        Before booking the tickets, i would like to confirm with the Travelers that any pet is allowed to travel with us r not. I called to the travelling department and asked whether pet can travel along with us r not. He said yes you can carry pet along with you. Then after getting confirmation from the person i have booked 2tickets to Chennai. On boarding time the driver didn't allowed us inside because of the puppy. The guy who has spoken on call was Infront of me and he too changed his words saying pets r not allowed. At last thy have taken 1000 from me. Which is nothing but fraud.

          I booked ticket on 12Oct2020, PNR 2374421. I have cancelled on 16Oct2020 . I paid amount 1190.00/- to Ravi Babu in Bhimavaram. I am doing follow up since 12 days. I called [protected] and he spoke to Ravi Babu and told that he will refund on 26Oct20 but not refunded. I called Ravi Babu but not responding. I want my refund as soon as possible. I am running short of amount and your team is not responding. I don't have any other option. Please look into it and do needful.

          Kaveri customer care is not responding . I called [protected] and that gentleman saying in ride way that why did not I called him before booking the ticket PNR 2374421 and this was booked by Ravi Babu as I booked ticket for 21Oct20 and cancelled later on 16Oct20. Ravi insisted me to pay him online so I paid to his personal Google pay I'd. Now he is telling stories and not refunding. I already lodged complaint.

            In this situation we follow the social distance, but last night iam travelling the v kaveri bus, the bus employees are not follow the hygiene and social distance. They pulled the pasengers more than bus capacity. And more over they are not booked tickets in this buss. Its very horrible conditions iam faced.. If iam and my family sick by upcoming days the reson is the one on only the v kaveri management. I file a case in the bus management. I have the photographs of the situation.

              I booked a ticket from vishakhapatnam to hyderabad on 13.03.2020 when the bus came i was informed that there is a gender mistake which i could not find while booking the ticket, i selected a seat no 5 and confirmed but it was changed to seat no 8 and they denied me to enter i was shocked and they (Bus driver and other person) did not allow me to speak or tell any thing i have all proofs of id and name, but they told me to get down first they did not give any alternate to travel no option was given i was on road without help, with high tension and high cost i could reach hyderabad at 4 pm today ie 14.03.2020 i suffered a lot and lost money due to the helplessness from your side please give the refund for which i didn't travel and suffered i am sending the attachments. If gender change is there it was a mistake and it is not a crime, for which you can not earn money and there no big reason for not refunding, i am claiming for refund for the part where i did not travel, please initiate refund process and reply, please think about the situation which i faced. Thank you!

                  This is ticket number TNB[protected], and I travelled on Kaveri 901-A on October 25th from Bangalore to Vijayawada.

                  In the message they said I should come to Electronic City Phase 2 near the toll plaza but during the boarding time when I didn't see the bus they called me and actually informed that I should come to another stop (opposite Ruchi Sagar) instead. Even in the afternoon when they had called me to remind me of my trip all they said was it will be in electronic City but the problem is both stops they referred to were in electronic City.

                  They don't have the courtesy required to distinguish two stops and due to the mismatch that day plus the traffic and rain I wasn't able to board their bus.

                  I would like a refund for this disregard for basic geography.

                    This is saikiran. I booked the ticket from hyderabad to banglore.in banglore they given stop points silkboard and bommanahalli. But after marthalli they went directly corporation without information. This is not good. If family having laugage or personal problems how they will suffer i hope you peoples will understand. I very disappointed with your persons. Make sure if you keeping stop point while booking it should go to that place.

                      These fellows have stopped for toilets and by the time i boarded in the bus, these stupids started the bus and i was on road at 1am midnight in rain. I am a female. Wont you care about customers safety? Particularly females? Rascals.

                      I had a small baby and she is in bus. All my luggage and phone r in the bus. How come they dont even check.

                      Is not the responsibility of the cleaner to check whether customers have boarded the bus or not.

                        Hi team,

                        I got bus ticket saying that 4:30pm is the reporting time at silkboard junction. But bus came and went before 4:18pm. 10-15 min delay can be tolerated. But leaving 12 min before is not accepted.

                        My ticket has wrong mobile number. I called bus conductor at 4:31, he saying my mobile is switched of and he left before 4:20pm

                        He supposed to wait till 4:30, since i am notified with 4:30 as reporting time. He would have wait at least till 4:25.

                        Customers can not tolerate this kind over proactive timings. Anyway i catched the bus at tin factory at 5:32pm. I spent 40 rs to reach tin factory from silkboard.

                        I am expecting my compensation of 40rs which i spent due to inappropriate bus timing.

                          On 18/08/2019, i traveled from visakhapatnam in kaveri bus (Service no - ar01g7676 hyderabad) was broke-down at ravulapalem around 11:30pm. Small kids, women, senior citizens every one got to wait until morning 4:30am on high way but kaveri travels didn't planned for alternate transportation though we request the management multiple times. One child was suffering with high fever however kaveri travels was irresponsible. We got to arrange our own transportation to reach hyderabad and few o[censored]s returned back as it will late to hyderabad and need to attend online meetings. This is one of the worst service i have came across. Myself spend rs.10, 000 for return bus, taxi and next day flight.

                          Whenever i book the ticket before 1 month the ticket is cancelled before 1 day. He calls up says that the bus is under breakdown and you just cancel the ticket and book the other one. Everytime when i do this the minimum bus cancel fees of 200 is deducted.

                            Today is was travelling from vijayawada to tirupati through kaveri travels i was informed in the morning that my bus was breakdown and a new bus is arranged at much earlier time so i boarded the bus and my seat was allocated last from the end on engine especially which is very hot and found lights also not working when asked to the conductor he was replying in a rash manner the bus details are kaveri travels bus no mp 41p3999, kaveri travels

                              I suffered a lot with kaveri travels staff behavior mainly with attendent and driver. he abusive me very badly due to 5 minutes late. i requested them a lot i was stuck in traffic but they said we want leave you can back to home. i was mentally tortured by them even they didnt pick the call. i requested them.Kaveri Travels bus details

                                allocation female seat beside to male seat

                                Hi team,

                                I did face discomfort in your travels today.
                                How do you allocate a seat to female passenger beside to a male passenger. My seat number is r8 and beside to me r7 which is allocated to female. I had a chat between the driver & co at dinner stop time. This is embarrassing situation for me by this journey. I did bus booking on your travels website.

                                I waited for 1 and 1/2hr for bus on road. Bus people didn't call and not lifted the call. They are very irresponsible. I got leg pain because of standing for long time. Kaveri is waste bus. I[censored] can't manage don't run buses that's it. Don't play with normal people like us by running this type of buses. This is shame on u to run this type of buses.

                                  For sake of politics Kaveri Travels were cancelled the Buses during peak time of elections happened at April 11th...I was one of the victim of the person.

                                  Due to sudden cancellation of Bus...I was traveled with two bus changes in Night time to reach my home town with Family members..It was a miserable travel journey life without proper sleep

                                  Now Kaveri Travels changed the name with Vkaveri travels and running the Business...We should not encourage these type of Buses due to politics..please stop VKaveri travels in Andhra Pradesh Routes

                                    1. No proper logistics service.
                                    2. No one is responsible for our logistics.
                                    3. No one answers the phone calls.
                                    4. They said 2 days but took 9 days to take my bike from hyderabad to bangalore.
                                    5. They are not handover my byke keys, thrown some where.
                                    6. Asking me to come anadarao cicle at 03:00am to collecct my byke.
                                    7. I booked my bike to marathalli, but i collected it in palace grounds bangalore which is 25 km from marathahalli, and i got my bike without keys.
                                    8. I[censored] ask anything thay will give others phone numbers and ask us to call them thatsit.

                                      The kaveri bus no. PY 04 A 2427 (Shiridi to Hyderabad) has a very rash driver... We were walking on Shirdi road and the driver was driving the bus rashly. When asked to stop the driver came out and slapped my dad. The driver was using abusive language and also tried to slap me. Please remove that driver immediately. He is using filthy language. We asked him to say sorry and he refused to do so. Crowd gathered there we also called the police all the people were sure about the mistake but no one supported us. We were on a visit to temple and had to face this issue.
