[Resolved]  Kaya Skin Clinic — clinic does not offer service after taking the money

I've sign up for a service 4 months back and paid the complete amount. However, the clinic does not offer services as promised. Its been almost 3months and the clinic constantly postpones my services.

They take money but refuse to serve the cx.

Service at the clinic - indiranagar bangalore is pathethic. It looks like they are only behind money and not giving quality service. Being a cx service entity its shame that they cant offer a good service.

Doctors at the clinic are so lazy and does not keep proper post treatment prescription.

Issue is not resolved. I spoke to one of the member from kaya indiranagar (sheena) as the manager was on leave is what she said on call. Asked her to send me an email but no email sent and it’s bedn 2days already. Is this a good cx support??

If you cant provide timely and quality response, then why do u take money from cx?
If this not resolved/actioned at the earliest, a legal notice will be sent.
