[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — disappointing service | |||||
I submitted my complaint on 26th november and no action has been taken yet. I have been constantly calling at the kaya centre at marine drive, ernakulam and all they say is will let you know about the refund after contacting with the head office. And a week back when i called them they said they are ready to redeem my balance through their kaya products. After taking their treatments my skin and acne issues got worser and now they are telling me to use other products. I don’t want to take risk and try with the products again. I paid around 30000 and took 2peeling and 1 facial session and 1 laser treatment and my pending sessions are 1laser 4 peeling sessions and 4 golden facial sessions. I need the refund for the sessions which i have not availed at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
