[Resolved] Karvy — no allotment of shares | |||
This has reference to my application 89000881 for allotment of shares in the IPO in THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE CO. LTD. I am an employee of the Company and there is a preferential allotment of shares for me. I received a message from BSE LTD. that no allotment has been done. On enquiring your staff of Basavanagudi branch, who created demat a/c, they informed me that it is because of insufficient funds. I want to know if no information reaches Karvy, Basavanagudi branch, about this.
