I have cancelled the flat and the money paid to the loan has not been given back and also it shows up in my cibil as written off.

They have given me letter that they are responsible but i am suffering as i cannot get another home loan

We have bought flat in karrm garden badlapur since 2012 we haven't get possession. When will it be complete. Loan is due.

I had booked flat in kelve road project. Booking no. Kbn-001641 dated 02 april, 2020.
I had already cancelled the booking in 24th sept 2018 due to financial condition, but till now i haven’t received the refund amount. I am very much in need for this money in current covid situation.

Request you to release my refund as soon as possible. I am in already in touch with their staffs since 2years but they always gave assurance which is failed.

Kindly do the needful asap

We have booked 1bhk in shahapur flat in 2013, and paid amount, but till date not yet received possession nor any information.

Flat booking cancelled but after one year i have not received my refund amount.. Still waiting for my refund..

I have booked one flat with Karma infrastructure pvt ltd. At sahapur in 17/08/2015 as per promise they suppose to handover this flat in 3 yrs. That is in 2018 but they not fulfill them self promise. All work has stop saying that they don't have workers..or any response from karma infrastructure. Till time a have paid 516000 rupees for flat. even i have done registration also Please tell me when i will get the key for house ... i have visited your head office thrice also the staff keep changing every time and they don't have answer too...

We haven't receive refund even after sending letter legally with all required documents attached.

I have booked two flats with karram infrastructure pvt ltd. At sahapur in 28/08/2015 as per promise they suppose to handover this both flats in 3 yrs. That is in 2018 but they not fulfill them self promise. All works are stop no any response from karram infrastructure. Till time a have paid 6 lacks rupees for both flats. Please refund my money.

I'm very depressed from the service of karrm bramhand provided.
I cancelled my flat at last year and they said that your money will refund within the 8month but they didn't refund the money of mine that is amount rs 226000. I have written proof of the flat but they don'ts give any response from their office. They don'ts pick up the phone also. Please help us.

I have purchased a flat in 2014. I have not yet received the possession. Inspite of repeated visits to there offices which keep changing we are told that the possession of our phase will start in 2 months - 3 months. It is 4 years now. There is no contact numbers also available neither on the net. We have send umpteen mails to their email id. Can someone please help me in getting the contact number of their office or owner karrm infra pvt limited

Karram had spoil my Cibil and taken loan without my permission on my papers their staff has lie us every time

And bank has support them in all these activities never inform us or given information that they are taking loan on us and how they issue loan to unemployed youth

Many false promises with fake and cheating and corrupt illegal criminal practice done by both bank institution and Karram Infrastructure

I purchased a flat named: karrma panchatattva at kasgaon phase 1. Year 2015 now it over 5 years i wanted to know about the posession and also to have proper communication. But whenever i call in office number it says wring number. I call executuves they also don't pick. What sort of costruction company is thus. Last year i went to their office but after that no news no address.. How can the buyers would move there.. Please get back to me my number [protected] name soniya saran. Greetings for the day.

I had purchased at flat at Karm infrastructure, Shahapur in 2011. While purchasing the flat we were assured School, college, hospital are developing nearby as we all amenities like swimming pool, lift, gymnasium, ATH centre and malls.
Earlier prohect was started with ekta residency. Later the name got changed to karm infrastructure.

We were assured possession in 2014 however the possession letter was sent at doorstep at my current residence through person of builder in 2017.

Now there are no facilities or amenities which were promised by builder. Hence I would like to take your kind attention to this problem. Due to lack of amenities and there is poorly developed infrastructure I am staying on rent at Kalyan

I would request builder to provide us with room rent till the time the amenities are being developed or refund me the amount with current market rate.

My mom and dad booked two flats, flat no. 111 & 112 building name building 1, a - wing, sector b, booking number – nbk-025571 & nbk-025572 project known as karrm panchatatva phase – 3 at kasgaon post – dhasai, shahpur kinhavali road, taluka shahapur dist. Thane – 421 601.

We had already cancelled the booking on[protected] due to financial condition, but till now we haven’t received the refund upon that we had took...

I have booked a Flat 102, B wing Andaaz building, Karrm Residency, Shahapur project in 2014, it’s been 5 years. Actual possession is not yet given and they keep on postponing, till now no possession from the builder, they have crossed maharera possession date 30th May 2019. Not they have extended it till May 2020. It was decided in the start that builder will pay EMI till the possession of the building, but the builder stop paying after May 2015, since then I am paying the pre-EMI to the bank, i am in a total mess now, I do not know what is happening, just paying pre-EMI every month, their email and contact no are not working, no work is going on-site as of now, no transparency no commitment from the builder. From last 3 years, we are following up with you and your (Karrm) team on reimbursement of the emi paid by us. When we booked flat, it was mentioned that karrm will pay our emis till possession of the flat. But we have not received possession yet and also we are paying emis from our account.
Every time when we talk to you or the team at your office, it was promised that karrm will pay us the amount of emi paid by us and future emis till the possession will be paid by karrm.
This is the harassment that your team is doing with us. Today also you told that you will talk to your seniors and pay the cheque for the emis paid and then onward karrm will pay the emi till possession. But nothing has been done till date and still waiting for your confirmation.
Kindly let me know the date and time, when we will get our amount and emi to be paid by karram till possession.
