Karvy — non execution of instruction slip delivery dated 11.01.2020

My customer id 01359144 dp id 13014400 trading a/c 269pu4425. Since no trading is possible from karvy i have applied for transfer from karvy to stock holding corporation india ltd demat and client id no 40186863 in301330 vide karvy's instruction slip delivery no. Aa[protected] dated 11.01.2020 at pune branch containing (5) items ie mrl, tata power, ongc, petronet lng and yes bank (All are shown in demat account) but the same were neither transferred nor intimated to me reasons for their inability.in addition to above another (6) six items are yet to be transferred to my demat account from pool account. Further nobody is receiving my calls.
