Don't bother contacting them. They never get back to you and the companies that deal with them say they cannot deal with your problem, only Kaspersky can. Cancelled subscription two years ago and ended up having to close an account because they kept taking money despite filling in forms to get a refund that never came. Digitalriver.com won't deal with you and send the same generic email over and over again. Just don't get it, don't buy it, don't use it. Was this information helpful? |
