[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — q switch laser treatment

I have been diagnosed with ashy dermatosis, doctor at kaya suggested that i can a q switch done. But i later reasearched and i had to go with ayurveda for the complete cure since it's a chronic disease. I paid 30k for 16 sessions from which i have taken 3 sessions (Face+ neck, chest and hands). I immediately asked for a refund but they say i can't get a refund. This is insane! I have to go to australia in 15 days and i will be back after 2 years and they say the refund is not possible!!! Please get this resolved asap or i can always go to the consumer court!
