I know I should have written in sooner, but honestly, I am nearly giving up on your services at the Mulund center.

I wrote in the complaint last year in August, didn't get someone call me about it till September.

In September, I was told by Sonal, that I would get an extra session for the bikini parts as in my complaint I had mentioned that the complete area that was told to me was not being covered.

Then Sonal says she will get back to me.

But lo and behold doesn't.

Then when I call the branch, I get advised that they had no record of Sonal promising me this and also that she is no longer with the organization.

I am then called for a meeting with the doctor.

Dr Sunita, that is if I am not mistaken.

In the session when I explained the predicament, she and the manager, Deepali (I'm not sure of the name), were more interested in me taking out another package then solving my predicament.

Additionally, on mentioning that the other package I took for sideburns and underarms didn't seem to show much difference, Dr Sunita, went on to say that I should not have listened to Chaitrali (again someone who no longer works for Kaya) and made it my fault for taking on a package.

But doesn't a doctor get credit for the laser packages at your clinic and not the therapists/technicians?

It seems really odd that to her when doing the session, she was ok and didn't once object to the package but when I was giving her feedback she wanted to but the sole oneness on me.

So basically, as long as money gets pumped in Kaya, the doctor is willing to take responsibility but genuine feedback is being received it is the client's fault.

Also, for the bikini and underarm/sideburns package (Chaitrali has advised since the growth is naturally very less on three session on each would show the difference, but this was not the case) I was advised that three sessions would be conducted for my underarms and three for my sideburns but 4 were conducted for the underarms and 2 for the sideburns.

I remember asking the doctor if any sessions were left for the underarm as I didn't think there would be, she said no no there is one left. So to me at that time, I thought it was the last of the underarm.

At this meeting I found out that I had 4 for underarms and 2 for sideburns.

To the treatment of the bikini part not being done properly, when I mentioned what Sonal had offered, they came back to me saying, we'll see.

I have been telling Dr Sunita, that the sessions was not being done properly since the 3rd session I had with Rosalina! and my feedback has not been taken seriously at all.

I do not wish to deal with Kaya, especially at the Mulund branch for I do not feel that I am being treated properly.

Also, I still have one session of the bikini treatment left as well as one Upper lip treatment left. But no one from your clinic has even bothered to call and check if I'd be available for an appointment.

Which leads me back to the sentiment of you guys only care about how much money a clients puts into your clinic and not of helping or giving proper treatment or resolving the matter for your client.

Please give a solution for the same as I do not want to be attended to by Dr Sunita or Deepali who just wanted to charge me more money than resolve the matter!

The original mail is as follows:

I am your customer at the Mulund branch (Nirmal Lifestyle).

I initially came to Kaya for facial hair reduction/removal by laser treatment recommended by my dermatologist.

The Beauty technician Chaitrali recommended and offer for the bikini area.

Upon a very thorough discussion, I agreed upon taking up the Laser hair removal for the bikini area.

The discussion comprised which part of the bikini area would be covered. I was told it would be extensively covered and only then agreed.

But I have to say that I am highly disappointed with the service received.

Only one technician (Rosalina) gave me a thorough service and she herself told me that they haven't covered the area near the vagina. She told me that only hair that is coming out from the vagina and at the opening wouldn't be covered.

But your technicians ignore a whole part.

When the service is done I cannot make out because the area is so numb that I cannot feel anything. But once, the numbness is gone I can see and feel that the area has not been covered.

The thing is I am fat, so I understand that the area would not be seen unless your technicians actually help maneuver the flab. But still.

I have spoken to the doctor in-charge as well and every time she has said that we will give you a technician who is experienced.

But other than Rosalina, no technician has given me the full service.

I just finished my 5th session with you guys yesterday and honestly feel very cheated.

I even spoke to the doctor in May, telling her what Rosalina had covered and the other technicians hadn't, I was told that the technicians would be told to do the service correctly, but again this is to no avail.

Yesterday Manali took my service, she covered all areas but the areas near the vagina, that is till half the lip. She said we won't go in deep, so I explained Rosalina did the entire area and I do not have hair coming out of the vagina so she could do the inner area just as Rosalina had done. But again, this was not done. Manali said she'd shave the area, but this is how i know the area was not done-- because the area was not shaved at all. I am not satisfied in this service, as I feel that I have not been given the service that was promised.

I am hoping me writing in will help me and my predicament.

Please help me out.

Kaya Skin Clinic — Not giving satisfaction

I m taking treatment from kaya skin clinic for pigmentation and dark skin but not given any result on skin. i will invest around 20 to 25 thousand with product.I m not satisfied this treatment then i want to refund my amount.

    I took my first trial lazer armpit treatment with kaya delhi. Firstly, the lady was so inexperienced that she couldn't use the razor properly and i got so many cuts in my underarms. Secondly, i don't know if she knew how to use the machine or not or if the lazer was done properly or not because it's just the second morning after my treatment and i have almost all my pores covered with hair again and i was rather told that it'll show a great result and at least after 1 month the growth will start to be able to take 2nd sitting. For such a poor service i regret to waste even a single penny. What did i pay for? The use of razor to get cuts and pains. That's it? I was planning to take complete body lazer if this was successful. I think anyone will only do that after this experience.

    Kaya Skin Clinic — Not seen any result

    I have taken skin lighting treatment from kaya which cost 28000 rs. They said that I will get 2 tones lighter skin. But I haven't get any result . I am very disappointed with the service.

      I had purchased the cleanser, toner, pigmentation reduction cream, nourishing day cream, scrub and under eye cream as a regime for my wedding. My wedding is 2 months away and my face is covered with acne and painful boils. The scars do not go. I've tried doing facials and cleanups but no use. The sad part is the person who sold this to me did not even suggest a moisturizer despite me telling him repeatedly that I needed one. The service was very poor and the skin care products have produced rashes on both me and my sister. I need a complete refund and I refuse to use kaya products again.

      non delivery of order

      we have order the kaya products on line on 14/12/2014 vide order no 16352 and so many times inform the non dilivery of products but they are not responding. Lata Gandhi mob.[protected]

        Hi...i am a doctor from hyderabad.i have taken laser upper lip program at kaya skin clinic himayathnagar branch, hyderabad, telangana consisting of 6 settings in the year of 2013.after the completion of the package i have been going to the same place for maintenance. last year during one of the maintainence sessions i had succumbed a scar from the laser on the upper lip jus below the nose..that day the doctor was not available and i had a prefixed appointment so i asked them to do the session. so even after i have succumbed the scar i did not rise any complaint because i asked them to do the session even when the doctor was not available.. i have consulted the doctor later and took an ointment for it but the scar is not healed completely even now..but even then i started going for maintenance sessions to the same place and have been cautious about taking the session only when the doctor is present there from then onwards..
        on 27-03-16 i went for the maintainence session again as usual and the doctor has checked my upper lip hair growth and i have informed the doctor about the previous scar and the doctor told the executive to do the session carefully. the executive has done the session and now i have again succumbed two scars on either side of lips this time. i am really not at all happy with this. this is the second time. face is a very sensitive area. when we come to kaya to get rid of something unwanted on the face we do not expect to add some more defects to the face.i am really expecting a desirable solution to this problem. please respond.

          I moved from bangalore to pune in dec 2015 and had taken 2 maintenance sessions for my chin and upper neck area laser(Ndyag) from kaya koregaon park, pune. It was all fine till the 2nd session.
          However, i took my 3rd session on 13th feb 2016. The technician who did it for me named varsha was peculiar in not listening to what i was saying. I told her i cannot smell the hair burning. She said its fine. I said her i can't feel the shots. She said its fine. She even refused to give me ice treatment after the session was over. She said we are not supposed to give ice treament resulting which i had burns which went only after a week. Suddenly, my hair came back in patches within 7 days (Which usually is not the case as i have a record of maintenance session at a gap of 6 months). I had to travel after that and i couldn't turn up to kaya clinic to discuss about this unusual hair growth.
          Last week, 26th feb i got to meet the doctor again and told her about the incident. The clinic in-charge came in and spoke with me in a tone that they were doing a favor on me by giving me the laser on the patches again. She said she will arrange for the room and i will be called in half an hour for my treatment to begin. I waited and waited and after half an hour when i myself called back to check, she asked me they can't do it that day and i should return, to which i objected and got the treatment done that day only.
          This time the technician was sagar, a man o[censored]tter negligence. Doctor had asked him to put wet gauze on surrounding areas. He did not. I asked for it thrice and then he agreed. There is a picture on the wall in the room with safety instructions which definitely includes wet gauze, eye pads, goggles- out of which only wet gauze was put on continuous asking. This person gave me some 5 shots and it's over. He himself neither wear any mask to cover his mouth nor did he use goggles while treating me.
          I came out furious and complained to doctor - dr. Gunjan. She had no answers to this carelessness and unprofessional-ism.
          Today, after hardly a week, my hair are back again, at the very same patches.

            I have been taking laser hair reduction service at kayaking pretty vihar centre. And despite taking an appointment 1 week prior, I have to wait for 45 minutes to an hour for the service..               Service is the secondary option because its been treated by a doctor, but this executive shardha from tamil nadu chennai nungambakkam had a rude way of repliying for any concern raised from the customer end that's me - am undergoing micro needling for rs: 60k and then discount applied with seasonal offers for which the initial bill was generated with the partial payment : 35000 to check the service, then they said you will get to know the result only after completion of all the 3 setting so when stating the send service they wer at the back of me for the 2nd setting wer as i thought it for the treatment but its completely money oriented then we end up paying full money, now me and my husband planned up to claim that money as we have this option mediclaim from my husband - so asked for the manual bill - "shardha is the person who is been assigned by kaya to say noooooo...! For anything and everything that we ask, finally asjed her for the senior person contact info or the email id to write a complaint on the same for that also she only has the answer "no"and she will provide me with the toll free number as if am uneducated not knowing the toll number -

              Kaya suggestion to you as a customer : dont have such executive and loose your daily and elite customer we are no such stupid people to be listening to such unprofessional executive of nungabakkam chennai kaya - service is pathetic - thought of referring more customer to this kaya - but with this unprofessional executive - for one manual bill for my payment that i have done asked for this is my situation and your executive shardha is ok enough from my end to raise a complaint, how motivating she must be for me to raise this complaint, because of this executive you are digging your own grave for your complany kaya - issue my manual bill at the earliest or kindly loose this customer

                I minhaz khan have been visiting kaya skin clinic at gala business centre no. 1 ground floor st. Xaviers college corner CG road. It was a very bad experience particularly from the dermatologist's side. Her rude and irresponsible behaviour will make me to discontinue the use of kaya services. There was a lot of time, money and effort involved, but i was not pleases with her behaviour. Before the payment was made by me she committed for guaranted results but after a month when my skin was getting worse, she told me by saying that she is not a magician and she cannot privide a guarantee.

                  So i went to kaaya jayanagar for treatment, all though the staff are nice my grievances is different. I went to kaaya since i had hair gorwth on chin . I consulted a doctor there after consulation he suggested lazer . The setting suggested was 6 . Now after 6 settings i see new hair growth in places where i never had hair growth . This treatment has induced hair growth . now i have lost money and new hair growth to handle with . I feel lost after this . would never recommend kaaya to anyone .
                  Never did a doctor do this procedure on me .
                  they razed at places where i din have hair growth probably the reason why i got new hair growth

                    I visited Kaya Skin Clinic, Faridabad a year ago. On your first visit the people at Kaya would try to impress and show you the new make over they can do by their services. And would try to convince you to take maximum of their services and would count you with endless benefits of their services. Once you are convinced, you will have to pay the amount in one go before the beginning of service (what happened with me). Then your services begin, they will keep your appointment as and when doctor is available. if you are taking 6-7 sitting for any service, they would hardly take 10 mins in any service and for that charge you around[protected]. And once you start the service, I am sharing my experience, that my face get worst and worst with the service at kaya. If I used to complain to the doctor, they would say in addition to this take another service then the effect would come and for addition service they would say pay this much thousands. I mean Kaya people are only good in calculating how they can take money from common people. For every service they would give some points, but they would never tell that those points get deducted after some time. This happened to me and there is no way where you can complain of such things. There was not a single call and mail in my inbox. The only answer is your skin is not suitable to the treatment and hence they cant do anything. I mean what the hell doctors are doing there and if they cant judge your skin type why they have hired such doctors, which are good for nothing. I am seriously frustrated and pissed off with the services at Kaya. They wont give any guarantee and instead would turn to be worst after treatment. If anyone wants to consult kaya, I would suggest its better without Kaya only. Because you have to loose thousands and thousands of bucks to make you worst. Instead it is better to be what you are. Overall and in brief its a worst clinic, giving nothing and charges too expensive an don't you give money they are not bothered what you want and what you need. Its only the money they want and do not care about customer satisfaction. I would file complaint against Kaya in court so that other people may not get fooled as what i get. So think thousand times beefore going to Kaya clinic and if not necessary please try yo avoid and can spent equal amount in Charity. Atleast thats a better option rather than spending at Kaya.

                      Yest, I did this kaya aqua fairness luxe service in kaya Ashok nagar. First the service wasn't explained, I had to ask every step, finally when glycolic peel came, the doctor wasn't there. I asked should doctor be avbl, and said yes, but since he is not there.I will apply and not infuse. I was quite shocked. Then I politely got up and said, I will do in my usual branch, i[censored] wanna bill u can . they tried convincing. The doctor now came and said, he will do and im the first person In kaya to do this service by doctor and he did, but they didn't neutralise with water spray but dabbed with wet cotton.I was so damn upset with the service and decided never to go to this place.                         I went to kaya clinic located at pusa road. i consult a dermatologist. she recommended me sunscreen, toner and cleansing gel. i used those products only for a day and i got reactions, irritation and marks on my skin.. then when i went again the doctor said stop using these products. i complained 3 times on their toll free no. i went to clinic but nobody is giving any response.

                        i want my money refund bcoz i consulted the doctor then bought those products.The manager and staff of the centre came across to be very unprofessional as no satisfactory answer was given.Their services are very poor.

                        i recieved a call from kaya head office and i got my product exchanged. However they did not suggest any other alternative or solution to my problem and i had to visit another cosmetologist to get it rectified.

                          I took the package of 30000 and got bad effects of treatment from first session.
                          I need refund of money for the sessions I did not avail. I had discussion with doctor in Kaya clinic and she has approved the refund.

                          I have been following up with Kaya Pune Aundh clinic and Kaya helpline for 2 months and I got no satisfactory answers. What I get is new contact number which is not answered by anyone. They have some phone numbers just to ring not to answer so that, customers will stop calling them for refund.

                          After first treatment in Kaya, I started getting large pimples. Before the treatment my skin was having pimples but after treatment, it became severe. The doctors said it will reduce after 3-4 treatments and I should be patient till I complete entire package. Only after all sessions I will get the desired results. But in reality, my skin became worse and worse after every session.

                          I then consulted another doctor and he asked me to stop Kaya treatment. I thus asked refund of rest of the sessions which I did not use.

                          When you call Pune Aundh clinic and ask to speak to manager, he never answered the call. Most of the time receptionist told me that he is in washroom. The receptionists do not understand English.
                          When you call customer care number, you get the answer saying "it is not in my hand. I can not tell you anything at this moment. We will call you back as soon as possible". And then I never got a call back.

                          Please take necessary action and refund my money.

                            Ibhave taken a hair removal package for the upper neck . But my recent appointment was just waste. I had even told the person doing the treatment on the day itself that I m not feeling satisfied wid it but she convinced me somehow. Now after few days all my hair came back which is so shocking for me. I want my next appointment free. Plz help.

                              Hi team I bought all day brightening and all night brightening cream as suggested by kaya clinic staff.. I even as her if I require consultancy she said doctors will suggest the same product so it's safe n I should purchase that. First of all all day brightening cream pump wasn't working properly so I went to clinic very next day but the receptionist refused to replace it. Now after using the cram for a week m getting pimples. What should I do now.

                                Myself and my family members are regular customers at Kaya Sadashiv Nagar and we are satisfied with all the services till date. Recently i got married so relocated and the sadashiv nagar branch was far to commute. As i had paid for a package i wanted to take service at some other branch closer to my location . I landed up visiting the Jayanagar branch. I booked an appointment one day prior. And i went on time . I was made to wait for 1 whole hour. The staff at Jayanagar branch are not well behaved. I had a very good image on kaya, but after visiting the Jayanagar Branch I'm so upset. It was sooo noisy like a fish market not like a clinic.

                                My appointment was at 4 pm . Staff 1 said its been booked at 4.30 and vanished. Later another staff came and said my appointment was at 6pm. She was soo poor with her communication.

                                  I visited for Hyper Pigmentation on my face. (Kaya Skin Clinic C-83, Near Cafe Coffee Day, Shivalik Colony), Kaya’s cc suggested for Insta Clarity Lazer for Hyper Pigmentation and I had deposited Rs.8, 500/- for my treatment dated 8/11/2015 and I took the lazer on dated 27/12/2015 it was very poor after the treatment my face became red, Ms Shalini Gupta and her doctor said that will be gone in 2-3 hour, after 4-5 hour i got the small red raised on my face with itching which is very pain full. I applied ice pack on my face as doctor prescribed, after one day I called the Kaya and told every thing they said nothing will be happen on your face but after that redness is spreading all over the face with itching, I again called up the kaya shivalik but there is no response and call got disconnected by the attended, I called 20 time Ms Arti and Shalini told that we cant help in this regard because his senior was on leave (Ms Umera Khan) and said she can take decision on this matter, than I gone for the previous clinic and said all which I had done than she prescribed the medicine for it, I want get back my entire money because they having very poor and worst services .I have proof of all bills and transaction. I am very disappointed with them.

                                    I had enrolled myself for upper enck and upper lip laser treatments at Himayatnagar branch at Hyderabad.
                                    They did the checking of the hair type and sugges that upper neck is apt for me.
                                    They took the payment for the treatment
                                    But when the treatment was started they said only chin would be done for laser because of hair type .
                                    Now they are refusing to refund the different amount.
                                    There is difference in prici for laser treatment for upper neck and laser treament for chin alone.

                                      Hi, I had spent grands on the services for my skin. I didn get any effective result, but after pointing out so many times noboday cared. I had left my rest of the session as those were not showin any result. I wanted hell lot of money in the hope of getting effective result. Dr. And other staffs are least bothered once u pay the money. They ideally have to take ur before and after pictures to compare and convince tht the services are effective but nothing of such activity even happened. Instead they asked me to throw some more money if i am not satisfied.. Add some more services/products/sessions.. And then i will get the desired result... So the thing is i[censored] really have hell lot of money and u dont know wt to do with that money pl go to kaya and give it to them as charity money... Very soon this cheat company should shut.
