[Resolved]  Kaunsa.com — Led Tv not delivered and also not give refund for more than 2 months period

Dear friends, I have ordered toshiba LEDtv of 26, 965 rs in Kaunsa on 13th nov13, 28th nov they committed for delivery and not delivered, from 28th nov to 27th dec 13 everyday while contacting them told product is ready, despatching today.on 27th dec 13 evening they (means Customer care) told product not available, we are starting the refund process today and you will get money with 15-20 days.but till now I have not received my money & morethan 2 months they blocked my money without refunding it & telling stories and fake commitments. Kaunsa is fraud website, they initially delivery the products of low value items in correct time to get big order, once we ordered for large amount they will start all their fraud activites such fake commitments and their customer care people will say surely, definitely, promise, mother promise for the deliver of the product. Once we ordered in this in website, please forget about product & money also... I am going to take legal action against this website, pls suggest me, how to do it & I am not going to leave this matter simply...
