In 2017 I m cancelled flat but till not refund any type of money

Helo, my name name is mahesh Ashok Kakade, ihave booked a flat in KARRAM BRAHMANAND KELVE ROAD PROJECT on my and my wife's name, we paid so installments till 1 year after that I come to know company project is not complete due to some issues then I visited there office ask about the same they told it will take time to complete the project and at the time of booking they told till December 2020 you will get possession ... So I come to know that so many people have been come to take there refund so I also asked for refund...but now I recently visited there office after lockdown there office is closed permanently and all contacts no. Are closed so I paid my hard working money to fulfill my dream home and they made a fraud with all like me.so please look into the matter and get my money back and one more they also collected GST on every installments so they also made frauds with Government.take strictly action against them please

Karmbramand kelve me 28 April 2017 ko do flat book kiya Emi me abhi tak 4 lack bhar diya par koi possession nahi aur paise bhi vapis nahi mil rahe

We have booked flat in March 2017 Karrm Brahmaand, bearing booking number 000373 and 000369 for flat No, . 703 & 704 in Blding 5 A wing. No construction yet started nor we have got the refund of money. Their office is also shut. We dont know whom to contact and where to contact & how to claim back our hard earned money

My emi has stopped also cibil has got effected as they have not paying to gic and taking money from us also till dated no response from Karrm as the current office is closed from last 2 years. I have paid through ecs since April 2017.. as I m Senior citizen. Plz help me to get my money back... Please give your valid telephone number so that I may call u and come to your kassrvadavali thane branch for my repayments of money invested... Otherwise I may go to d police station and lodge s complaint...

Request for Refund for Cancellation of Kelve Road Flat no. 07, Block A, Booking I'd KBN003063, it's in the name of Shri Ashish Raju Dey. I have cancelled the flat on[protected], and till dated no refund received as told bt Karrm the amount will be given back after 6 month of cancellation, but till dated no response from Karrm as the current office is closed from last 2 years. Mai pichle 5 saal se paisa bhar rha hu mere isme 2 flat hai lekin ye log sirf paisa le rahe hai aur inka phone bhi nhi lagta aur jo office tha vo bhi band ho gya hai mujhe bs paisa refund chaiye

I have already canceled my flat and got my money refund also have not taken any home loan from any company or bank. However I am receiving call from motilal Home loan office. They told me karrm builder didn't submitted any records for flat cancelation due to which me and my brother's CIBIL Score is affected.

Please remove me and my name from defaulters.

We r staying in karrm garde phase 2 ambernath west, after requesting for formation of society and other all important sr, builder is not answering and is nowere avaliable . kindly look into the issues and clear urgenty .

I have booked flat in 2015 1RK in phase 2 but when I have seen project construction was incomplete. Without knowledge the builder has approved loan in behalf of me, and he was not able to clear my installment. Now I have been in big problems that my cibil issue been there because of this company I have already cancelled my booked flat still loan was been given by aspire financier pvt holder, when I enquired about this matter they raised they're hand and saying that it's your look out you talk to builder about this matter we can't settle up, without any approval or and disbursement legislation letters I didn't got how they do that. Kindly refund my money.

Reason 3 years passed off no construction at the site and we cannot wait too long, no proper indication confirm communication with regard to construction seen and hence Request you to refund the amount from the date of booking till the EMI payed in total with payed GST amount in total 2, 82, 188/Rs. (Two Lakh and Eighty Two Thousand and One hundred and Eighty Eight Rupees only/-)
Acknowledgement receipt for the refund of paid amount is provided to me and till date in total along with GST my refund amount is not payed from KARRM INFRASTRUCTURE, KARRM BRAHMAAND
Every time confirmation is given from KARRM INFRASTRUCTURE, KARRM BRAHMAAND that this month, next month however nothing is fixed for my refund status amount, It is an hard amount and refund it to the immediate effect

Karram had spoil my Cibil and taken loan without my permission on my papers their staff has lie us. and when i called to the bank i.e. Motilal oswal housing finance they told me that we don't give any type of answer to you. please contact to the Karrm infrastructure. but when i called karrm office number then this number is showing inaccurate. please do something. beacause they spoil my life...

I have booked a flat on launching date and waited for 2 years meanwhile visited the area twice so i have decided to cancel the booking and in August 2019 i have cancel my booking they promised to refund my amount in 8 months but so far no refund. Office is not on their place and no one is there to contact

Me Shivaji sanas is company me mene flat booking kiya tha 5sal ho gaye abhi tak na kam pura huva he na office chlu he na contact no kuch pata nahi builder kaha gaya.
