I had ordered prepaid order of Rs 1199/- from Kayanjali Chikankari on 18th October, but inspite of asking multiple times on watsapp and Instagram, there has been no message yet on dispatch details, they do not attend phone calls or reply to texts. I want my money back if they can't deliver my order....

Payment done in 25 October 2023. Kurta has not been delivered yet. Not responding on call or what's app message. It's been more than 15 days.

I had ordered from them on 6th Oct and they have still not given my order. It is gonna be a month now!
I have gone mad messaging them everytime and they only reply with a rude answer when i shout on them.
They ask me to talk politely and when i do they don't reply.
I wish i knew this complaint page before placing an order from them. I have lost my 2.5k. I need it back. Please help!!

I have ordered 3 mulmul kurti . It's cost me around 3097 . It's almost a month, I ordered the Kurtis on 9th October 2023. they didn't given any updates about shipping. They are not even responding to the text.
Do look into this matter and please help

I paid by phone pay by QR code send by them. It almost nearly 1 month the order was placed.
Kindly help and take some actions as fast as possible or else return the money to the respective account....

I have ordered 4 things from this website one dress and 2 kurties for amount of 3985 and they are not giving me the details of my order. Also they wre behaving so rude and blocking me from every social media. Please help me get my money back. Cuz 4k is not a small amount

I recently placed an order from kayanjali chikankari last Friday 13/10/2023.I have not got any product delivery update, I have paid via Gpay, there is no update from them, they are being rude while communicating, please take an immediate action against them....

I ordered two chikankari kurtas worth Rs 1998 from KAYANJALI CHIKANKARI on instagram.
They said there website payment wasn’t working so i had to pay through phonepe on Instagram as they sent me a QR. it’s been 1month they aren’t replying not even taking calls. They are total fraud. Please help please. There’s a contact no of them ([protected])

I placed the order on 11th Sep. I was informed product will be dispatched within 10 working days and delivered within 15 working days. It has been more than 19 working days and I have not received any information if the product is dispatched. They are not replying to my messages on instagram now.

I recently brought 2 kurtas and to my surprise after payment they stopped replying properly. Please block such organizations from selling products online. I request you to take some action against them....

Though haven’t received any update on order confirmation like mail or msg.
I dropped them text on insta they said will be dispatching the order with in 10-15 days and after that they're not responding. And these cheater asking me to have patience after waiting for 1 month. Now they started new thing saying the ordered product is damaged and can't send damaged product to client and order new product. When I sent them new product image they're not responding and not refunding money.

I don't have their whatsapp contact number to check with them. I saw many people complaining about this vendor and thought of logging my issue here and expecting reply/resolution.

Please take care of this as these kinda things harm the other small businesses as well. Literally shame on them. They recently launched website also and which will make many people to fall for their trap. Please bring-down that website and delete that account in Instagram as it is misleading to many people.

They are cheat and fraud.

I ordered a kurti on 7th of August. Till the payment process, they'll respond to all your messages. But once the payment is done, no response from their end. I lost ₹1598. Please don't fall for their misleading reviews and images.

I had ordered 1 kurta ne pant set and 1 more kurta on 5th July. They were supposed to dispatch it in 10 working days .
It’s over 15 days now and there is no update from their end. I am forced to think that they are a fraud company running on Insta.
I have reported them on Insta . I see so many customer complaints against them.
I paid 3498 and want a refund if the products are not coming.
Kindly help.

It's not genuine. Writing for other users not to buy anything from this. They not even respond to any of the query and they are not even bothered.
I feel they get legal notice and close their worst brand

Ordered a kurta and pant on 28th May. Made a payment of rs. 1598.00 on same day. No tracking details received. No response to chats or messages. Cannot reach them on calls. Complete scammers.

I ordered a yellow Chikankari kurta on 23rd May, today is the 30th of June and they have stopped responding on WhatsApp, Instagram and they don’t pick up calls. Even if they aren’t a fraudulent business, this is no way to treat customers. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

I had places an order for rs. 1998 on 26th may 2023. They responded very fast then before payment. Now they've stopped responding to my messages on whatsapp and instagram. Everytime i ask about my order i get a dead silence. I would have absolutely understood if they had mentioned delay in delivery but in their words they said it'll be delivered in 15 days. No tracking details nothing. I was so excited to buy from them thinking they're a small business owner but now absolutely disappointed. Very very absolutely nightmarish service.

I ordered a yellow color kurta on 24th may from their instagram account and its been a month but still not delivered. Before purchasing they were very active in replying to my message however once I made the payment they said within 10 Days i'll get shipment details. and now when I call them they don't pick the call, also disconnected automatically seems fraud no. Only accepted whatsapp messages, reply to me on instagram or whatsapp.

Totally a fraud company and that's why most of the time, they keep comment section off on their post so that people don't can't comment and share their experiences. I want my payment back of 1098 rs. Day before yesterday they replied which order mam? Lol if you are not aware then why you are taking orders and payment from customers.completely fraud company no idea how instagram given them authority to sell online.

Refund my money.

Ordered kurties on 19may not received now they are not responding seems farud

I have placed the order on 17 th of may but still not received, they don’t answer after payment I consider them fraudster .I just want my money refund.

I had order a kurti from them on 23rd of March 2023. On 24th they said that they will give tracking no after they ship the order. I had tried to contact them through insta and WhatsApp but they didn't responded. On April 6 when I asked when they will ship it they told me that they will ship on Monday. But after that there is no response. Last they have seen my insta message on April 12 but didn't responded to it. After that I had send numbers of messages to which they didn't responded. Atleast 38 days is a utmost days for delivery of any product from Lucknow to Bihar. If there is any problem atleast they would respond. But no response from there end. How can one believe on this type of business. I just want my order or a refund.

I had placed an order of close to 4000 rs with them. While accepting my order and money they replied super fast. But post that, they completely ignored. I was never rude or demanding or threatened them but still they didn’t respond to even one of my messages on Instagram or WhatsApp. Even after seeing my messages they haven’t responded. It is harrowing going through this when you don’t know if your hard earned money was stolen or not. I will never buy anything from them again! It’s better to pay more and buy offline than lose patience over such fraudulent sites.

This site is a fraud. I placed my order on 7th March and even paid 1199. They said they will deliver in 15 days. Now it's 26th March and still its undelivered. I am ok with slightly late delivery but my issue is no response. They haven't sent me any tracking details. I am asking the details. I am following up since 19th March, then 22nd March, 25th March and today trying through a number of calls but no reply. Please help

It’s been 2 months, the person isn’t responding.
Now she has blocked me on instagram. I have sent tons of messages yet no reply from their end.
