked a property with kristal developers, bangalore in 2013. The construction was supposed to complete within 2 years. Paid the registration amount accordingly. My family moved out of india & hence we cancelled the registration shortly after. Now the builders are absconding. Many of the allottees face similar situation just like us. Please help us with the options here. We have tried all possible ways to contact the management. Until now no positive outcome. Kindly help.

I am an unlucky guy who invested 6.5 lakhs in kristal campus b when the project was pre-launched. I canceled the booking 1 &1/2 year back and have been continuously following with joby, marketing guy and lata namboodiri and shivadasan for this, but all these cheaters are giving false promises every time to return the amount. They are cheating us on our hard earned money.

We booked in kristal campus b malur almost 4 and half years ago . It's been one and half years since we cancelled the booking, as they were not giving any update on the project. Since then kristal people are making us run from pillar to post and not refunding our money. What we are offered is dates after dates by latha, joby and srilatha. Has anyone got their refund from kristal? If anyone else facing same, please respond to me.

We are also one of many unfortunate customers who has invested 8 lakhs in Kristal Campus B almost 4 years back with no returns. We have cancelled the booking 1year back and have been continuously following with Joby, Marketing guy for this, but with false promises every time to return the amount. They are cheating us on our hard earned money.If they were concerned about their costumers, alteast they can do a part payment and finish up.

I had booked my flat in selenite, bangalore in june 2012 and was promised hand over by august 2014. Multiple attempts to reach out to kristalgroup in understanding the delay in execution has failed. Moreover kristalgroup had committed to register the flat once 85% of flat cost is paid to them - inspite of me paying 90% of flat cost, kristalgroup goes duck when asked for registering this flat. My life savings is stuck in this property along with a pain to pay monthly emi to bank for the loan taken for this property. Karnataka government and the banks should take high disciplinary action on such builders who swallow citizens money.

This is regarding a 12 storey apartment project at Sarjapur main road near domassandra circle KRISTAL SELENITE, I have booked a flat two years back there during April 2013, when already fourth storey sructure was completed.

As per agreement they are supposed give possession by August 2014 but they did not deliver and promise to give by December 2015. But in between there was no work for sometime. Again the work resumed from November 2014 but since then only the roofing work is completed and block and internal plastering work is partially completed. The work was very slow and only few labours used to work and suddenly now they completely stopped the work from January 2016.
The Kristal people are making false commitments and keep on postponing the dates. For the entire project not even 50 percent of work is completed.
I am continuously following with them but they responsible persons are not taking the calls. Now I realises that I have made very big mistake investing my hard earned money with the group of cheaters. I don't want the flat now and want to cancel my booking and get the money back.

This fraudster promised to take construction of my house. He took the advance and for months didnot initiate the construction. Later he started giving reasons everytime and when we were stern he insisted he would return the money. He started buying time and slowly started avoiding our calls. govind Nambudri who is the CEO and his partner Shreekumar, later we learnt that they are big frauds and have also cheated many in this way. They have also not paid their employeees salary is what we heard. We have filed a legal case now. Beware of this person and group. They need to be taught a lesson

Kristal group committed to complete project in Trivandrum Technopark view by March 2013. They did not complete even half of it and stopped the construction 2 years back. I have raised a refund request in Oct 2013 and they are not releasing refund money too. Whenever I called them they are giving new dates for refund. I am waiting for refund money for last 1.5 Years.

Hi Team, This is regarding Kristal Group (http://www.kristalgroup.com/). I did book a Villa with them and paid an amount of Rs 5 Lakh. Due to their AGM mis commitment on the actual price quoted, later the booking was cancelled and they agreed to refund my money by October 2014. Its been almost an year now and they have yet not refunded my money. They keep giving me new dates. They also gave me two cheques worth Rs 2 lakh and 3 lakh but when I presented the same it bounced. Whenever I call them they give me a new date. Please help me as its been almost an year now. I have all email communication and calls recorded where they have promised me my refunds and they keep changing the dates. I am really stressed and stuck now. Dear Sir, Kristal group, bangalore branch had taken advance deposit of 3, 00, 000 Rs for blocking the plot in a project named as "Kristal Campus B" in June 2012 and after 2 years, they told me that they don't have appropriate approvals so they can't continue with the same project. Then after repeated follow-ups they told that, you can apply for the refund and same will be credited with in 3 months of applying. So in Feb 2014, I applied...

Kristal has a clause in the sales deed that when the owner sells the villa "Kristal will be given first preference". They agree that it does not mean that owners cannot sell directly. But when you want to sell a Kristal property they make all sorts of delays with giving paper work to the purchaser, showing him other new Kristal properties. This way they want to get the agent commission..rather dont want you to make any decent sale....

We have paid 30% advance Pmnt for 5 plots in Kristal Morganite Project in Jigani, Bangalore. This was happened in the month of April 2011 (Almost 18 months.) Not only they have registered the Land but also they have not refunded any money to us. Simply they are keeping quite....

I have submitted my 1st claim on 04.06.08 at EPF Regional office at Begur road, bangalor. After almost 60 days they informed me your claim form was misplaced by their staff and they again requested me to resubmit the fresh application. on 25.08.09. Asst. Commissioner Mr.Ramachandran promised me that, he will process the claim with in a week time. but even one month after also i am not got my claim. when making enquiry they not responding me properly. Final again they telling your claim data for the previous year not available in the PF office. So, still they not making my settlement.

Kindly make arrangement immediately
