This is what we get to hear after placing a prepaid order. It’s like we pay for the order, we should not ask for when the order would be delivered because they are a company, send false messages that the order has been delivered, they do not value their customers, do not reply on WhatsApp, Instagram don’t pick up calls and they say we torture and harasss them. What a logic!! Customer care people are a complete waste of time.

Kayanjali has assured me that they would be delivering my order. Probably they are facing some genuine issues because of which the orders are delayed. Awaiting for my product to get dispatched😊 they should get a chance to prove themselves. The customer executive did mention that they would be doing it asap.
They are doing this to everyone! Same kind of response was given to me too! 😔
