I ordered two kurtis from Kayanjali Chikankari in February 2024. The company is a scam and complete fraud. They keep postponing the delivery date by giving lame excuses. I want refund. Also want to make people aware about this so that innocent people don’t fall prey to such fraudsters. There customer care executives are rude and highly unprofessional and keeping lying about delivery

Received both the kurtis after lots of follow up. I feel the company should keep their customers informed about the exact date of delivery and stick to the date so that it doesn’t create a fear about losing money in minds of their customers. Also timely reply to the messages would built up customers confidence. The Kurtis are beautiful and exactly the way it was showed in the pictures. Thank you team Kayanjali 😊❤️

Updated by Devazz I just checked the kurtis I received. One product is torn and has a hole in it. Also it looks like it has been altered very badly.

This is what we get to hear after placing a prepaid order. It’s like we pay for the order, we should not ask for when the order would be delivered because they are a company, send false messages that the order has been delivered, they do not value their customers, do not reply on WhatsApp, Instagram don’t pick up calls and they say we torture and harasss them. What a logic!! Customer care people are a complete waste of time.
