I purchased kaspersky online and by mistake it was credited twice they sent me activation codes twice i needed one activation code and i asked for a refund of another
They said to me that they initiated a refund but its not reflecting my account at all and by saying this they are sending me emails of activation code of the cancelled order where i had to sign an agreement they are saying me in a repeated manner that a refund was initiated on 24th march 2020 but nothing has been received yet and until now they are not submitting any proof of initiating refund to me despite asking them several numbers of times, their sales team is not picking up any calls at all
