I took a Scarlet laser service from Kaya Skin clinic for my Acne Scars on my cheeks, The doctor and the other staff assured that after taking the treatment the scars will be vaguely visible. But after taking three painful sessions the results remain the same.There is no improvement for the scars on my cheek. Accidentally I paid the full amount in the Ashok Nagar Branch clinic, and now they are not willing to give proper service or book an appointment with the doctor. I paid 72, 000 Rupees to get the service done and now they are telling me to pay extra for getting other service to diminish the scars and pigmentation. No response was given from the Kaya Quality assurance team even after making several phone calls. I regret choosing Kaya for my treatment.
