I tried to messaging and calling you on Instagram page but there was no response.

I have placed a prepaid order with above mentioned company worth 3600INR on 17th January 2025 but today it's 6th March 2025, I have not received the parcel. They aren't even replying to messages nor emails. I want my full refund now as I don't want the product from scammers...

We have ordered 2 Kurtis and payment also done online. Almost 20 days over but no any Order updates receiving. Material also not received yet. Actually first time we booked and received on time. Considering good response, second time booked the order.

After multiple follow-ups on Instagram, I have received no response from the seller regarding my purchase of Rs. 6, 207, made on 19th July 2024[#4GRZ9Q5LT] which remains undelivered. This level o[censored]nprofessionalism has caused me considerable mental stress.

I have invested significant time trying to resolve this issue, and it is disheartening to see no effort from the seller's end. This was not just any purchase—it was meant to be a gift for Rakhi. Now, I have nothing to give and had to spend additional money to manage the situation. This is unacceptable, especially when it involves my hard-earned money.

I have ordered a kurta suit from kayanjali chikankari on June 1st, 2024. I haven't received my order till now.
I have been trying to contact them through the instagram page and mail but there is no response from them.

Please take a proper action against Kayanjali chikankari. They are scamming people by telling them that they are selling chikankari kurtis for better price and after paying them they are responding to the people.

I ordered 4 products on April17, 2024 by paying this fraud seller of amount 4196Rs.They sent a message is WhatsApp that my order is confirmed and it will take 15-20 days to deliver the product as the product were on sales.I was ok with that but after 20days now it’s exactly a month and I started asking them on my order update continuously on WhatsApp and insta but there were no response from their end till date no status regarding my order.I blindly trusted the page in insta and ordered the products that too have paid a huge amount they are literally fraud.Please don’t trust this site or page in insta as they are making fool and taking our hard earned money.I don’t know how I should get my money back.Can someone please help me to get my money back from this fraud seller.

I’ve placed an order worth rs 6000 on march 18th 2024 and it hasn’t been delivered yet. I received a delivery confirmation email with no tracking id. When I inquired about it I was told that my order will be delivered via dtdc at a later point of time. They stopped responding to my messages and avoided any form of communication. One day I got a response but it was so rude. I wish i’d seen this forum before I made the prepaid order. Waste of time, money and energy waiting for the order forever.

I had ordered a yellow chikankari Mulmul Kurta worth 899rs from their website on 25 Mar 2024. Estimated time of delivery shown after payment was 4/5 days. After 5 days of not recieving my product, I texted them on Whatsapp asking the status of my order. They said it will take 15/20 working days. Its been more than 20 days now and I have not yet recieved my order. Tried calling them but their number is always switched off and they dont reply to my whatsapp messages.

It's been 5 months and I have not received my order. They blocked me on WhatsApp and stopped responding on instagram. They even abused me. How long am I supposed to wait. They are clearly cheating.i need mu full refund of 1799
It's a clear case of cyber fraud and I am going to lodge a formal complaint on cyber cell.

So I patiently waited. Now it's been over a month, they hvnt sent any updates yet neither replying to my texts on both the platforms. Then when I searched I found they hv done same thing with many more.

I ordered two kurtis from Kayanjali Chikankari in February 2024. The company is a scam and complete fraud. They keep postponing the delivery date by giving lame excuses. I want refund. Also want to make people aware about this so that innocent people don’t fall prey to such fraudsters. There customer care executives are rude and highly unprofessional and keeping lying about delivery...

I ordered a kurti set for 2500 rupees on February 25th, 2024, and I still haven't received my order. They promised to share the tracking ID once it's dispatched, but now they're not replying to my messages. Could someone please help me get my refund back?

I have placed the order from Kayanjali Chikankari website on dec 08 with order ID 1215 for the net amount 12k however i gave received email from them that product got shipped without any tracking Details and via instagram also they have confirmed that i will get the order within an week however its been a month and no response till date.

I have placed order on 26th Jan for two items from their website. So far, I didn't recieve any updates from them, when asked they are replying very rudely and not even refunding my amount. I paid Rs2899/- via gpay. They blocked me from everywhere

I bought 3 items on their website on 10th Feb. Their website looks ok but there are many loopholes. We can't register on it, they can't verify OTP and also they don't respond to any communication made with them!!! Still haven't received my order and now my hopes are even less after reading these complaints here. I've paid Rs.2797 to them online! And they don't respond to any messages on any of their contact information provided on their website. I think they are frauds and something needs to be done about this!

I ordered one pair from them 13 Oct 2023...they said order after 8 10 working days..after 25 days not a single response and then I complaint against them and they will answerd...very rude behavior and what a language she/he used(after massages he deleted all conversation)..and called we r professional..i[censored] are not fraud then why u behave like this..blocked me on WhatsApp nd insta...and canceled my order by they side.. and said 4 5 days me payment mill jayega.. now till date I have nothing received..it's over 1 month...I contact them in 8 accounts and so many numbers..bcs it's not about money but it's about your hardest income..i[censored] are hard worker then hamare yaha pese ped pe nhi khilte..

I had placed an order of 2 kurtas of 999/- each on August 20th. I never received any response from then on the status of my order and even after multiple follow ups, there was no response and finally they responded saying some lame excuse that I see has been given to everyone else in thus complaints register. Finally only one product got delivered and I lost my money for another product. Pathetic people. Dont buy from them

I ordered 2 kurti set on 16th October, 2023. My order was prepaid. 1 kurti set was worth Rs. 1899 which was delivered to me on 26th November, 2023. And another kurti set was worth Rs 2499, which is not delivered yet. I have texted them with video and pics for proof that I have received only one product. But they haven't replied yet. When my other kurti set will be delivered? How long Will they make me wait! If they can't deliver other kurti set then I would like My money back. This business seems to be run by fraudsters. And I won't recommend anybody to purchase from them.

My first order was delivered on time . But my second order which was placed on 11th of September has not yet been delivered . No tracking details have been shared . If you see their Instagram post, you will see they keep the comments section off . They are scared customer will put real reviews in the comment section.

On November 5, 2023, I placed an order for a kurti from Kayanjali Chikankari. The order confirmation email stated that the expected delivery date was within 7-10 business days. However, I did not receive any further updates or tracking information regarding my order.

I attempted to contact Kayanjali Chikankari multiple times through their website chat and email, but I received no responses. I also tried calling their customer service number, but it was constantly busy or disconnected.

On November 21, 2023, I received a single message fromKayanjali Chikankari stating that my order would be dispatched that day. However, I did not receive any further updates or tracking information, and my order did not arrive.

On November 23, 2023, I contactedKayanjali Chikankari again to inquire about the status of my order. Instead of providing me with an update, they began to abuse me in a very unprofessional manner. They used offensive language and accused me of being unreasonable.

After this incident, Kayanjali Chikankari blocked me from their website and canceled my order without my consent. I have not received any communication from them regarding a refund.

I had placed order worth 4697 through their Insta page on 30th sept 2023. They kept making excuses that due to festive season they couldn’t ship on time . They don’t respond properly on Insta or WhatsApp. They are yet to share my shipping details . It’s going to be almost 2 months . I want to warn people regarding this fraud business these people are doing . They should either communicate properly whether they ll be delivering my order at all in this lifetime or refund my money asap as they are totally unprofessional and incompetent

I had placed my order with them through their Instagram profile on 30th September 2023 and as per their policy I was to receive the order within 15 working days . My order value was 4697. First they made excuse that due to high demand all orders are running late. On 17th Oct 2023 they said they ll be shipping my order and share my shipping details soon . But they never happened till date. They don’t respond properly on Insta or on WhatsApp. I want them to either deliver my order or refund my money . It’s going to be almost 2 months . Most unprofessional behaviour. Never trusting them again and would like to warn people of such fraudulent business.

I have placed ordered few Kurtis worth of 75000 on October 14th, today Nov 22 I haven’t received any update on my status, I keep on try to ask them frequently. It’s been 30 days they haven’t shipped or share any status this is so frustrating. I really trusted them but it’s fraud it seems. Please can some help me to get my order or refund.

It is a worst page I ever came across !!! My biggest fault to bu from KAYANJALI CHIKANKARI (insta Id : kayanjali.chikankarii)
The seller will reply you soon when you want to place an order, once you place the order and pay for it - it will say 4-5 working days to dispatch & 10-15 days working days to deliver which comes around 20 working days overall.
Once they confirm you that your order is placed they dont get back to you....

I ordered 2 kurti set on 16th October, 23, worth rupees 4398. I didn't got any order confirmation via mail or phone number. So I contacted them on WhatsApp and got delayed reply that I will get my order withing 15 working days. And they will let me know once shipped. I again contacted them via WhatsApp text to know about shipment. After several try they replied that they will ship on 4th Nov, 23 and I will get my order soon. But I didn't got any tracking link or any pictures of shipment. I have tried contacting them but they are not replying my WhatsApp text or call. If they can't deliver my item then I want refund. Please help.
