Kaspersky for ios
It is ridiculous that Kaspersky Security & VPN that exist in mosts app stores for ios does not exist in the greek app store. If a product is available it should be available for everyone, not the mention the high prices that we pay on kaspersky for the subscription plans.

Customer service
Don't bother contacting them. They never get back to you and the companies that deal with them say they cannot deal with your problem, only Kaspersky can. Cancelled subscription two years ago and ended up having to close an account because they kept taking money despite filling in forms to get a refund that never came. Digitalriver.com won't deal with you and send the same generic email over and over again. Just don't get it, don't buy it, don't use it.

I renewed my Kasperski AntiVirus online using SBI Online Transaction mode. The payment of Rs. 849.15 from my account to NEXTWAY was successful (Ref IGALTYSQT6 on 17Aug21); I checked my bank online account and confirmed that the amount has been debited from my account.
However, no Activation Code was provided by Kaspersky and an ERROR message appeared instead on my computer screen stating that "Your payment has been declined and the order has been cancelled".
This is the first time I have been cheated by Kaspersky. Many labs in my Institute (Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore) use Kaspersky anti-virus. I am going to advertise this cheating event to all my colleagues and alert them not to use Kaspersky any more.

I renewed online Kasper sky yesterday and sent Rs.1826.65 from my SBI account REF: CCAIA1UAI469GKFIVWF2. I did not receive activation code on my email [protected]@gmail.com. Hence I could not activate it. Through another method I renewed it for Rs.300 and got activated. Hence please refund he amount to me the amount as you failed to. I am sorry to state that so far You failed to send me the activation code. I want my money back. Such poor service I did not expect from you.

kaspersky total security
I purchased kaspersky online and by mistake it was credited twice they sent me activation codes twice i needed one activation code and i asked for a refund of another
They said to me that they initiated a refund but its not reflecting my account at all and by saying this they are sending me emails of activation code of the cancelled order where i had to sign an agreement they are saying me in a repeated manner that a refund was initiated on 24th march 2020 but nothing has been received yet and until now they are not submitting any proof of initiating refund to me despite asking them several numbers of times, their sales team is not picking up any calls at all

Two times transaction of amount 2, 887.20 INR has been failed to credit vendor IRCTC account but my account has been debited. Same issue again repeated during bill payment of airtel. All failed transaction detail with amount given below:

I have register to claimed offer (https://www.vrinfotech.in/seagateoffer/) on 15 october 2018 and after not getting any response reclaimed on 19 october 2018 but again i didn't get any response then I have sent an email on 2 november 2018 regarding this. I got mail reply on 6th november to registering for claim offer again. I was trying but unable to upload the documents while registration getting file upload error "sorry, your file is too large (Max Limit 1MB)" but my all file size is less than 1MB. I have intimated for same on 8th and 11th november 2018. Till now I am not getting any response. Please help me to resolve this issue.

This is worst nonsense antivirus... Askes database updates everyday but will not get updated even with 40 mbps internet...
And while scaning it shows 1 hour left after 50% it shows 4 days remaining...
Please dont buy this antivirus

Had a problem to activate the Key

I had purchased kaspersky anti virus serial number:AV11-4F[protected] in filpkart.Anti virus charge is 280rs and delivery charge is 40rs total amount is 320rs.it was delivered to me before 4 days.I had problem to activate the key, still now the key is not activated.i tried many times it does not respond..then i called customer care they didn't respond me..so I kindly request you to take a action for my complaint..many people were cheated by online shopping like me.

kaspersky internet security is the worst internet security system . once you purchased it there is no online sollution for your problems regarding the softwares and its activation. when i purchased kaspersky internet security 2010 installed and activated but just can use it for a month after that when i tried to reinstall the software and tried to reactivate it automatically blocked its activation code saying that: CTIVATION USING THIS CODE EXCEEDED after that so any times i tried for its sollution and emailed a complaints @ [protected]@sakri.in they told me to put all the details and i did. they replied me to wait for next email but yet now no any email they send me for the related sollution.

it worked for 3 days.on the 4 day

just after the day we installed the Kaspersky antivirus in our almost 15 computers many more internet sites got blocked. the most important thing is that the most safe site Onlinesbi.com is not also opening just after logging into the user name and password. the site is getting hanged. kaspersky has really damaged the performance of our computers.
