I moved from bangalore to pune in dec 2015 and had taken 2 maintenance sessions for my chin and upper neck area laser(Ndyag) from kaya koregaon park, pune. It was all fine till the 2nd session.
However, i took my 3rd session on 13th feb 2016. The technician who did it for me named varsha was peculiar in not listening to what i was saying. I told her i cannot smell the hair burning. She said its fine. I said her i can't feel the shots....
