We have invested in for flat but no work done just they are deducting amount from bank nad if no sufficient balance bank deducting it's charge. I want refund from this fraudulent builder....

My father Mr. Shivaji B Khot booked flat in Flat G 02, Arpan, B wing, sector 4,
booking no. NBK- 005210 in 2010 in Karrm Infrastructure. they told after possession our emi will be start for Loan Rs. 423, 000/-
but we are not yet got the possession....

I have purchased one ROOM KITCHEN FLAT IN Shahpur at 9/8/2015 . Flat price 630000. I have paid direct to Karrm Infrastucture Pvt Ltd builder account 7840. I have 31 emi paid but not given possession so i have cancelled my flat in 06/03/2018. After cancelation refund amount 185236 . We have done our registration in 2015 and we were assured that we would be receiving our possession by 2017 but haven't received anything even no the telephone number is not working. They have closed their office as well. We paid all our installment. Kindly look into same...

Still no possession had been given though registration of the flat is done, bu now i am jobless since Covid & not able to make payment of EMI.
