Karvy — Non transfer / release of shares held in pool.

I have an demat account with karvy office chandigarh, client id 01910418.
I had various shares with the co which as per were held in pool of which except reliance industries 30 shares all were released. Despite repeatedly enquiring from office at chandigarh for release of 30 reliance industry shares, despite promises nothing has happened till date.

Kindly release my 30 reliance shares from pool as i am badly in need of money moreover these are my shares and co is holding it illegally.
