I’ve been a customer of Kaya since 2012. I have availed multiple services and was always happy with the services until today...
I visited Kaya Adyar clinic today to avail my photo facial session. Surprisingly the person who was available there told I don’t have any pending sessions and I can’t avail. I still had a micro-needling session and four to five photo facial sessions pending.
Upon asking her to recheck she says yeah those sessions are closed as I have not availed them since long and they belong to 2016 package.
So what if it’s 2016. I’ve visited Anna Nagar and Velachery clinic multiple times and I’ve been made to wait for long hours to avail sessions... fearing the wait time I was not going to the clinic and whenever I was free and went and they would say they cannot accommodate me as they are full and one fine day the Velachery clinic is closed...
No one called me from Kaya to inform about the pending sessions or to book an appointment and when I call, the numbers are either not reachable or no on lifts the call.
I’ve paid soo much at Kaya and despite spending lakhs I see no improvement for the treatments that i availed still I kept coming... total waste of money and time and now on top of it you guys are denying the service for which I’ve already paid.
How is this even justifiable ???
I have travelled 20 km to come to Adyar clinic and she’s asking me to check with Anna Nagar and there she says she can’t check right now and asking me to call at 11:30 cause only then the manager person would be available.
Totally unacceptable... why don’t they have a provision to take a call by themselves and do it.. I ain’t asking to do something out of the box.. I’m seeking for the service for which I’ve already paid money...
Totally disappointed... I want to avail all the pending sessions and pls do the needful asap
