I had booked two flats on my name in the year 2016 and since then I had been paying the EMIs for both the flat plus VAT/GST till 2019. I had cancelled my booking in 2019 due to thé negligence of the developer and also for not standing by their commitments. I got my cheques after all the deduction of cancellation and that to after visiting their offices which they kept on changing without any intimation. These cheques kept on bouncing, few got cleared and since covid they stopped the clearance of cheques. I met the supervisor he gave me in written that they will release my balance payment, but it’s still pending and now they have again closed their recent office and hod knows where have they gone. I have got a letter for MOHL as well for not payment of the loan which I had not even taken.

    Hello sir My name is Vikrant Krishna Tukral, I live in Sion Koliwada, mumbai 22., These people are fraud I have visited their all three office premises viz thane, vikhroli, shahpur but all of them are shut and demolished people who've invested for phase 3 under karrm panchtatv then i would like to let you know the work has been stopped since last three year .the money is being debited evry month as an EMI but no possession nothing!
    Hi all, please help me how i recover my money. This project is closed and we lost our money. There is no info from company about the possession.

        Hello Team,
        I have book 2 flats in the year of 2017,
        With the name of Vivek Gupta & Dhiraj Gupta,
        Details,
        KBN - 000134
        KBN - 000139
        They have committed that will get possession by the year end of 2022.
        But as far RERA is concerned the final date is year 2026.
        But there is no progress report from the karrm infrastructure, because of this we have stopped our EMI from bank to company.

        Requesting to update the consumers on projects or return the investments to all the applicants.
        Hope vivek Oberoi will not cheat with Indian citizens.

          Its been almost been a years since we cancelled the booking of 1 flat (Kbn 002335 ) at karrm brahmaand and yet i have not received my money back.

          Earlier i was promised i will receive my refund within 6 months, but now they are not even receiving my calls.

          Coming from a middle class family its very difficult for us to continue like this.

          I would request the concerned authority to look into this matter seriously and refund my money asap.

I have 31 emi paid but not given possession so i have cancelled my flat in 06/03/2018. After cancelation refund amount 185236 . Only 60000 refund last 4 and half years, remaining 125236 amount still refund pending. My cibil score also very low. Two loan taken my name MOTILAL OSWAL and GIC Home Finance. Motilal write off in cibil.

                          I Have Booked Flat in Karrm Infrastrucrure on dated 28.05.2017 My booking Number KBN004097 and cancel Flat on dated 16.04.2019 and he asked money Refund After Six Months so i am Waiting Six Month but After Six Month He give me Assurity Letter on Dated 07.02.2020 Payment refund Till aug-2020 after many time he closed his office and shifted to other place when i found the address i reach there and again asking for refund he will another letter given to me as konown assurity Letter on Dated 16.12.2021 and refund will pay on Aug 2022 now August Month Start But He again Closed his Office.

                                        I and my family members booked 1RK flat in KP-2 in 2015. Still now their projects are not ready and no one is in contact. So I want to cancel my flat and refund my amount.
                                        Because of Karram our CBIL score show bad. I don't why RERA not taking action against Karram Infrastructure.
