I am preeti arora, associated with kaya for almost 4 years .

I enrolled for a few services at kaya skin clinic surat . The services were full body laser (hair removal ) and kaya 360 degree acne rapid etc, the details can be seen from my registered mobile number.
I had availed a few services but sittings for most of the body parts were remaining and I could not continue with the same as the surat kaya skin clinic never gave me an appointment whenever i requested . Sometimes when i used to visit bangalore, i used to take some sittings but was not regular. As I was finding it difficult to manage as surat clinic never gave me appointment, I thought I would take sitting regularly and continue when I move permanently to a place where I get appointments. At the time of taking the package I was informed that the validity of the pack is lifetime and so I thought of availing the services at a later stage. Now, when i tried to contact kaya skin clinic Jaipur i was informed that the validity of the pack is expired. This came as a shock to me as I was told that the validity of pack is for lifetime .
I had paid full amount and also i was informed that validity is lifetime, Kindly issue refund of the pack as services are not given or extent the validity of the pack so that services promised can be availed.

I have paid more than 1 lakh Rs for services and was never given an appointment for availing the services.

Kindly issue refund at earliest .

    This is regarding some of the packages I have taken from Kaya, Indore.

    I have taken a package for Laser hair removal - full body, before I could consume all the services the Kaya Indore staff told me to book one more Laser hair removal - full body package and I did that.

    Recently I called to check the number of sessions remaining for the packages I had taken but I was told that all my sessions are expired. This is not acceptable as while giving the packages I was clearly told that these are valid for life long. Below are the packages I had taken:

    1- Laser hair removal - Full Body

    There were sessions remaining for all the above packages.
    While taking the package I had clearly informed that I usually travel abroad and as such will not be able to visit the clinic frequently. I was given an assurance at that time that I can avail the service from any part of the country whenever I want. This kind of false promise I highly unacceptable from such a reputed clinic.

    I want you to add all the remaining sessions into my account so that I can avail the service from KAYA. Due to COVID last one year no one was using the services and now they are saying the packages are expired.

      I want to complain about kaya clinic Vizag. Siripuram. .first. that they have taken package for peel and laser. But but when ever I go every fifteen days for treat ment why they take 200 rupees manafatory. With every client they take 200. Rupees if each day 25 clients are coming they are taking 200 /each why the therapist is wearing once only for whole day so they are taking from 25 clients. And kaya clinic manager . She or their staff never respond the phone .10 before I have to try try ringing ringing no reply manager name is Mrs sagarika. She is least bother to lift the phone. And answer. I am package paid client.

        When i first came to kaya
        They received well and i have chosen fr treatment and also first session happened on the same day. This all happened during covid time.
        For now they are asking me to pay extra 200 for sanitization which they didnt mention before.
        Very disappointed by this.
        Really there is a need to reconsider the payment.

        Such a liar they are only copy pasting same statement again and again. However, they will never value their customer. My biggest mistake of my life I went for brand by paying much higher price than the other beauty store.

          The issue that I have experienced was: I have opted for filler service for my face on 24th October at JP Nagar kaya clinic. If I have any any blunder in my life would have been that having opted for that service. Dr.Jeethan has done the treatment and he has done the filler in a wrong place. It's 40 days now still am not getting it sorted. Every week am visiting the clinic and more than 30 injection he has done near my eyes to get it cured but it's not done. I have got dark circles around my eyes and the swelling is not gone.No one is bothered to attend to the issue. Am not ablo reach any one who can sort my problem.if this is not resolved and if I don't get my money back I will file a legal case against the clinic for such a lethargic and casual attitude shown towards the client. I can share the pictures of the idiotic treatment done (before and after)

            Hiii

            I have taken peel, laser and facial from kaya pitampura. Due to lockdown and other restrictions in delhi I was not able to avail session since March 2020. However taking regular session since kaya started services after lockdown ( after paying additional security charges of 200/- for every session). Since then no body told me that my peel and facial sessions are about to expire. Today when I went for my laser session I was told that my 4 peels expired in June 2020 and 4 facials will expire in dec 2020.

            Now tell me how can I take 4 facials in 1 month and 4 peels were expired without any reminder call or message/ mail.

            Due dates of all the important things are extended due to this pandemic.

            Kindly arrange to extend due dates of my 4 peels and 4 facials for 4-5 months so that I can avail these .

              I have been charged extra Rs. 200 everytime I visit the Kaya Clinic for my pending sessions. No invoice or nothing is given after payment also, I don't know who keeps this money and how are they even monitoring it. This is really unfair, that charging extra 200 for each visit when the kind of service which was provided was not upto mark.

              In my case, first of all due to lockdown there was delay in sessions and to compensate that no extra sessions were given, further no communication regarding extension of due date was made by team on their own. They just wanted us to buy Kaya Products. Second, I shifted from Mumbai to Lucknow, and services here are pathetic. Appointments they dont want to give only, first they will themselves select any date and then they will call and sorry Doctor is not available and then when you finally get an appointment after multiple cancellations, then also you cant see doctor paying you visit, everything happens through photos being shown to Doctor. So I don't really know whether doctor s actually coming or not to Clinic and if this was the case then team should have given me prior appointment. Giving service after 4 months is not at all effective.

              Plus readings used for Laser was not approved by Doctor I guess, this has resulted burn marks on my skin which never happened in earlier sessions. It was a case of sheer neglect and when I asked team that this happened they just asked to buy this medicine, apply this medicine further raising unnecessary expenses that too because of their sheer neglect.

              No gloves were given only the shoe cover which really did not make any sense, even the sheets which were used was removed. No blanket was given, Bed which was used in two services was not functioning well. I just kept rotating from here to there. Very poor service really. Disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone else.

              PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE OTHER EXPENSES TOO. IT IS LIKE FOR USING OUR OWN PREPAID SERVICES, WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA. WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THIS.

                Horrible Service. Pathetic Behavior!
                I have been taking Kaya Treatment from past 1 year in Phoenix Mall, Pune (which is recently closed)
                I have pimples and its dark spot problem on my skin.
                During my first visit in Kaya, in July’19, after seeing my skin Dr suggested me to go for Aqua acne treatment 4 sessions followed by 6 chemical peel sessions. I was asked to pay the entire amount (20K) in advance that day and then my treatment started. After consuming all of my sessions in 5 months (November) no significant results were noticed, I used to get pimples again and again.
                When I asked Dr for the same, she said to go for Q-switch and PRP sessions. Again, I had to purchase 4 PRP sessions and 6 Q-switch sessions costing 64k in advance.
                I didn’t notice any reduction in acne even after 4 aqua acne 6 peels 3 q switch laser and 1 PRP treatments. The acne occurs at the same rate even now. However, I did notice my skin getting fairer and less pigmentation post every q switch treatment I took. However, the fairness and reduced pigmentation effect stopped lasting even for a week my q-switch treatment was over.
                Dr did a microneedle session (PRP) for acne treatment which totally failed, and my total face skin got damaged due to needle dark spots. It took around 2 months to disappear those spots. They charged nearly 40k for that treatment. Instead of getting good results my skin got damaged severely.
                Now my 3 Q-switch and 3 PRP sessions are pending, I don’t want to take risks and play more with my skin. This is my humble request to provide a refund against these services.
                I think I was fooled by my doctor, PRP treatment is for treating aging problems not for pimples, just to make money I was asked to take these services.
                Also, every-time I visit the receptionist asked me to wait for 45-50mins for the session but after 90mins passed, I had to ask them for my slot which I am pretty sure that they had forgotten about. Mind it, I was sitting in the clinic in front of their eyes after paying a hefty advance of 60k. waiting for 90mins.
                By this time, I had completely lost my patience and I told them categorically that Is this the way you guys work? Churning in as many patients without informing the people waiting for long hours about the delay. This is highly unprofessional.

                  My sessions were due at kaya clinic bhopal. And I found out the centre was abruptly shut down. I have dropped mail at care @kaya but not got any response yet. This is very unprofessional on your part @team kaya. O want my refund of the pending sessions with an apology.

                    Hi i opted Kaya Clinic for laser hair reduction in February 2020. They charged Rs. 40, 000 in lump sum fory 6 sittings that had to be done in a gap of 1.5 -2 monts each.
                    After 2 sessions lockdown began and i tried calling ad reaching them like amything but got NO RESPONSE from them
                    Finally after months i got 2 more sessions done from them. That makes it 4 session. After which i got a message of shut down. They gave me no response and clear decision regarding my reamining 2 sessions and told the company will themself contact me.
                    The clinic has been shut down. I got no call from them. I am continuously mailing them ask for my refund. Yesterday they sent me lame options of converting my remaining money into Kaya products!!! Or travel to other city for taking services!!!
                    WHO ARE THEY TO DECIDE WHAT SHOULD BE DONE WITH 'MY MONEY'?
                    I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

                      Hi Team Kaya,

                      Hope you are doing well. I have written to the customer care team at kaya 3 weeks ago and sadly there is no reply. Requested a call from a supervisor which is also not happened. Extremely disappointed with such services.

                      I would like to highlight an issue I encountered in my last service at the Lokandwala, Mumbai branch.

                      When I took the 4 body part package last year I was offered a free complimentary 6 upper lip sessions. Unfortunately I got to know that they are tracking my upper lip session under the 4 body parts only and not 5.

                      Well ideally this shouldn't be the case and I should be having 30 sessions and 24.

                      The consultant Anupama who no longer works at the clinic had not given anything writing about the same. While I checked with the current manager Mansi she was unable to help with the same.

                      Request you to please intervene and promise to continue the package treatment that had been promised. Changing in staff shouldn't be affecting the client treatments.

                      As I have wasted my 6 sessions for a small upper lip part while a big body part could have been covered in that.

                      Request you to please look into this on priority and ensure the service is delivered as promised.

                        Hi,
                        I was trying to reach bhopal kay skin clinic i have taken many packages with kaya and since corona all are pending,

                        I was keep calling bhopal kaya clinic they did not respond at all, so i decided to walk myself and find out,
                        What i saw is ther are knowingly avoiding the call and when i asked they gave lemmings excuses and bluntly said we are shutting down the clinic, i was shocked they did not inform us and very reluctant to give appointment...
                        Their behaviour was very rude...
                        I am member of kaya from almost 10 years i did not expect this from you people,
                        Now what i am going to do with my money which i invested buying package...
                        You please suggest otherwise i will sue your company for sure for cheating us as customer and hiding things from us..

                          It is highly disappointing to get such kind of absurd revert from the doctor.

                          The doctor tell me that she can't do anything as everything was off because of covid 19.

                          I have missed my sessions due to covid situation and because of which my treatment isn't effective as there was too much gap between my ongoing sessions

                          I sincerely request you to please grant me couple of extra sessions as the results are not prudent enough

                            This is really unprofessional you charging extra fair in regards of covid even when the situation is settled and the government is given green flag for things to be normal.

                            There is no any Government circular and the staff at Kalyanagar dont have any proper paperwork .

                            When there is no charges are made in other beauty organizations why only Kaya despite heavy charges.

                            Truly this is a shame to Kaya.

                              I had purchased laser and peel sessions for my back and shoulders in which they said the upper arm is included. In first session they treated the upper arm, but when I went for next session they are telling that upper arm is not included in the package and it will not be treated. When I brought this to their customer care via email they are telling that the matter is under discussion and we will reply at the earliest. But the matter is pending for more than 40 days now, with no resolution.

                                I availed the kaya laser hair reduction service on 28.05.2019 and paid a total of rs.59, 785/- for the same. At the time, i was not given any contract to sign, no disclosures, and no invoice for the same. I simply received a copy of the card receipt, once i swiped my card for the amount. I availed the service and paid at kaya isphani nungambakkam. Neither the doctor, nor the receptionist nor the manager informed me that the package had an expiration date.

                                Infact till today, i have not been made aware that the package has an expiration date. I received a whatsapp message from kaya today morning informing me that the package expires on 18.11.2020 (For the first time, kaya has bothered to make us aware of this).

                                When i called up the relevant alwarpet laser hair clinic demanding to know why i have not been informed of the same, the manager at the alwarpet clinic, one ms. Akila informed me that they "they must have orally informed me of the same" while i undertook the procedure. Rest be assured, i have never been orally informed of this.

                                In response to the above, i stated that she send across a copy of the contract sheet which contains this information about the expiry.in response, i received a detailed invoice over email, which has never been given to me before, which is in the form of a contract (Thereby requiring signature of both parties to be valid).

                                The detailed invoice issued to me now, which doesn't contain my signature, contains an expiration date.

                                I have called up several of my friends who have availed this treatment asking them whether they have been made aware of any such expiration date while getting the treatment. Unsurprisingly, they have informed me that there has been no such communication from kaya regarding the same.

                                Note the following;
                                1. Kaya has taken my email id and ever since sending me emails about the promotions/appointments/rescheduling etc. However till date i have not received a copy of the invoice containing the expiration date.
                                2. The doctors at kaya advice you to take the sessions after 3 - 5months, as required. Clearly, as prescribed by the medical professionals, it is not advisable to take all six sessions within a span of one year. There is clear evidence of medical malpractice with practices injurious to health.
                                3. It is extremely difficult to schedule appointments at kaya. They barely ever give appointments when you call them. It takes about 5 weeks to get an appointment.

                                In light of the same, i have been forced to place a police complaint for cheating and malpractice with the chennai police against all those involved.

                                In this regard the offences committed by the doctors, managers and directors of kaya are as follows.

                                1. Cheating under section 420 of the ipc for never informing me about the expiration date, when i availed the service. The supposed invoice which contains the expiration date, has never been shown to me.

                                2. Violation of the code of medical ethics, 2002 by the doctor, the details of which have been specified in the police complaint.

                                3. Misappropriation under section 403 of the indian penal code, 1860.

                                In the event that you do not withdraw the message with the expiration date and clarify that there is no expiration date, as was represented to me, when i took the package, i will be forced to file a class action suit along with the criminal complaint i have already placed.

                                In the alternative i want a refund of rs.60, 000/- along with damages for rs.10, 00, 000/- for the cheating and mental agony.

                                  I want to know why they are taking every time 200 rs for ppe kit if morning beauty parlour opens and 30 to 40 visit the parlour they take from every this charge . The beauty parlour is their business so they have to take precautions about covid 19!so the therapist or the skin doctor should wear from kaya . If 30 members wil be coming for the treatment so they are taking the money illegally . Why ? Because it's a beauty parlour they are earning money from that and from morning till evening they will wear only one ppe kit and I am complaining I have taken the package for laser and peeling approximate for 45000 so I paid my money in the month of march 2020 after one treatment covid 19 has started whose fault why kaya is charging money for their ppe kits .

                                  Hi Sneha ... my name is Neha and I have paid 70000 to Kaya and they are charging this same amount from me as well. And I was going through the portal I can see that besides me and yiu there are lots of complaints from other customers wherein the KAYA is charging them 200 without their will.

                                  I want you to please get back to me as I am planning to take action against Kaya through consumer court and we can consolidate all these cases and file them together.

                                    I had paid entire amount of my service for my upper lip lazer hair removal.

                                    I wasnt informed about the borivali clinic shutting down, it was after multiple follow up calls i get an update from them that they are shutting down and need to take an appointment from kandivali clinic,

                                    I also understand that kaya is asking an amount of rs 200 for their ppe kit and sanitization from the client per sitting. I am yet to have another 5-6 sittings with sums up to an additional amount of 1200 rs over an above which i m highly reluctant to pay, as per the government norms to run your shop sanitzation is a mandate doesnt mean you guys take money frorm the clients for that. I need to avail my services as i have already paid the entire amount and wont be paying anything extra for your sanitization, its a salon's duty to provide sanitized environment for your service. I need to avail my services asap or else please refund the entire amount of rs 8000.
                                    Also a female named archana called me from kaya head office and is no not reachable, which is highly unprofessional and irresponsible behavior from kaya's end. Please get a closure to this issue asap

                                      I request to all those who are thinking of visiting Kaya clinic for any kind of their service. They are so pathetic in customer satisfaction. They asked me to pay whole amout on prepaid basis for the treatement which I did and during this covid pandemic situation, they are asking thier customer to pay extra Rs 200 everytime just to enter inside their clinic.
                                      They are not showing any govt documents for this charge and telling me that this is govt rule.
                                      THEY ONLY WANT TO GET MONEY FOR THE EXTRA EXPENSES COMPANY FACING FOR BUYING SAFETY EQUIPMENT. THIS IS PATHETIC. I AM GOING TO SPREAD THIS EVERYWHERE TO OUT LIGHT ON THIS SCAM. I NEED MY REFUND AND I REQUEST YOU ALL NOT TO VISIT THIS SCAM CLINIC.

                                        I was customer of kaya skin clinic from 2013. I had taken a full body laser treatment with kaya as advised by them when i just went for full legs.
                                        I hae first taken a package of 1 lakh rupees for nd-yag. Laser treatent for my hands and face never worked and it actually triggered more hair on face and hands due to improper settings of laser and wrong use of laser and unprofessional staff who started doing it on places where hair is not there without any supervision.

                                        They advised me to take more maintenance sessions to get rid of that hair and ended up paying more money but all the money went invain and left me devastated and embarrassed to face someone.

                                        They have charged more than 50000 despite of 1 lakh taken earlier.

                                        I want my hard earned money back which went in vain due to their lack of expertise and wrong treatments. I wasted a time of more than 6 years because of all this. My time and money and peace have been taken away.
