Updated by Rejjohmen Hi Kaya, time is a crucial factor and I am hoping to get a response sooner. I don't expect this issue to age like wine; and of course lose track; Especially when money is involved. Still waiting for a call from SQT, What is taking long. Is it the strain of speaking with a customer after fraud, or is this a usual scenario where you cheat your customers and wait for them to file a suit. Im definitely losing patience.

Updated by Rejjohmen I still have not received any sort of call, email or communication from KAYA. I hope you could interfere by taking a speedy action on this. While I have also discussed this with my LA and it's better to file now and wait than to waste over wait time.
Mean while you could recommend what measures I could take other than publication on social media. Thank you
