[Resolved]  Karvy — update address and resend the dividend at new address

We are holding the shares of hero motocorp ltd. Unit - hero motocorp ltd., folio no. Hml0085505, since 1984. Company has declared the dividend in march 2017. Sir, we have changed our address but our relative were living there. They informed that they have not received any dividend warrant. Hence we raised our complaint to registrar of hero motocorp ltd i. E karvi. They have provided the dividend and speed post details (Dividend warrant 2403688 for amount rs. 47850/-, speed post no. En[protected]in) issued to us. On verifying that details on india post website we came to know that karvy has written the pin code of other city hence speed post was returned back to them. Hence we have not received it.
We reported this to karvi again and requested to change the address and resend the dividend on new address. They have provided us the details of document needed to change the address. We promptly filled all the documents and also submitted the required document except proof of past address. We telephonically consulted the mrs. Prashant, share transfer helpdesk for hero motocorp at karvi. She suggested that we should talk to mr. Chaddha at hero motocorp corporate office in new delhi. He suggested to send the copy of dividend warrant received past. We have sent the copy of dividend warrant of last 15 years. But again waiting for 1 month we didn’t got any response. On mr. Krishan mehar, investigation officer from karvy, delhi branch visited our home and verified all share certificates, id and address, previous record of bank statement mentioning receive of dividend in my account, copy of acknowledgment slip of dividend warrant. He got satisfied with all our document and verified (Internal audit verification pv39101).
No reply after that in last 2 months
