We have booked flat in March 2017 Karrm Brahmaand, bearing booking number 000373 and 000369 for flat No, . 703 & 704 in Blding 5 A wing. No construction yet started nor we have got the refund of money. Their office is also shut. We dont know whom to contact and where to contact & how to claim back our hard earned money

My emi has stopped also cibil has got effected as they have not paying to gic and taking money from us also till dated no response from Karrm as the current office is closed from last 2 years. Where to contact then, plz Karrm update all the customers through msg or mail, as we all r feeling cheated...

As I have booked a flat in kelve project, it's not working.. i was calling on these numbers but all telephone numbers r not working..
I have paid through ecs since April 2017.. as I m Senior citizen. Plz help me to get my money back... Please give your valid telephone number so that I may call u and come to your kassrvadavali thane branch for my repayments of money invested... Otherwise I may go to d police station and lodge s complaint...

Request for Refund for Cancellation of Kelve Road Flat no. 07, Block A, Booking I'd KBN003063, it's in the name of Shri Ashish Raju Dey. I have cancelled the flat on[protected], and till dated no refund received as told bt Karrm the amount will be given back after 6 month of cancellation, but till dated no response from Karrm as the current office is closed from last 2 years. I have already canceled my flat and got my money refund also have not taken any home loan from any company or bank. However I am receiving call from motilal Home loan office. They told me karrm builder didn't submitted any records for flat cancelation due to which me and my brother's CIBIL Score is affected.

Please remove me and my name from defaulters.

I am trying to contact karrm office many times but nobody responding

Kindly please get my issue resolved. I am fade up with this 😞

Hello,

I had booked a flat 1 BHK in 2012 in Karrm Infrastructure, Shahapur. Sector 4. Sathi Building, B -304.

Till date I have not received the possession of my flat. I paid EMI blindly to the bank for 7 years, where i should had paid nothing to you cheaters. This is 2021 now. 9 years already gone, I have no interest now in taking this property as all my dreams of owning a property in a township is ruined by you people. If I would have booked a flat with some other builder, I would had already been enjoying the ownership of that property or would had rented the same. Does it take 9 years to complete a building. The value of this property has already started depreciating.

I would like to cancel this booking and want full refund of the money I have paid. You phone numbers are all invalid. Cheaters do that. Please provide your valid contact number to further discuss with you on my cancellation of this property and loan closure.

I have booked flat in 2015 1RK in phase 2 but when I have seen project construction was incomplete. Without knowledge the builder has approved loan in behalf of me, and he was not able to clear my installment. Now I have been in big problems that my cibil issue been there because of this company I have already cancelled my booked flat still loan was been given by aspire financier pvt holder, when I enquired about this matter they raised they're hand and saying that it's your look out you talk to builder about this matter we can't settle up, without any approval or and disbursement legislation letters I didn't got how they do that. Kindly refund my money.

Dear Sir

Karram had spoil my Cibil and taken loan without my permission on my papers their staff has lie us. and when i called to the bank i.e. Motilal oswal housing finance they told me that we don't give any type of answer to you. please contact to the Karrm infrastructure. but when i called karrm office number then this number is showing inaccurate. please do something. beacause they spoil my life...

I have booked a flat on launching date and waited for 2 years meanwhile visited the area twice so i have decided to cancel the booking and in August 2019 i have cancel my booking they promised to refund my amount in 8 months but so far no refund. Office is not on their place and no one is there to contact

Myself, Jagdish Gavankar booked flat in Karram Bramhad, located in kelve road, My booking no. is KBN-004270 dated 23 July 2017. I have paid monthly instalment from July 17 to Oct 19 of Rs. 2, 43, 399/- [2, 21, 200 + 22, 199 ( GST)] to builder. But there is no sign of construction work on site from last two years, hence stopped my ECS & I had given application for cancellation for flat and demand for refund on dated 13 Feb 2020. But till there is no response from party and there is no source of communication. I request to you to please help me to get my refund back.

I have booked 1 bhk flat at shahpur bld no 119 C wing Amrit sector 4
It's been more than 10 yrs I have not possession as well as any response from karram group.
I have sent them legal notice but they keep changing there office address n no updates on there new office location
It is very much difficult to contact them n LIC people are pressurizing us to pay EMI which Badly effect on our CIBIL not a single bank giving us home loan not even credit card
Pls help us to resolve this case
Really Fed up with this builder he is cheater n people who are suffering because of him should come together n viral all cases on social media n take legal action against karram
We need justice please help
