Story -
My name is Jaishree and I had visited Kaya's MGF mall, Jaipur branch on 14th March 2021 and had a consultation with the doctor who misguided me in a very big way. How?
She did not inform me that anyone with a skin condition cannot undergo the Laser Hair Reduction procedure, even after me repeatedly asking her the do's and don'ts of the procedure. Post which I made a part payment of Rupees 31, 398. The next day - 15th March 2021 - after putting me on the bed and starting the procedure, they made me lie down for more than an hour ‘unattended’.
Post which they barged in and informed that they cannot perform the procedure on me due to my skin condition. I had LITERALLY WASTED 1 whole day, taken 2 day’s leave from work (1 for consultation and other for the procedure) . They did not even refund my money, they said i would receive my refund in the next 20 days - post which I would have to (again take the leave from work) to come and collect the cheque.
Now it has been more THAN A MONTH (1 month & 16 days) and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY hard earned money back, because of the doctor's silly mistake. Kaya's doctor was very unprofessional and I have to PAY SUCH A PRICE.
I got in touch with the customer care and they sent an email saying - [protected]@kayaindia.net -
"Greetings from Kaya!
With reference to your below email, we wish to inform you that your refund request is under final processing and we shall get back to you at the earliest with an update on the same." sent to me on Apr 23, 2021
Recently only I spoke to customer care and they only keep telling me one thing - We'll get back to you within the next 2 days. But haven't refunded my money back yet. Also their sales representative said that their entire staff at MGF mall, Jaipur branch has been COVID positive due to which they aren't able to take any action.
CASE
Please help me get my refund of Rs 31, 398 back from Kaya Clinic, which was due to their irresponsible doctor.

Updated by Jaishree H It has been Half a month since your care team took my bank details and promised to refund me back. BUT HASN'T and now you're CUSTOMER CARE has also stopped picking my calls !
DISGUSTING! I want my refund back NOW. Or I'll tell all my friends in India that you're a fraud company. i ALSO HAVE Rajiv your CEO on my linkedIn I will have to report to him about your sad infrastructure!

Updated by Jaishree H This has been going on SINCE 3 MONTHS, Don't drag this more Or i'll drag you to CONSUMER COURT!
I have taken acne peel 2 sessions and 2 sessions of Q switch facial laser in 2016 with the assurance of lifetime validity. Also promised by service person that validity can be extended regardless of date.
Now when I went to redeem the pending sessions, I was told it was expired and no longer available. As I am a regular customer of Kaya, I am disappointed at the moment.
Can you please resolve the false promises of validity and help me to get continued service in the near future ?
