[Resolved]  Kaya Skin Clinic — Adverse and visible reaction after facial and chemical peel

The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased 12 sessions of facials costing ₹ 20, 000; 3+1 Chemical peels costing ₹7, 800 and laser hair reduction maintenance sessions ₹4, 400 from Kaya clinic, Pitampura, Delhi for my pre-bridal sessions. I paid a total of ₹32, 200 on March 8 2020.

I took my first session of Kaya signature facial on 12 March 2020 and the lactic peel on 3 April 2020. The first facial caused rashes on my face that were highly painful, burning and itchy. The dermatologist and therapist said it was normal after this facial. They prescribed me with a steroid to apply and anti allergic tablet. ( which is apparently not normal after a facial).
After another session of the chemical lactic peel, the condition of my face was worse.

I have been sending continuous emails to Kaya support team ([protected]@kayaindia.net) from past 2months ie from 9 April'2021 from my registered email id (akshita.r.[protected]@gmail.com) . All that they reply is there is discussion on the case on your own whims and fancies. After 2 months, they tell me that there no VISIBLE REACTION on my face, but the pictures attached and the dermatologist's prescription clearly show the severity of the reaction. And the pain that I had to through when my face started burning and itching after the treatment was a different horror. Also, none of the therapists were available on call (during their working hours) in such an emergency.
I want an immediate refund on a priority basis as I do not wish to continue any treatments with Kaya.
