Dear sir
It refer to my previous complaint dated 21.07.17, which were marked as solved but till date it is not solved my compliant was as i have the uco bank share no. Ucb043571 to 531172, in that 2 nd holder by typographically printed wrong and i applied and against their letter no. Uma/gen/ucb/148750/8074200 dated 21.02.07, and i send my original certificate vide my letter dated 27.04.17, to agency through speed courier receipt no. Eg[protected]in and they received the same on.05.05.17. Till date i could not received any communique from them. And in that letter i mentioned my mailing and my email address also.

Dear sir it almost 3 month pass still i have not received the said amended certificate on my address which is as - u-28 nangal town ship,
Dist. Roopnagar (Ropar) punjab - 140124.
You are requested to expiate the same.
