I have been requesting for my laser treatment details which literally is the basic requirement & has to be provided to customers, however, at the clinic the representative said that kaya as a policy has stopped sharing hardcopies of treatment details & i should send a mail to [protected]@kayaindia.com
Below are 3 mails that i have sent to kaya with no response.
Today i tried calling kaya helpline & i was put on hold for 3 minutes before the call was disconnected without any answer from your end.
It is ridiculous that i have to follow up so many times for a basic requirement & try to reach out to you through multiple mediums with no response!!!

I have been awaiting revert to my query & i also received a mail from your customer care team stating i should have my revert within 3 working days, however i haven't heard back from you.
Also, i keep getting messages from kaya about appointment timings with details, however none of these are for any appointments i have booked. I am sure these are for adjusting the balance sessions, however, i hope they do not show as cancelled from my end on your system or as sessions consumed.
