[Resolved] Karvy — transliteration error!

This is the third time i am trying to update my address on aadhaar through karvy and it is showing transliteration error.

My question is simple " if you cannot update your address online what is the use of providing such a link and if karvy does not have the capability to check, correct or validate the details why are you even responsible for this?

My request number is 0000/00481/07065

Updated by vamsimvKrishna Dont give the bull of saying it is transliteration error and close the complaint. Which is not my complaint

i know it is transliteration error,

I am asking you my question is if you cannot validate the language online, why are you even getting the business o[censored]IDAI making fake claims that all can be done ONLINE.
