[Resolved]  Karvy — amount deducted from my bank account but was not credited to my demat account

I have made a payment of rs.10, 000/- via online payment system of karvy android app using net banking option which has bill desk payment gateway.
The account used was
Bank of baroda nadiad main branch account no : 02xxxxxxxx3927
I have attached the screen shots of amount deduction message from bank and mini statement of bob app.

I have made several calls and emails to company executives but didn't received any solution

The payment was deducted from my account but neither received by karvy nor refunded to me.

Please do the needful asap.
