Myself, Jagdish Gavankar booked flat in Karram Bramhad, located in kelve road, My booking no. is KBN-004270 dated 23 July 2017. I have paid monthly instalment from July 17 to Oct 19 of Rs. 2, 43, 399/- [2, 21, 200 + 22, 199 ( GST)] to builder. But there is no sign of construction work on site from last two years, hence stopped my ECS & I had given application for cancellation for flat and demand for refund on dated 13 Feb 2020. But till there is no response from party and there is no source of communication. I request to you to please help me to get my refund back.

I have booked 1 bhk flat at shahpur bld no 119 C wing Amrit sector 4
It's been more than 10 yrs I have not possession as well as any response from karram group.
I have sent them legal notice but they keep changing there office address n no updates on there new office location
It is very much difficult to contact them n LIC people are pressurizing us to pay EMI which Badly effect on our CIBIL not a single bank giving us home loan not even credit card
Pls help us to resolve this case
Really Fed up with this builder he is cheater n people who are suffering because of him should come together n viral all cases on social media n take legal action against karram

I have booked 1 bhk in Shahpur 1st floor bldg no 119 C wing Amrit sector 4 .
More than 10 yrs we are chasing for possession no reply has been come from karram office and also they are shifting office every year and they don't even give there new location updates
More than 10 yrs LIC chasing us for EMI and my CIBIL has been effected badly which effect on our records not getting any home loans as well as credit card

Some one who is reading this complaints n suffering Because them come forward make group n make this viral on social media n take legal action against karram

I booked a flat right in the beginning when the first ad popped up for Karrm Residency project. It's almost 10 years, there is no sign of possession. Have burnt my pocket and shoes paying visits to their ever changing office locations... nobody gives a correct response. Since 4 years, DHFL has been chasing me for not paying the EMI. My CIBIL has been severely affected, Karrm is not even ready to cancel the flat registration. The story is going on... I am literally fed up. I don't need any flat from Karrm, but want to cancel my booking and stop this EMI... please help.

I booked flat in karrm panchatattav phase 1. In 2015 august. But still 2021 they not give possestion. Project work stop last four years. Office also closed last 2 years. I stop paying emi to karrm because karrm not forwarded our emi to aspire home finance. Thats reason my cibil score down and no any Other bank give me loan.

Why after saying in 2019 then also money not recieved till now

I have booked 1 flat and 1 Gala in Karram Shahapur project in 2015, also paid EMI of flats till 2 year and cash payment of Gala about 2.75 lac, As project was not under working I canceled it in September 2019, They told me that they will refund my money back within 6 month, But now it became One and half years, offices are closed no contact no. is working and no feedback is given by them.
My amount is about 4 lac/more, What further?
How you are going to provide our money back?

I would like to inform you that I have booked the 2 Nos of flats in the KP-3 project launched by Karrm Infrastructure in Feb'2016. The scheme was launched stating the readiness and handover of the flat within 2 years i.e. flat should hand over to the purchaser in 2018. But it's been more than 5 years, Karrm Infra did not even start the excavation. Karrm Infra has not given us feedback & assurance on this moreover, the office is closed for a year. We are totally devastated and got blind off and have no idea whom to meet for the resolution.

This not even ends here, we had paid seamless EMI's to Karrm Infrastructure for the first years and later on, Karrm Infra has arranged Bank of Maharashtra for the home loan assessment. Since 2018, we are paying EMI's to the Bank Of Maharashtra. Wondered to see, How even a bank has disbursed the loan without verifying the plinth construction and not even auditing the builder's site and its respective progress.
Besides the Bank of Maharashtra, one more tragedy come up with surprise as a Motilal Oswal HF. past few months, my CIBIL score got drastically down due to non payment of dues, even if the loan account is inactive and no such loan disburse to any of account. During the booking procedure and document management, Karrm Infra took our documetns for the Tri Party Agreement with Motilal Oswal HF, where Karrm Infra is totally reponsible to pay the EMIs to Motilal Oswal HF but later on due to some alignement issue Tri Party Agreement was not proceed and cancelled, said by Karrm Indra. Now after 4 years, How does Motilal Oswal HF comes into the picture and affecting our lives even if no relation.

Karrm Infrastructure is Big cheater and fraud organisation. Even if we are having so many systems and authorities, how nobody has noticed and intervene this scammer and scam/fraudulent. I request the Indian Consumer complaint forum to please look into this matter very seriously as I m not only the one victim there are several others who work harder to serve bread and butter to their family and this scammer ruining their life. Looking forward to hearing from you soon and hoping for the best positive action against the Karrm Infrastructure.

I, Yogesh Kumar Sharma, booked a flat from Karrm Infrastructure with flat details are as follows- KBN-004375 / KARRM BRAHMAAND, KELVE ROAD / SECTOR F / BUILDING 1/ A-WING / 06 / 602.2

Due to some reasons I have canceled my booking and submitted the CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM on 08/11/2019 with Cancel No. CNL / O / Nov / KBN-004375 /[protected].

It's been more than 16 months but I have not received any refund which is of the total amount of Rs. 2, 20, 000.00 (Two lakh twenty thousand only) from your end.

Kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

i have book Flat at Karrm panchtatva -Phase 2 B WING flat no 307,

from last 4 year i have paid EMI to Karrm. but karrm has not done payment to Motilal housing finance company (Aspire ) from Oct 2018 . due to that its affect my CBIL report.
No bank are providing loan to us.
I am trying to contact them but all office of Karrm is closed.

Unable to contact them for further process

he is big fraud .

Going through the advertisement in newspapers and radios and Devendra Phadnavis inauguration for the project of Vivek Oberoi I felt blessed and thought that at last I could afford a home for my family in Kinavali Sahapur Asangaon phase II. I had booked the flat in August 2015 for Rs.7000.00 Loan was approved from GIC but the construction work is still pending request for the refund of my hardcore earned money for which I have paid bouncing penalties also my receipt is below- now there is no office nor any phone nos who could solve the issues whom should we contact please somebody help or else let all the bookings get together and fight for the same.

I have took 3 flats from Karrm infra in 2013 and they promised to.give in 2017 it's 2021 and no update yet i have been mailing them but no rply i have also called there customer support but they never answer the call when visited there office it's closed me with more 300-400 people's have been cheated by this builder please help us we have invested alot of money in this project thinking that it will.be our dream home and now everything is ended for us.

I have booked a Flat at Building 2 A Wing KARRM BRAHMAAND KELVE Road Sector A, KELVE. for approx 8.5 Lacs in March 2017. I have payed a total of 24 months as an EMI of 7999 (total Payment Made is approx 2 lacs). The builder has not started any work nor it is replying or responding on the calls. The vikhroli office is closed down and there is none whom we can approach. I have no clue what is happening and when Im gonna get update about my property, The RERA of the property provided is P[protected]. I have stopped my further payments after informing the builder as i did not get any update of the flat. Request to please help me getting the status of the property or provide me the refund.

I book my flat 1 rk in 17/07/2015 in karrm . Loan pass & emi & interest paid contineu by me . But now a days no work in progress I think karrm infrastructure fraud company.i requet to rera & maharatra goverment action in this company because 5000 poor customer

I had booked a flat in 2012, when you had hardly started constructing the building. Its 2021 now and I have not been given the possession yet. Sector has become a Bhoot Bunglow now as nothing has been developed over there since 2015. I had many dreams which are broken by Karrm. Secondly as per your policy I was not suppose to pay the EMI until I get the possession, but State Bank of Maharashtra I dont know what policy they had signed with you that the customers were cheated and were asked to pay the EMI just after 1 and half years of booking the flat, with out giving the possession. I wanted to cancel the house long back when i got a hint about your fake attitude but your sales department gave false hopes and false commitment. Now you please keep your flat with you and reimburse the amount which I have paid to the bank as an EMI for Karrm Infrastructre Pvt Ltd. "You should name yourself Kukarrm" I need an immediate resolution and procedure for cancellation and reimbursement of my hard earn money... Do you understand???

As we possess a flat under the development of karrm infrastructure pvt ltd, our flat was suppose to given possession long back..but there isn't any confirmation regarding the same, nor any corporative methods are taken by the company.None of their contact numbers work and their office is not at operation.we are concerned about our hard earned money.The company does not respond on any medium.Requesting an immediate reply.
