I have been taking laser hair reduction treatment. Which has been very effective for quite a few areas but made me also grow hair in areas i didn’t earlier have growth inspite of them ensuring multiple times that it wouldn’t happen, i in fact even have a recording of the therapist saying so. At the time of payment, i was promised a facial in my package which i was only informed about after months and then when i decided to take it, i was told it expired. They play clients, in every visit. Promising and advertising unnecessary services, one of which i fell for and was advised carbon q-switch. I had acne and it’s marks in quite a few areas and needed it to be cleared. I was promised a big difference in just 3 sessions so i decided to take just that to first experiment. But i was so so disappointed that my skin just started getting worse with more acne and skin peeling off after every session and the annoying part was when i would go back to the clinic and they would just say that it looks so much clearer and glowy.in fact i took images of before and after to ensure there was at least some improvement but unfortunately i wasted my time and money and would not recommend anyone to avail any of their services apart from laser hair reduction.

    I availed a hair care service named targeted root regen therapy for hair fall worth 13000 rupees in january 2017, at that time they promised they would give a referral money of rupees 1500 to my husband as he referred me to them.
    Till today i haven't received any message regarding this and when i called them they replied to me in diplomatic manner decorated with their flowery language.
    Firstly they are not ethical in delivering their promises.
    Secondly don't get trapped in their management tactics like referring, discount etc as it's not worth it.
    Thirdly regarding their services, considering the amount of the money they charge the results are not satisfactory. I didnt even observe a minute change in my hair condition.

      I developed a severe acne problem and went to kaya for a treatment. I paid for a skin peel treatment and booked an appointment with the doctor on 23 june at 1 pm.

      I get a confirmation call at 10 am on 23 jun checking if i will arrive for the appointment. I received a call again at 11 am informing me that my doctor would not be present and what i would like to do? I was surprised at being called back within an hour of confirming the slot and then even more surprised at the question!

      I asked the lady on the other side if the doctor was immaterial to the treatment and she promptly assured me that the doctor who saw needed to be there for the treatment. I was confused. I didn’t know if she was subtly asking me to cancel my appointment. When i asked her so, she profusely denied any such attempt and offered me services of their senior doctor. Having confirmed the same, i receive another call at 12:15 where i was told that the senior doctor is not available!
      At this point, i feared for my skin. I informed them that i did not trust my face in the hands of clinic that couldn’t handle one appointment in three hours and they were so confused till 45 minutes before my slot.
      I landed up the clinic and asked to speak to manager, to explain my fear, my loss of faith in their services and my frustration.

      I wanted to cancel my appointment and get a refund of my payment. Should i be surprised to learn that the clinic manager was not present. None of the staff knew when she would come in. As i stood there arguing with the front desk, another client came in from almost 25kms away for a 12 pm appointment. With the senior doctor only to find out that he was not available for a “confirmed” appointment!

      I have no room for doubt that i will ever risk my face or acne with a clinic like this. I want a refund and want to cancel my treatment!
      Well, turns out that they don’t refund the money till 3 weeks later!

      At this point i have lost all faith! If this goes to rajiv nair, he should know that he is running a business that can thrive only on customer trust. And his team is in no way doing that.

      Can someone please cancel my treatment and refund my money in 3 days like any other businesses would do instead of 3 weeks that only reinforces that incompetence of your organisation!

        My daughter has been undergoing laser treatment at Kaya Pacific Mall new Delhi. She deveoped acne on face and the staff at Kaya recommended skin peel treatment to get rid of the marks.
        The first session went well. Last evening she had the second session and face has burn marks all over. There is 1" ling mark just under her right eye and cheeks are full of burn marks. She did tell them that her skin is feeling burnt but they ignored.
        She leaves for work at 5 am so I did not notice the marks. When she returned home her face looked horrible with marks all over. The staff at Kaya is now telling me that its normal. Why they did not breifed me about it earlier and how come nothing happened in the first session.
        I have noticed many times that the staff at Kaya is keen in selling their services and products every time you show your dissatisfaction about something.
        I want my money back as I do not wish to go for the rest of the sessions.
        Please ensure that the clients are well aware of the facts before they undertake any service.

          Hi,
          I have been coming to kaya clinic bangalore, pheonix marketcity for almost 6 months now and that's only because i have already paid in advance for my peel session. Even after 12 sessions i see no difference. Also they will we very attentive for first few sessions, once they have got the money they won't care much. I wait for an hour every time i go there for my session. I think i have wasted 60k on this and this is my biggest mistake. This is money sucking beauty care company.

            Hi,

            This is priya from bangalore. I have purchased the package of "hairfree full body basic full body 6 parts 6s solution" for laser hair removal treatment on 24th may 2018 at your phoenix market city branch, bangalore.
            I have paid a total amount of 49, 782/- for the purchase of the package.

            I took my first appointment on 12th june, 2018 at 3:45pm for 2 sittings (2 parts) by contacting customer executive of the branch (I guess her name is shantha kumari).

            They completed hair removal for face and then started for hands. After doing the razor for hands they discontinued the session in middle with half work done. They said they cant complete the session and i need to take come again some other day for the same. When i kindly asked the reason they said another client is waiting.

            I refused to stop the session in the middle as razor was done and i demanded to complete the session/treatment.
            But they didn't accept and try to understand my problem. How can i go away in half of the session.

            Instead they behaved and talked very unprofessionally and rudely. They said another customer has also paid money and they need to give service.

            Why the hell we need to be treated rudely and unprofessionally though we paid big amount of money.
            The behavior of the customer executive is very horrible, unprofessional and embarrassing. She behaved as if its a local barber shop.

            If another customer has paid money, have i not paid money??? Are you giving me a free service???

            When i asked above they rudely said, pls come to reception we will refund your money. Is this the professional service and treatment given to customers at kaya???

            So i don't want to take any service from you. Please refund my money back. I dont want to visit your branch again for the embarrassing situation, arguments and insult you have done to me.

              I have been undergoing kaya peel sessions for quite some time now at the lake gardens branch in kolkata. Currently i opted for 8 sessions. It went well up to 6 sessions.in the seventh session, as the peel was applied it suddenly started burning as a result of which a black patch has appeared on my right cheek which makes me feel uncomfortable.

              The doctor reported that this issue occurred as my screen was not properly moisturized. She even moisturized my skin before the peel, but in spite of that this occurred. She has now suggested me to apply ice pack and a medicated cream on those spots but i am not sure when it is going to heel properly.

              The issue is :

              1. If there was a risk, why did she proceed with the peel session? A patient might not be fit for the treatment on that particular day, but it is the duty of the doctor to identify the risk and guide the patient accordingly.
              2. That area of the skin was perfectly and now it looks entirely burnt.

              I demand a treatment free of cost from kaya that would completely heal the burn marks.

                  After having cut the skin during shaving before laser, the green park team don't even bother responding.
                  The wound that developed after that cut has turned into a huge pink area and has been highly itchy.
                  We have been trying to get in touch with the kaya doctor but of no use. The staff have not taken my issue seriously and have not even gotten back with the doctor's feedback after sharing images with them. The girl on the phone took it highly casually at the same time saying that this wound looks really bad. What sort of a company is this? I'm horrified and would highly advice nobody to take services from them!!!

                  I had got this exact same response for my previous complaint and had posted my contact details there already. Haven't got a single phone call or response.
                  Infact still waiting for the response from the Doctor for the cut which has now become a serious wound!
                  So do not give my rubbish about priorities. I am going to share my experience with everyone and make sure no one i know goes to Kay again!

                    The behaviour at the clinic was very unresponsive and very irresponsible. The managers practically change every 2-3 months and if the laser expert does not mention the session in the system then we have to bare the consequences!! Very disappointed and would not recommend kaya to anyone that i know!
                    This is not the first time, let’s see how quick you are with your response here!

                      I have been taking services from the kolkata kaya alipore branch which has been seemless. However, the delhi green park branch has been most unprofessional. They don't know how to deal with clients. After making it highly difficult to book laser sessions, they have treated us really badly. They were refusing to give the after laser kaya cream after having paid for it. Also, made us wait for over an hour before starting with the second service. When we tried to get in touch with the doctor regarding a few queries, we were told they would call back which never happened.
                      The difference between the kolkata kaya and delhi kaya is shocking!!! Highly disappointed!

                        I have been undergoing treatment of "mixed melasma with periorbital hyperpigmentation"since 19 dec 2017 which your doctor diagnosed with hefty fees/charges of rs 73000/- but i dont find any improvement. You claimed that with your treatment pigmentation would be

                          We have been trying to book an appointment since the past week from kaya skin clinic pitampura. We finally got an appointment from them one day before our function. However when we reached the clinic, they imformed no doctor was available. On top of it, the manager geetika is so rude of a person, she doesnt know how

                            For last few years have had some acne scars on my face and had left all hope to get back my old smooth & beautiful flawless skin like before. I had heard of kaya skin clinic and thought of visiting once to find out about the treatments they offer and the pricing.
                            The lady ms. Sunita bose with immense marketing strategies convinced me to avail the treatment packages that they have crafted for such cases like me and assured 100% results of the treatment they offer. I was little skeptical at the beginning and i requested them to allow me sometime as the package that they were offering me was priced highly equivalent to buying gold. An amount of inr 51, 000 thousand is not a matter of joke definitely.
                            I told her is this going to give me 100% clear skin, they said the package includes 02 micro needling sessions & 01 prp (Vampire facial) and you will not believe the results. Your skin will be rejuvenated from the roots of the scars and new skin will grow and old skin would peel off. We can guarantee 100% results that no other skin clinic can offer. I got some confidence but still didn’t know if this will actually give results. Then one fine day ms. Sunita bose made me speak to ms. Puja das over telecon. She assured that she found results in only 01 session of micro needling and it really works. And i should blindly go ahead and get the treatment done. Then i still said i need time to decide. On saying that they said the package offer validity period is short and i have to make an advance and book the package before 31st march, 2018, post which the rates would increase. I requested them to offer me just 01 micro needling first so that i can see if it works or not, based on which i will decide if i need to buy the next session. But sunita said i have to buy the package only and cannot buy 01 treatment at a time. I blindly trusted them and thought i have no other choice than to pay a massive amount and buy the package to get back my beautiful skin once again.
                            I went ahead and made an advance payment of inr 12, 373 on 25th march, 2018. I said please start the emi from may, 2018 onwards as i don’t have leaves hence will be able to attend the first micro needling session end of april, 2018. They agreed and then i went for my first micro needling session on 20th april, 2018. They applied some numbing cream on my face at phoolbagan branch and then doctor nidhi jindal who saw me for the first time that day gave me a list of serum, sunscreen, toner, anti aging serum & cleanser that had to be bought from the branch only. I agreed to pay another 3.5k to 4k to buy them. I had a feeling that, when i am paying 51k to get back my beautiful skin, then why not this also. Went to loudon street branch with them, got the treatment done and left. I agreed to follow the chart that dr. Nidhi gave diligently. I had told sunita about my heart disease, high blood pressure for which i am on medication and had shared the names of the medicines on 25th march, 2018. So that i can be sure that nothing affects my health. They assured it isn’t a problem at all to go ahead with this treatment.
                            Approximately after 3 days i got in touch with sunita to understand when i can see results, she directed me to another person saying she was on leave. I called up the clinic and the lady said she will speak to the doctor and call me back. I got a call back after 2 hours saying that i will get to see the changes in 3 to 4 weeks time. Then i have to come for a doctor’s followup meet and then we can decide the next date for the next session. Then i was travelling hence got an appointment with the doctor for 20th may, 2018. I was still quiet although i did not see even 0% changes on face and the scars were as it is. People have been laughing on me saying kaya made you a fool. All these things don’t work and we see no changes on your face. I am extremely disheartened. I went to meet the doctor and she said she cannot find my previous pictures clicked on her samsung tab, but she can see changes. I still said that i don’t see any changes and she has just seen me once before and then today. She said we cannot guarantee you 100% changes but you will see minor changes. And i was shocked to hear that as i was promised something else by sunita when she was insisting me to buy the expensive package. Doctor called sunita and then she started lying that she never guaranteed 100% results. Then for what did i spend my hard earned money which wasn’t even a less amount. Its so scarry to see people changing their words. As i kept on cross questioning and asked her to see my face and the before and after pictures on my cell phone. She asked the doctor to write a pov as they want 100% results and we can’t offer that. Is that what i expect from an organization like kaya? So much harassment and then i get to hear that it will show just minor changes once i complete all three sessions. This is not professionalism i expected and how is it that the staffs keep changing their words once the expensive packages are sold to people like us. I am feeling cheated completely by sunita for her fake commitments and assuring me to get back my smooth skin like before. I need a solution to this. I will never recommend anyone to use your services that come with only fake commitments. I will not blame ms. Nidhi jindal for anything as even she wasn’t aware of the fake commitments made by ms. Sunita while selling me the package. I want my money back and i don’t wish to avail the next two sessions. I have lost all my trust from kaya for few people who even get irritated if you call them with a query as you done see any results. Cheated by kaya on the name of 100% results. And yes the kind of behavior i got from ms. Sunita was beyond my wildest of dreams. I can deal with anyone but not liars. Shame on you!! If you cant guarantee 100% results then why should one waste money on your self made highly priced packages? I have never seen people buying a product that assures only 20% results. Money is not grown on tress, seems like you need to be reminded that sunita.
                            Please find my before and after pictures & my communication with sunita this afternoon after they confirmed that they will refund my money back. See how they are playing cheap games with me. Please contact me at [protected] to see the date of clicking the picture on my phone. You can definitely check the dates and various details of a photograph from the properties option. I am looking forward to get results for the money i have spent based on the promises or else return me my money.

                            I have already posted my feedback and complaint in 5 to 6 social media platforms. I have also been told by consumer court to take this compant to the court at the earliest. I need an apology letter from Sunita for her lies leading to mental harassment and all the money i wasted trusting her.I want the money to be refunded asap. I have to continue paying to snapmint as Kaya has routed the emi payment through them.I want solutions or else i will have no other option but drag this entire issue legally.I will see it till the end, will not let go so easily.

                            Please see the generic email from Kaya to all the grief i shared. Is this the solution you offer for people like me who trust in your staffs, being such a big brand. I sm also from the hospitality industry where our relationship and commitment earn thousands of hearts. Please see the below generic response that clearly shows they are actually not bothered for wasting somebodies hard earned money. They authorise their staffs to make fake commitments and then fraud the guests in broad daylight. I am not surprised as i can see too many such cases of robbery on this platform. Do let me know what products you would personally buy without any guarantee to get 100% results. Answer this simple question who on this earth would pay for a useless product?????? Why such misguidance and unprofessionalism from such a big brand??????

                            Hi Sayantani, having investigated into your concerns, we wish to clarify here that at Kaya we do not guarantee a 100% reduction or removal for any of our services. You will agree that none of our marketing content advertises or claims of such results either.
                            Further we understand that thus far, only one session of the 3 sessions solution has been utilized by you. Packages are designed in a manner such that their results are best judged on completion. However we understand that you may not be satisfied with service session done and wish to invite you for a meet up with our senior doctor, who may examine your skin and address your concerns.
                            Lastly, we regret we are unable to honour your request for a refund as it is beyond the terms and conditions of purchase which are mentioned on the purchase invoice. However should you wish to discontinue we are happy to offer you a prepaid card in lieu of the pending balance in your Kaya account. The same has also been communicated to you via email.

                              As I lodged a complaint on this site I did get a call back from Kaya but my issue is not yet resolved 100%
                              I was promised by a Kaya Customer care executive that she will call me back and fix up an appt with a senior Dr. To get my re-growth of hair but as usual they failed... i m a Elite Customer for them but God save those who not Elite client as if the treatment is such with EC then what they must be doing with normal clients

                                I am taking laser hair reduction for lower face at karol bagh, new delhi centre of kaya. I have taken 2 sessions till date. The area covered during 2 session was different from the area covered for treatment during 1 session and the sessions were given by different staff in absence of doctor. As a consequence, patches of hair growth appear on face that looks weird. Yesterday, i visited the kaya centre and told this to the doctor, she told that i should have told the technician which area are to be treated as they do not have any history or records available about the treatment. This is entirely unprofessional, if i can decide on my own then what is the requirement of kaya. They say themselves expert professional but provide random treatments without any consideration. It feels disgusted as they shamelessly owe no responsibility about the results of treatment and take no pain to resolve the problem of patients. I want my money back for remaing sessions and treatment records.

                                  I took six session for removing my acne scar ( which was not accute) but after 4th session it deteriorated and after 6th session it went worst but they did not help me to clear my face. I lodged complaint to the kaya team but of no use. I have wasted my money and now I feel like crying when I look at the mirror.I want to know why such reputed company is not trying to solve my problem.Is it a money making brand??

                                    I have taken multiple services from Kaya and have been a client for the last 4-5 yrs.
                                    I am facing 2 major issues related to Hair Reduction treatment which is not effective as it reduced hair for some time but got hair back even more specially on arms. Bikni, legs also not that great though.
                                    2nd issue is related to getting an appt at the clinic I want to, I must have called Kaya multiple times but haven’t got connected with Powai clinic and this is not once, I faced a similar issue with Bandra clinic as well.

                                      This is regarding the adverse effects after undergoing laser hair reduction treatment at kaya indiranagar bangalore. The complaint raised earlier has been closed as resolved, however i have not yet got a solution after spending additional money on the maintenance sessions which i was confided would resolve the issue. Now they are again suggesting to continue with the maintenance sessions which is only a way to extract money without any results. I wanta permanent solution and can't afford to spend money again
