I have booked a Flat 102, B wing Andaaz building, Karrm Residency, Shahapur project in 2014, it’s been 5 years. Actual possession is not yet given and they keep on postponing, till now no possession from the builder, they have crossed maharera possession date 30th May 2019. Not they have extended it till May 2020. It was decided in the start that builder will pay EMI till the possession of the building, but the builder stop paying after May 2015, since then I am paying the pre-EMI to the bank, i am in a total mess now, I do not know what is happening, just paying pre-EMI every month, their email and contact no are not working, no work is going on-site as of now, no transparency no commitment from the builder. From last 3 years, we are following up with you and your (Karrm) team on reimbursement of the emi paid by us. When we booked flat, it was mentioned that karrm will pay our emis till possession of the flat. But we have not received possession yet and also we are paying emis from our account.
Every time when we talk to you or the team at your office, it was promised that karrm will pay us the amount of emi paid by us and future emis till the possession will be paid by karrm.
This is the harassment that your team is doing with us. Today also you told that you will talk to your seniors and pay the cheque for the emis paid and then onward karrm will pay the emi till possession. But nothing has been done till date and still waiting for your confirmation.
Kindly let me know the date and time, when we will get our amount and emi to be paid by karram till possession.

I had booked flat in karrm ambernath scheme in 2013 may. The bulder assured for capital gain if i invest and resale flat in a year. However builder didnot complete scheme and my money is looted officialy. Apart from this my money loan form lichfl was availed without completion of scheme. I am 65+year old retiired and cursing daily builder as i have lost my life time earning.
Idonot know when he will refund my retirement fund that i invested in his scheme.

I cancelled my booking and more than one year over, yet i have not received
Refund. At the time of booking company commit that you will get refund
Within 6 months, if you cancel booking.
All documents submitted to your office as require by your company. And

He can not pick up mobile. While which contact no. You provided as customer
Care, and you are not taking of care of your customer than how you saying this

Many more time i am getting swith off of sagar's mobile.
At present whenever i am talking with sagar shinde (Manager) every time
He is saying that all money taken by gst department and there is no bank
Balance., and on 3.2.2a20 he said alt kelve road fund lying with rera. L am
Getting surprise of his answer, why rera kept money with them? Can you
Explain? And how gst department collect gst, while you collecting advance
From customer, for kelve road project.

And there is no any progress till date, than where this money has gone. You
Have to use the fund for the project for which project you had collected. I
Believe gst department collect their dues, but how whole balance they
Collected. I had paid all installment including gsi and gst department collect

Amount gone? There is many people who booked their flat on your trust.
And by giving such type of advertisement in news papers, you are attracting to
People to invest into your scheme, and than after you are suspended your
Phone service, not picking mobile. Many time roughly answer received by your
Staff member. Please note this is the case of cheating only.
Online complaint service provided by you, and i already lodge my complaint
Online also, but till date i neither received reply from you nor solved my
Problem. Many time i send my complaint by mail, but i never received any
Solution nor any reply.
For further investigation, now i want following details from you
L. Balance sheet from commencement of kleve road project (Which launch in
2al7) years i. E. From 31.3.2018, 3l.3.20t9 duly audited by your c. A.
2. Bank a/c. Detail where you opened for kelve road proiect.
3. Ca certificate for withdrawal of fund from kleve road project.
4. Architech certificate for withdrawal of fund for kleve road project.
5. Engineer certificate for withdrawat of fund from kelve rodad project.

Very pathetic service provided by karrm staff coz since 2015 we have booked a flat with them and every month paying emi on time and today it's been 5 years, 2020 still we have not got the possession of the flat, my mom is a cancer patient, for her we took this flat but we are been strugling to get the flat, staff is also rude and not helpful. Pls help

I booked a studio flat on 15 aug 2015, and have also paid the registration amount. I was promised a possession and registration long time back. Please take some action. I want all my invested money back with the current roi. I dont want the flat. These people at karrm are big time frauds. They dont even answer their calls, nor do they respond to any complaints. Such fraudsters should be dealt with legally.

I have booked flat in karrm, 02 may 2017, till now no work has started, and i have given almost more than one lakh rs including all registration charges emi, please we are from middle class family, this was my first home in mumbai, but we are very sad, no reply from them when work will start, please help us,

They have promised to give possesion in 3.5 years but till now now work has started

When we tell when will start work they tell we dont have any information

When we ask about refund they tell us you willnot get registration charges back

I had booked flat in shahapur building project in 2015 during its launch. As per their promise, they told they will complete the project by 2017. After waiting till 2017 nothing has been contructed there and kept the land open ground. So I decided to cancel the flat. I paid them EMIS regularly to them without fail. When I cancelled they deducted Rs 40000 as their cancellation charge. After deducting their charge they are payable to me aroud 1 lakh but still they are not refunding the amount. Whenever I go to their office they always keep giving me future dates for payments and keep giving fake promises. I have never seen such a fake company and now I dont trust builders too. I always recommend other people also that dont invest in under constuction projects. Such builders always play with your hard earned money and cheat you later. Always buy ready flats even though it costs more than under construction value.

builder is demanding more than 3, 00, 000/- lakhs rupees from me for giving possession

I have been badly harassed by the Builder & its staff
I am staying on rent with my family and had purchased this flat with my hard earn money
if anything happens to my life...this builder and their staff is liable for the same..

as I have visited to their thane office for possession but they all bluntly demanding more than 3, 00, 000/- Rupees to me for possession. without any valid reason

Karrm builder is not cooperating with their customer, he is not giving them refund..
I have booked falt in karrm brahmand as well as in karrm panchtatva
Due to no progress in karrm brahmand, i have cancel my booking but till date i have not receive my hard earn amount from builder.

I have made stop payment since oct 2019, towards my booking in karmm panchtatva, as i found that builder is not cooperating and no progress in teh project.

I have paid ecs on time, huge amount i have paid, i want my money bank.

We have booked flat in 2013 in bakula b05 at amabarnath project beacuse it was bak of maharshtra approved project under 80-20 scheme.

Builder was supposed to give possession in 2014 and pay interest till then. But no possession given till date and no interest opaid since 2016 affected our c bill badly and no loan or credic card offered to us.

Very bad situation because of fraud by bank and builder together

We have booked a flat in karrm brahmaand, palghar around 2 years back. When there was no progress on this project, we cancelled our booking. They gave cheques of refund for only 60% of our amount. Even that cheques have bounced. Please take immediate action. This is hard earned money and they cannot take customers for ride. Moreover, this project is rera approved with id. : p[protected]. Govt. Authorities should take immediate action since this project was govt approved. We want our money back as soon as possible

My self Mr. Rajesh Kori would like ti raise complaint against Karrma infrastructure pvt ltd. I Have Cancelled my by booking on 04 april 2018, due miscommunication and wrong commitment also construction not ate started till date they are unable to refund my booking cancellation amount below mention NBK-024274 Rs. 135000 And given refund amount PDC cheque bank - Bank Of maharashtra will we bounce

Also they have misused my documents to created multiple loan account on my Name & its affected my cibil record

Karrma has taken home loan form multiple bank on my name which is effecting my credit score bank is not helping us, karrm is a fraud also

We had booked a flat at kelve road, karrm bramhand in the month of april 2017, even the project was launched. We were promised possession in december 2020. Then later suresh were checked on maharera, there possession date was 2025. So we cancelled the booking and asked for refund in oct 2017. We have still not received the refund after 2 years of cancelling the booking. We were promised the refund within 6 months.

This side Sandeep Gupta here on subject line have mentioned my flat booking number for karrm panchatatva.

Kindly focused on following difficulties cum problems cum issue which I'm facing due to karrma infrastructure ltd.

1. At the time of booking the flat in Feb 2016 you people told it will be ready and will get possession by 2019 but as I can see your works process and status of your work completion it is not possible to get the possession on given time and in the first week of August I visited at your karrm panchtatva site located at shahpur currently work is stopped. It is not in progress.

2. I had booked this flat by keeping in mind my marriage and in 2020 I'm getting married and your project is not ready.

3. From the date of booking I have paid each and every EMI of my home loan on time. There is no single default from my side bt still you people didn't paid regular EMI to the GIC bank, it is due for more than 6 months, which affected my CIBIL score very badly.

4. I was trying to apply for the loan it's got rejected due to bad cibil score, I had appy for credit card it's got rejected due to bad cibil score.

5. In upcoming 6 months I'm getting married for which I am looking for loan if cibil not got corrected it won't be possible.

6. So it's by sincere request kindly make the payment of my pending EMI to the bank and till the time your project get ready arrange the flat for me. You guys not paid regular EMI to the bank why should I suffer. I have attached the file kindly check for your reference of gic pending EMI.

I have cancelled my booking on 07 april 2018, due miscommunication & wrong commitment also construction not ate started till date they are unable to refund my booking cancellation amount below mention - nbk021525/nbk29279 rs - 112000/- & given refund amount pdc chq bank - jankalyan sahakari bank ltd will be bounce

Booked flat in may 2017 with booking no. KBN-003753 paid 2 emis cheque.

After 11 month no any progress at site kelve road

cancelled booking on 26th April 2018.

Karrm team promissed me that refund will be done within 6 month instruct me to call in the month of Sept. 2018.

When i called in the month of Sept. 2018 they said refund process is stopped please call in the month of Dec. 2018.

From Dec. 2018 every time they instruct me to call on next month. finally the give me 4 post dated (Aug., Sept. Oct and Nov. 2019) cheque at April 2019.

I deposit Aug. 2019 cheque on 16th Aug. 2019, and this cheque was bounce at 17th Aug. 2019. I am check with my bank, they give me reason of cheque boune for stop payment by Karrm team. Now i am call to Executive of karrm team, but they not picking my call.

We have booked 2bhk flat 1104 sq ft in 2014 at karrm garden ambernath with promise of 2015 possession and EMI after possession but karrm infra gave all false commitment till date ..Only 560 sq ft came on papers and they stopped payments to bank and bank started EMI on us from last 1 years, We are living in Rented house from last 5years ..Neither they are managing our Rent nor they adjusted amount we paid bank nor they agree on 1104 ..They smartly played on papers and it's Aug 2018 no possession given and no work happening at site only 7 floors are ready rest all work is stalled ..we are in great mess ..wrote many emails and visited office but this is not first time they did same as shahad project and God knows how many projects they are doing same ..people are just visiting office and they have placed body gaurds and are very rude behavior inside office ..they are fraud and no one doing anything to them ..They changed their office in vikroli now which is very secure to avoid angry crowds ..they also have office in thane, we need help to raise our voice against these builders

I cancelled my flat in november 2018 and they promised they will give the refund in 6 months. The refund amount is more than a lakh and they gave a cheque for rs 3, 0000/. It bounced. It was dishonored, the reason being, insufficient funds. We need to take action on these immediately. Lot of people are suffering. I visited them personally and they have given assurance, it will be honored. But it bounced.
