Kindly send email Id where will be taken action promptly.The mail was

"Dear Sir,

With due respect I beg to inform you that earlier I have applied to you to know how to redeem IDBI Deep Discount Bond, 1998 in my name Riya Ghosh (Regd.
Folio No:FDB021870, Certificate No:458988), because the said Bonds had burnt with acknowledgement slip.But recently the said Bonds has been found in a bunch of papers not accompanied with acknowledgement slip. As a result the said Bonds has saved due to kept in the separate place.

Under the circumstances I would like to know how the redemption has been done & inform me. Please because I am need of money immediately.

Karvy Customer Care's response Dear Investor, We regret for the inconvenience. Please provide “Duly Signed Request Letter from the Bond Holder along with following documents. 1. Copy of Pan Card of the Bond of the Bond Holder duly self attested and in the absence of the same, it will attract 20% TDS. 2. Form 15g/h if applicable ( New form is attached and it should filled without any blanks) & in the absence of the same, it will attract 10% TDS. 3. Address proof of bond holder (copy of Passport/Driving license/electricity bill etc...) 4. Cancelled Cheque Leaf to update Bank Mandate details in our records. 5. Signature verification of Bond Holder(s) from bank with details of attesting bank official like Name, Designation, Code, Branch Address & contact details of Branch. 6. If change of name is happens then we required A Gazette Copy duly attested / copy of Marriage certificate with details of “Old Name & Changed Name” duly attested. 7. Original Bond duly discharged (i.e duly signed by the holder on the reverse of the bond) Kindly send us the above mentioned documents to the below address to enable us to start processing the same from our end.
