I went to kaya skin clinic in september and met with their resident dermatologist dr. Bhavna. I have always had acne prone skin but had it under control for sometime. I had asked her to help me with some pigmentation as i am getting married in december. Dr. Bhavna prescribed alternate sessions of q switch lasers and peels every 2 weeks over the next 2 months. At the time i was told there will be no side effects. After the first few sessions i began to notice acne on my face. When i brought this up with the doctor she said this treatment can cause acne but its manageable. However it kept getting worse. I immediately stopped all treatment and lodged a complaint with dr. Bhavna and the clinic manager mrs. Ayushi, and asked for a refund. At this point they had changed their tune at this poit and said they cannot say how a patients skin will react to a treatment. They took a picture of my face and was told that they will send me formal communication of the complaint in weeks time. This was in the beginnig of october. No one has got back to me regarding my complaint and when i called them i was told noone was available. The biggest problem in this whole fiasco is that noone told me the side effects of the treatment nor are they bothered about customer complaints if their treatment goes wrong. My skin has been completely ruined and they cant be bothered to get back to me

I have started having side effects on my skin and treatment is not working any longer for me just to earn money they have advised multiple q switch for my skin which is worsening my condition please help I need refund bez I am suffering now. I am having more issues now
Hello I am doing laser treatment of my underarm un kaya delhi, vasant kunj mall.
This was my 5th sitting in kaya, the lady who did my laser she dint do it properly, with in 5 min she finished, on second day of my laser hair start coming. It's my 5th sitting but still hair growth is not reduced

    Once they receive money they just forget that they have taken money for services. I need my money back. Can't waste 25k on this horrible place.

    I got skin allergy because they used numbing cream for more than 2 hrs and ideally its suggested not to use more than 45 mins to 1 hr 15 mins.. I have suffered a lot because of this and paid all the money. Still they are not refunding if i am not happy and faced problem here.

      q switch laser treatment

      I have been diagnosed with ashy dermatosis, doctor at kaya suggested that i can a q switch done. But i later reasearched and i had to go with ayurveda for the complete cure since it's a chronic disease. I paid 30k for 16 sessions from which i have taken 3 sessions (Face+ neck, chest and hands). I immediately asked for a refund but they say i can't get a refund. This is insane! I have to go to australia in 15 days and i will be back after...

      I had paid 32k for q-switch insta clarity laser + chemical peels + under eye peels from kaya worli as a pre-bridal package. I had specifically mentioned my wedding dates & we decided on the schedule accordingly so that it ends before my marriage.. Dr navya went out of station for 15 days in oct without informing... When i tried to register a case she said she again is going on leave for another 15 days till nov and hence could not be able to treat my case... She suggested i go to other centres to continue my service... Even after so many followups nobody cared for my wedding dates & the package which i needed to complete before my marriage... They had already dodged me once at the bandra centre & i adjusted when the doctor was not available 1st time... But they just made a fool off me and delayed all my remaining 4 schedules... There is no improvement to my pigmented skin and i have got acne problem after taking this treatment which i never had before... I need full refund of my amount plus a compensation for undergoing so much of stress during my big event... I have all proofs of the call logs & the services not been taken due to non-availability of doctor at kaya worli... Plz process my refund asap and take immediate action against these unprofessional behaviour by kaya staff & doctor.

        This is shikha sharma.

        I have started kaya treatment for black spots on my face on may 25th 2019 in thane vivana mall clinic.
        It is journey of 5 months and unfortunately i can see less that 20% effect on my face.

        Many time i told to doctor available there and staff. They said results are visible on your face and see tanning is also removed.. But i have not gone there to remove tan. I have many good natural treatment to remove tan.

        Only effect i can see on my face that slightly my color is fair which is also not visible very clear. Yes i can see... But my family couldn't see this.

        Now about the treatment i have gone there.. Old spots are still there.. When i have talked to mansi there, she said it was old spots, will take time and you guys come here after many months of spots.

        I didnt understand what she said.. Since those spots are very old and we are unable to treat from other things thats why i have chosen kaya. And pay almost rs.29000. Which is not a small amount for face treatment.

        I just listen whatever mansi and doctor said in last visit and i am not person who argue in the clinic and disturb your other clients so i am sending this mail now. And looking for justice. If didnt get proper response here, then i will try to approach next level too.

        What ever the treament (Peel off and laser) given to me. I didnt find effect on my face. So my request is see the old pics those guys have taken and my last visit pics too and refund me my amount. As my money should not be wasted.

        Also i dont understand why they have taken all the amount from me in the first visit itself. Yes i was fool who did faith on you word and paid all the sessions money at the same time because kaya brand is very well known.

        Now, my request is refund my money for the remaining sessions as well as last session money because effect of treatment is not visible and you have all pics when i started treatment and till now. So if there is no effect ideally you should not take my money.

        I have already shared this information with kaya helpline and escalation email id in 6th october 2019. But i did not get any response from them.

          Dear team,
          Kindly keep your staf[censored]pdated on the charges. As they are not completely aware and commit different things to clients.
          This is really pathetic. I went in august wherein i confirmed the charges for quetera facial hair reduction maintenance package charges which were told as 6000. And i confirmed if the charges will be same in coming month and i got confirmation that yes. But today i went and had to pay 7500 for same.
          Kindly inform the customers as well as the staff.

Rajveer alongwith one of your representative after making and preliminary inspection of my face informed / allured / committed me that this is a normal problem and can be cured with special tan removal technique which they possess. They further informed me that this can be cured within one or two sessions of their treatment and i will myself see the visible results within few weeks or the money shall be refunded to me. As per her version / commitment / allurement i affirmed to take the treatment as prescribed by your personnel / doctor i gave them my hard money of around rs. 22000 and begin my treatment started taking the

            After paying a hefty amount of around rs. 25000, i begin my acne treatment in your kaya skin clinic (Lajpat nagar) for q-switch and q-laser technique, and already took around two q-switch and two q-laser sessions which tantamount to nearly half of the treatment as prescribed. After spending around such a handsome amount (Exclusive of the amount spent on products bought on the prescription of doctor) and after completing half of the treatment, i have not seen any signs of improvements till now in my tanning or in my skin. I am adhering to each and every recommendation of the doctor but have not seen any improvement in my skin as assured / allured to me while opting for such treatment, and instead of getting better the quality of my skin is replenishing / getting dull day by day due to which i am hereby opting to stop this treatment.

            The services your company is providing to me are not as per the assurances / are not satisfactory / carries deficiency and not as per the standards and recommendations / assurances / allurements provided to me while opting for such treatment.

            In the light of the above i hereby opting discontinue my skin treatment and seek a total refund of the amount i spend on the treatment.

I intimated the same to them vide my Email dated 12/10/2019 and made several reminders to them afterwards but still they are not replying in affirmative manner and lingering on the issues. I have urged them many times that I dont't want further experiments on my face and instead wanted the total refund of the amount I spent on the treatment alongwith the amount spent on the products bought on the prescription of their doctor. I had conversation with their personnel who told me that either you meet our specialist or we will return back only the remaining / partial amount. I do not wish to continue my treatment further and full and final refund of the amount spent on the treatment. Again now by their mails they are compelling me to meet their otherwise they are not ready to refund the amount I asked for, I told them my skin is not a play-field to do the experiments but they are not ready to listen it.
            I therefore, through this Hon'ble forum requesting them to stop my treatment and refund my amount.

              I have been a faithful customer to Kaya Clinic ( Bengaluru Indiranagar branch) for the past 2 years. I have completed all 6 sessions along with 3 maintenance sessions as well. But the hair growth thickness in hands and face has been in areas which did not have hair before. It is quite disturbing to see the results and I have attached the pics for your reference too. These pics has been taken my Kaya staff in my yesterday's 3rd maintenance session.

              Mine was a full body laser and from the past few sessions, I have been raising concerns to the doctor that the hair on hands and face seem to be more on the areas which did not have any hair growth before. The doctor, Tanushree from Bengaluru Indirangar branch just instructed the laser staff to put a higher dosage. However, I have just come to know from yesterday, from another doctor that laser should not be done on areas with fine hair or no growth as it affects adversely.
              Why was this not taken into account while doing my hands and face laser, which always had patchy growth?

              My other body parts like legs, abdomen, bikini have turned out satisfactory, because these areas did not have patchy growth and the hair reduction happened homogeneously, however the doctor and the speciaist did not take care of not applying laser to areas of low growth, due to which my face has additional beard like hair in my side locks (which had fine hair before laser) and my inner portion of arms have thick growth (which had fine hair before laser).

              It can be enquired with the receptionist and staff (Pooja Mishra, Sweety, Sushma), that I have been a consistent customer for Kaya and have even gone for any additional treatment by Kaya (such as skin peels, skin lightening laser etc), however now after almost 2.2 years feel cheated and so disappointed. MY FACE IS RUINED, i can't wax the facial hair nor bleach it, it has almost been 10 sittings for my face and 8 sessions for my hands already.Additionally, I also want to mention (lest it becomes an excuse from Kaya's doctor) that I do not have any hormonal imbalance or PCOD. This is a harassment to the extreme, i do not want any more maintenance sitting but a full refund plus reimbursement for the useless face and hands sessions that they made me do.

              An additional background about me is, I got a full body laser done as I was moving out of India, I finally moved permanently in HongKong from Nov-2018, and I specifically have been travelling to Bengaluru for the maintenance sessions, as i was told 2-3 sessions are required after the full body is over. This is my final visit to the Bengaluru branch, and I want a solution that works out to compensate for the immense psychological and financial damage to me.

              I am expecting a speedy response and a solution to this at the utmost earliest.

                I am having scars on my cheeks so i was told to undergo micro needing and prp and i took package of 88000 rs for 4 sittings of micro needling and 3 sittings of prp as they convinced me that single session will not be affected and will be costly and if you will take this then ur face will be all clear. I was having scar in my forehead also but i was not concerned for that as that was very light and was not acne scar but doctor said we will remove this also. But there was no improvement so in last session doctor did micro needling in very high pressure and i got permanent scar. Earlier it was light but now its become very dark. Also after completing all sessions my scars are more visible compartively before now doctor is not serious about my skin which they have ruined. They are suggesting me to take package again for micro needling and prp and saying then these scars will go.. Forehead one's also and that i got it bcz of them only.. I'm deeply dsappointed. Then i asked them for forehead scar then they provided peel session but i got pimples and now my face is full of scars. Also my package was completed so doctor didn't do peeling on my forehead.. She told her staff to do that.. How can i trust them.. My skin was better before and that forehead scar that is now permanent. Im unable to hide it after applying makeup also. Earlier they were taking pictures of before and after session but since i got this forehead scar darker they are not taking even. What should i do now. I have invested too much money trusting kaya as a good brand... They are doing false commitment.. Please resolve if you are able otherwise please refund my money..

                  I took laser full body from kaya in 2008 where i was committed that there is no validity of taking sittings and i can take them whenever. I did not utilise my sittings including few facials too.
                  When i went to kaya for the sittings, the centre head ms sulakshana who is always uncomfortable and rude said i can not avail these. As
                  The validity process has started in 2016. I tried to explain her that it is breach of contract as my contract was prior to change in policy. But still she told me that company is putting pressure on her to extort money from clients and she’s helpless. I tried to explain her that i’ve paid huge amount of 1, 00, 000rs and i need to utilise my services but she said, people have spent leaks here and she doesn’t care.

                  My complaint had never been resolved. They are cheaters do they kept managing everything. For hundred times I’ve updated my phone number on their Facebook page. I’ve proofs of that but they don’t care.They also removed my review fro their website .

                    I had enrolled for laser treatment at kaya clinic hsr. I paid 16661 on my first session on 8th aug and enrolled for emi scheme where they were to deduct 8332 every month on 5th.

                    They terminated services on 22nd aug stating i am an undesirable candidate for the treatment and they will terminate the service.

                    I have not received refund yet even after multiple calls and on 10th sept they have deducted amount ₹ 8332 for services discontinued.

                    They have not been providing any clarity and very incompetent.

                      On 1st sept i paid rs 44, 910 for 12 sessions of q switch and chemical peel. On 1st sept night i get to know that i wont take these sessions as i wont be in town, i tried to call them but the clinic was closed, i want them to refund my money as i wont take these services. I tried to contact the clinic but as the senior staff is absent due to festival i couldnt contact them. Yesterday i took only the first session of the 12 sessions, excluding that i want all my residual amount back but they are refusing to give me, how can they not give me the money when im not even going to take those services, they are just money leaching factories

                        I have subscribed for Laser Hair reduction treatment at Kaya Clinic for full face and remitted the payment for a package of six sessions and two maintenance sessions. Till date, I have utilized one session at Kaya Clinic, Lavelle Road and four sessions at Kaya Clinic, Jayanagar.

                        My latest session at Kaya Clinic, Jayanagar was on 13th July 2019 at 12 pm which was my fifth session out of a total of eight sessions (6+2) which I am authorised.

                        On 13 July 2019, post treatment, I was informed by Ms. Rajini N.V. (Kaya Head Consultant) that the latest session undergone was my last (eighth) session. When I objected and sought clarification, she extracted previous records/history of past sessions from the computer. As per this data, my laser treatment sessions were recorded on the following dates –
                        a) First Session - 11th Sept 2017

                        b) Second Session - 11th Sept 2017

                        c) Third Session - 18th Jan 2018

                        d) Fourth Session - 26th July 2018

                        e) Fifth Session - 6th Nov 2018

                        f) Sixth Session - 23rd Mar 2019

                        g) Seventh Session - 13th July 2019

                        Even going by the records maintained in the computer, the instant session on 13 July 2019 was the Seventh session and not the Eighth (Last) session as incorrectly claimed by Ms Rajini. A summary glance at the data also reveals that the First and Second session were both recorded to be undertaken on 11 September 2017 at Kaya Clinic, Lavelle Road which is illogical and meaningless.

                        Repetition of sessions on 11th Sept 2017 means that two laser sessions were utilised on a single day, which is clearly an impossible event. It is evident that there has been an intentional entry of data and fudging of records to record two sessions on the same day.

                        I reiterate “FUDGING AND MANIPULATION OF RECORDS” because according to assurance by Kaya’s management, each session explicitly stores pertinent data of customer’s visit including photographs of the customer undergoing treatment and names of the laser treatment specialist kept as proof of customer’s visit. Logic fails to explain how my pictures have been uploaded in two sessions, whereas I had undergone only one session on 11 September 2017. Moreover, the fact that Kaya could obtain the OTP generated in customer’s mobile twice is a testimony to the malpractices by Kaya management.

                        Clearly, the concept of OTP on the customer’s mobile, photographs of the customer stored in Kaya’s computer (and tablets) are not fool-proof techniques to ascertain the number of sessions undergone and there exists scope for manual intervention by Kaya’s management to manipulate records and hoodwink the customer.

                        Since the customer receives nothing but an OTP at the end of each session, the management is taking undue advantage of the customer’s inability to keep a track of sessions held. Also, had the OTP been an authentic and an unbiased tool to mark a used session, the utilisation of 2 sessions using a single OTP remains an unanswered query.

                        This incident came to light since some inexperienced Kaya management had inadvertently recorded two sessions on the same day. Else, Ms Rajini and Kaya Clinic would claim that they were two different sessions. However, Ms Rajini was quick to realise the folly and she quickly retorted to saying that the First and Second Session would be considered as utilization of only one session. She then started claiming that two more sessions were left.

                        However, my problems are still unresolved. I have still been cheated because the session on 13 Jul 2019 was my fifth session and I have three more sessions left. The session 26th July 2018 which is recorded as one of the utilized sessions was never utilized by me. I have reason and proof to authenticate this fact and the reasons are as enumerated below

                        a) On 18th July 2018, I visited Kaya Clinic. I was examined by Ms. Lavanya who also took photographs in the tablet and consulted the Dermatologist. I was told that the hair growth is insufficient to carry out the 3rd session of laser treatment and I was advised to revisit after a few months. During my recent visit on 13th July 2019, Ms. Lavanya recalled and corroborated her advice.

                        b) As per records held at Kaya, I have availed one session on 26th Jul 2018, just 8 days subsequent to the advice by the doctor, which is illogical and not palpable. I am not a customer who would go against doctor’s advice.

                        c) It is simply not possible that the hair would have re-grown within 8 days and I could have undergone treatment on 26th July 2018.

                        d) The name of the Dermatologist has been entered as Dr. Shiny. I am acquainted with Dr. Shiny as she was the consulting dermatologist at kaya clinic, Lavelle Road. I invariably consult the dermatologist before/after every session. I have no memory of ever having met Dr.Shiny at Kaya Jayanagar.

                        e) Needless to mention that my session at Kaya Jayanagar on 26th July 2018 is an event which did not happen at all and the records are fabricated. How Kaya could feign an OTP for this session remains a mystery.

                        f) Pertinent to mention that my session at Kaya Jayanagar on 06 Nov 2018 is my third session and 23 Mar 2019 is the fourth session.

                        g) The session on 23 Mar 2019 is correctly recorded as the fourth session by the Laser specialist in the computer database at Kaya clinic Jayanagar. Even the laser specialist accepted this, but Ms Rajini wants to be discreet about this. She did not allow for a printout of this session and she claims the session as the fifth session.

                        All these facts were brought out and discussed with Ms Rajini of Kaya Jayanagar. Unfortunately, the tone, tenor and body language of this lady was inappropriate and unbecoming of a customer friendly executive. She offered nothing by way of an apology and remained adamant without as much as giving a patient hearing. Since it was her word against mine, I decided to lodge the complaint in writing.

                        TO SUM UP, I DEMAND ONLY WHAT I AM RIGHTLY ENTITLED TO, THAT IS THREE SESSIONS INCLUDING TWO MAINTENANCE SESSIONS AT KAYA. The adamant nature of the staff despite manipulated and doctored records is unbecoming and is a clear violation of professional ethics.

                        Despite lodging a written complaint with Kaya Skin Clinic on 14 July 2019, they have only replied that they are looking into the matter. From more than a month, I have been patiently waiting for them to revert back to me. The concerned authorities are unavailable on telephone. I request the help of this forum to resolve this issue.

                        I am a very old Kaya customer and I have faced this issue repeatedly many times. They charge for the service and when the last service comes they again demand more money.

                        Am tired of their constant push to extract money and keep confusing the customers with their system calculations.

                          Today i visited kaya clinic for my pigmentation treatment.. There the manager convince me to join package worth rs 40232/- although i want to take treatment in single sittings and she said if i join this package i will get discount and some free products.. I paid them 25000/- she gave me kaya pigmentation reducing complex as discounts... Amd advice me to use in night... When i opened the bottle in night i m surprised to see that she make me fool by giving an empty bottle product... My question is.. Had i ask her to give me any product.. She gave me jz to convince me to join package as a discount... Then why after joining package she gave empty bottle... Is this the way kayla clinic works... I don't want any further treatment from this clinic.. I want my money back

                          It's been thrice I go for the visit
                          They make u lie down u wait for half n got or hr so

                            I got hair removal treatment done through kaya clinic vasant kunj. I got allergy after my second sitting. The doctor gave me high frequency even after seeing my growth. The staff service is very poor. No one picks up the call and do not attend the patient nicely. The doctor is also not upto the mark. Kindly provide me with best solution as it is the matter of face.

                            I was told that I would be provided with hair spa and massage. But just before my appointment they tell me it's just hair wash. They are misleading costumers and providing wrong information.
                            Advertising one service and providing another is highly unethical.

                              I had pigmentation and tanning full arms so i was told to undergo prs (Insta clarity laser + peeling sessions). I have taken 4 sessions each of full arms and face but till now i have not seen even a slight improvement. I am applying moisturizer and sunscreen but to no vain. It has become even more drier. Please resolve this asap. I have invested too much money trusting kaya as a good brand.

                                Kaya is a very fraud company. I was registered a complain against some packages issues. I makes many call in complain centre. They told me sorry mam we solve your problem within 1-2 weeks. And i was wait for around more than 3-4 months. Even they did reply me back. Kaya is only money making brand and makes the customer fool. I have total waste my money even i not utilize service

                                  Had been offered hrt package against which the branch took rs 5000.

                                  I took one session and the treatment reacted.

                                  The staff told me that they will deduct the money for 1 session and return the rest of rs 2500 against which i can take kaya products.
                                  Ever since that time i have visited the loudan street branch in kolkata number of times and contacted the staff but the only reply i got is to contact the head office to resolve my issue and the head office has only replied back saying that they are busy in meetings and will get back and have never bothered to call back.

                                  The local branch has told me all sought of things but not resolved the issue.

                                  Being an old client of kaya and have referred a number of friends, this experience has been a nightmare and simply disappointing.
                                  Its unbelievable as to how unprofessional it has been.
                                  Will be extremely cautious the next time in my dealings.

                                      I have acne scars on my face.. So i have consulted the doctor and she has suggested me for fractional lazer... They have burned my skin after one session... Its been 15 days the burnt marks are permanent on my skin... I have come there to improve my skin texture but they have ruined it... I can go out without appying makeup... So what should i do now... Cant trust them anymore... Plsss suggest
