[Resolved] Karvy — amount deducted from my bank account but was not credited to my demat account | |||
I have made a payment of rs.10, 000/- via online payment system of karvy android app using net banking option which has bill desk payment gateway. The account used was Bank of baroda nadiad main branch account no : 02xxxxxxxx3927 I have attached the screen shots of amount deduction message from bank and mini statement of bob app. I have made several calls and emails to company executives but didn't received any solution The payment was deducted from my account but neither received by karvy nor refunded to me.
