This is what we get to hear after placing a prepaid order. It’s like we pay for the order, we should not ask for when the order would be delivered because they are a company, send false messages that the order has been delivered, they do not value their customers, do not reply on WhatsApp, Instagram don’t pick up calls and they say we torture and harasss them. What a logic!! Customer care people are a complete waste of time.
